En el año 2009 se desarrolló en Navia (Asturias) el Programa de Orientación Educativa Familiar (POEF), en fase de pilotaje. En este momento, se comenzó un proceso cíclico de planificación – ejecución – evaluación, como es propio en la práctica de las ciencias sociales. No entendimos este momento como un punto y final, como si fuese la culminación de un proceso, sino que desde su origen tratamos de adaptarnos al contexto, que viene determinado por los cambios sociales y educativos de cada momento, para dar respuestas lo más ajustadas posibles a las necesidades de las personas. Consideramos que en ese momento no se había hecho más que el planteamiento inicial del programa, por lo que continuamos mediante un proceso dialéctico entre la teoría y la práctica, dando forma a una herramienta más adaptada a nuestro entorno de trabajo y a la finalidad última de los servicios sociales que es la compensación de desigualdades, con el objetivo prioritario convertirlo en una medida de acción positiva, entendiendo por acción positiva, aquellas actuaciones o intervenciones que se realizan en un colectivo en el que existe una desigualdad con el fin de disminuir o eliminar esta descompensación social. El trabajo que se presenta podríamos decir que consta de dos partes; en la primera parte, se desarrolla en distintos Ayuntamientos "el programa-guía para el desarrollo de competencias emocionales, educativas y parentales" desarrollado por la profesora Dra. Raquel-Amaya Martínez González de la Universidad de Oviedo. Desde un primer momento, valoramos el programa como una herramienta necesaria, muy eficaz y valiosa por su carácter multiplicador y preventivo. En la segunda parte, como respuesta a la convocatoria que presenta el Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad y la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias que tiene por fin promover el ejercicio positivo de la parentalidad y reforzar el apoyo a la parentalidad positiva en las políticas y servicios públicos de los Gobiernos Locales y en el tejido asociativo. La iniciativa era una oportunidad clara de optimizar la gestión a favor de la coordinación interdisciplinar, la sensibilización, la formación, la promoción ciudadana y la prevención de situaciones de riesgo; también la invitación a que diferentes agentes sociales sumen a sus objetivos o líneas de actuación esta filosofía; todo ello siguiendo la recomendación del Consejo de Europa 2006. ; In 2009, the Family Educational Orientation Program (POEF) was developed in Navia (Asturias), during the piloting phase. At this time, a cyclical process of planning - execution - evaluation was started, as it is inherent in social sciences. This moment wasn't understand as final point, as if it were the finalization of an adaptation process; However, from its origin, we have tried to adapt to the context. This is determined by the social and educational changes of each moment, to give adapted answers to the needs of people. At that time, we considered that the only initial approach of the program had been done. This is why we continued through a dialectic process between theory and practice, and we designed an adapted tool to our work environment with the main aim of the social services which is the compensation of inequalities. Furthermore, the priority objective of this tool is become an 'positive action measure', we should understand 'positive action' as those actions or interventions that are carried out in a group in which there is an inequality situation in order to decrease or eliminate this social decompensation. It could be said that this project has two parts. In the first one, in different municipalities in the area, the 'guide-program for the development of emotional, educational and parental competences' designed by the professor Dr. Raquel-Amaya Martínez González from Oviedo University, is developed by technicians from social services. From the beginning, we value the program as a necessary tool, very effective and valuable due to its multiplying and preventive impact. In the second one, after the call by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces the 'certificate of positive parenthood' is obtained. Its aims is to promote the positive exercise of parenthood and support positive parenting in the policies and services public of the Local Governments and association networks. The initiative was a clear opportunity to optimize the management in favor of interdisciplinary coordination, awareness, training, citizen promotion and the prevention of risk situations. This research briefing includes some preliminary results of a European Research Project under the title of GEITONIES, which was funded by the 7th Framework Program of the EU between 2008 and 2011. 'Geitonies' is the Greek term for neighborhood, and the multinational research team involved in this Project departed from the assumption that shared urban spaces prove vital in the creation of tolerance, mutual trust, inclusion, participation and social cohesion. In this sense, choosing the neighborhood as the main unit of analysis has allowed these researchers to explore some of the age-old sociological dilemmas related to interethnic relations and social cohesion from a new vantage point; furthermore, integration issues have also been reformulated by dealing with them from a relational perspective. The fieldwork was carried out in 18 neighborhoods of six different European cities (Lisbon, Rotterdam, Bilbao, Thessaloniki, Vienna and Warsaw). These neighborhoods served as a laboratory where one could study daily practices, representations, and interactions among the various social and ethnic groups. Adapted from the source document.

Aim: The aim of this paper is to study L-carnitine effect on various aspects of physical fitness and psychophysiological features of professional female football players during the competitive mesocycle. Materials and Methods: We studied the effect of Elkar L-carnitine (PIK-FARMA OOO, Russia) on functional parameters of professional female football players (n = 10, age 22 ± 1.7 years, body length 163.3 ± 5.5 cm, body weight 58.9 ± 6.8 kg). Participants from the experimental group (n = 6) received Elkar solution at a dose of 3 g/day (1.5 g twice a day) during 4 weeks of the competitive mesocycle. To study the drug effectiveness in the training process we estimated the body composition, functional state, anaerobic capacities, and psychophysiological status of female football players with the help of bioimpedanceometry, heart rate variability analysis, ergospirometry with the biochemical analysis of blood lactate content, and wingate test. Results: We established the optimization of body composition and a significant decrease in fat percentage. We also revealed an increase in the functional parameters of athletes from the experimental group: significant increase in VO 2max , normalization of SBP and adaptive capacities of the body, decrease in resting HR. Moreover, we also registered a insignificant increase in speed-strength capacities, stabilization of attention concentration, and normalization of psychophysiological parameters. Conclusion: L-carnitine is an effective and safe metabolic substance improving body composition, aerobic capacities, adaptive abilities, and attention concentration of female football players, which can be recommended as a supplement in remediation programs for professional athletes. © 2018 Human Sport Medicine.All right reserved. ; This work was supported by the Government of the Russian Federation [Act No. 211, contract No. 02.A03.21.0006].

El artículo interroga determinadas relaciones entre técnica y política. Así, se indagan tensiones entre demandas disciplinares y políticas abordando vínculos entre arquitectura, planificación urbana, ciencias sociales y contextos de radicalización política. El análisis de una propuesta de Mario Corea y su equipo para el Concurso de remodelación del área central de Santiago de Chile (1972), permite discutir una serie de posturas que abordan los procesos de politización de los campos como mera pérdida de autonomía de los mismos. Por el contrario, se busca analizar cómo una serie de técnicos comprometidos políticamente replantean el rol de los técnicos y asumen demandas del contexto de politización, mediante la revalorización de la participación (definida como decisión social), sin que esto suponga necesariamente una pérdida de autonomía de los técnicos. En efecto, la práctica social se incorpora en un momento posterior a la propuesta técnica (definida como estructura posibilitante) lo cual permite explorar estos aspectos más allá de la dicotomía entre politización y autonomía. ; This paper analyzes some relations between politics and technics focusing on the links betweenurbanplanning,architectureand politization contexts. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo implementar una estrategia pedagógica para mejorar y prevenir la convivencia escolar, mitigar episodios de prácticas habituales como el bullying -que atentan contra la dignidad del ser-, y desarrollar una cultura en valores. Para tal fin, el equipo investigador empleó una metodología de enfoque mixto con estudios descriptivos, recolectando la información a través de la observación directa, entrevistas y encuestas, que permitieron confirmar la existencia de la problemática en la Institución Educativa 20 de Julio, situada en el distrito de Cartagena. El diagnóstico reveló que los estudiantes se maltratan, ponen apodos, realizan juegos colectivos agresivos y llegan a la violencia para dar solución a sus diferencias, dejando de lado el diálogo como mediador de conflictos. De allí surgió la necesidad de elaborar una propuesta denominada: "A Convivir Se Aprende", constituida por tres fases (exploración, gestión democrática de la convivencia, aulas de convivencia), que se implementó en los estudiantes de quinto grado arrojando como resultado primordial que la intervención en el aula debe ser más formativa que sancionatoria. Esto se demostró en las actividades realizadas en las que los estudiantes evidenciaron un cambio de actitud reflejado en la interacción con sus compañeros, profesores, padres de familia y comunidad educativa. Las diferentes fases se valoraron cuantitativamente obteniendo 98.3%, 88.3% y 89.3%, respectivamente. De igual forma, la propuesta generó espacios de reflexión, se pasó de la agresión a las relaciones basadas en el respeto, la tolerancia y la solidaridad, fortaleciendo la comunicación y el trabajo cooperativo. ; This paper aims to implement a pedagogical strategy to improve and prevent school coexistence, to develop culture values and to mitigate episodes of regular practices like bullying which undermine the dignity of human being. For this purpose, the research team applies a mixed approach with descriptive studies was chosen to collect information through direct observations, interviews, and surveys that allowed ratify the existence of the problem at 20 de Julio School situated in the Cartagena district. The analysis revealed that the students mistreated themselves, called each other with nicknames, performed aggressive collective games and solved their differences with violence, leaving aside the dialogue as conflicts mediator. Thence the need to elaborate a proposal called: "A Convivir Se Aprende", consisting of three phases (exploration, democratic management of coexistence and coexistence classrooms), which was applied within the 5th grade students given as a primary outcome that the intervention in the classroom should be more formative than punitive. It was demonstrated in the activities performed in which the students showed a change in behavior reflected in the interaction with their classmates, teachers, parents and the academic community. Quantitatively these stages were evaluated respectively in 98.3%, 88.3% y 89.3%. Furthermore, the proposal generated room for reflection, from the aggression to the relations based on the respect, the tolerance and the solidarity, strengthening communication and team work.

As a consequence of the incremental complexity of international climate governance, particularly within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, States face an increasing demand on specialized human resources to participate in different negotiation settings during the Conferences of the Parties (cops). We char­acterize the Argentinian delegations between 2012 - 2019, identify the negotiation team and analyze the coverage of the team's agenda. Interests regarding climate change international politics can be inferred from the participation or absence of negotiators within different discussions. This paper reviews previous empirical work on delegations in climate change negotiations and draws upon qualitative techniques in order to collect original data to perform an in-depth case analysis. ; La complejización de la gobernanza climática internacional en el contexto de la Convención Marco de Naciones Unidas sobre Cambio Climático ha generado que los Estados enfrenten una creciente demanda de recursos humanos especializados para afrontar los espacios de negociación en las Conferencias de las Partes (cop). A partir de la caracterización de las delegaciones argentinas en las cop de 2012 a 2019, se identificó al grupo negociador y luego se examinaron los temas de las agen­das cubiertos por dichos equipos, conforme a un proceso de agrupamiento. Se afirma que existe una relación entre la cobertura de los temas y los intereses del Estado con relación a su política climática, lo que se refuerza en los países del Sur Global. El artículo presenta información inédita recabada, principalmente, a través de técnicas cualitativas y se asienta en un proceso de revisión de la literatura sobre delegaciones nacionales en conferencias climáticas. ; A complexidade da governança climática internacional no contexto da Convenção­-Quadro das Nações Unidas sobre Mudanças do Clima tem feito com que os Es­tados enfrentem uma demanda crescente por recursos humanos especializados para fazer frente aos espaços de negociação na Conferências das Partes (cop). A partir da caracterização das delegações argentinas na cop no período de 2012 a 2019, o grupo de negociação é identificado e, a seguir, os temas das agendas das referidas equipes são examinados por meio de um processo de agrupamento. Afirma-se que existe uma relação entre a abrangência das questões e os interesses do Estado em relação à sua política climática, a qual é reforçada nos países do Sul Global. O artigo apresenta informações inéditas coletadas, principalmente, por meio de técnicas qualitativas, e se baseia em um processo de revisão da literatura sobre delegações nacionais em conferências sobre o clima.

The article focuses on the question about the effectiveness of the development of the organization. It is noted that one of the main causes of low labour productivity, labour discipline and high employee turnover in the organization is incorrectly formed a team of employees, without taking into account the psychological factors affecting it. Right formed a team of employees that is efficient, is key to the success of the entire organization. Discusses approaches to the study of the essence of the organization and its structure. The reasons for the formation of teams. The authors believe that the new environment makes new demands to improve the efficiency of the organization and only those organizations that are at the forefront will put the interests of their employees and on this basis will form effective work teams, will gain a great competitive advantage.

The article considers the reasons of increasing the role and social responsibilities of public organizations under the conditions of transformation of economic and political relationships in Ukraine, discusses the tendencies of changing the functional characteristics, objectives and tasks of primary public associations, recently appearing in great number at educational institutions. The analysis made gives grounds for the conclusion about the inevitability of reversion from the individualized society to collective, team principles of communication and about the role of public organizations in the process. The legislative and regulatory activity is characterized; the necessity of its improvement as soon as possible is underlined.

El presente trabajo analiza, por medio de un estudio de caso, descriptivo y longitudinal, la efectividad de un programa de asesoramiento a un técnico deportivo de hockey patín. Para ello, se aplicó la Escala de Liderazgo Deportivo (LSS) a una muestra compuesta por 14 deportistas (M= 15.07 años) que representan el universo de jugadoras de cuatro categorías femeninas de un club y su único técnico. Los resultados iniciales, expresados a través de estadísticos descriptivos y de diferencia de medias, muestran la existencia de diferencias significativas (p < .05) entre la percepción y preferencia de liderazgo de las deportistas en las dimensiones de entrenamiento e instrucción, conducta democrática y conducta autocrática. A partir de ello, se implementó un proceso de intervención individualizado consistente en seis sesiones de asesoría al técnico referidas a dichas dimensiones de la LSS. Los resultados obtenidos en la LSS, una vez finalizada la intervención, muestran la desaparición de la discrepancia entre el liderazgo percibido y el preferido por parte de las jugadoras (p<.01) y la percepción de aumento en la entrega de feedback positivo (p<.01). Tanto la autopercepción del entrenador y la preferencia de liderazgo de las deportistas no presentaron diferencias estadísticamente significativas antes y después de la intervención. Los resultados sugieren el aumento de compatibilidad psicológica dentro del equipo y se discuten sus implicancias para la labor del psicólogo deportivo en los deportes de equipo. ; This paper analyzes, through a descriptive and longitudinal case study, the effectiveness of a mentoring program at a technical sports of skate hockey. To do so, the Leadership Sports Scale (LSS) is applied to a sample consisting of 14 athletes (M = 15.07 years) that represent the universe of players in four female categories of a club and its unique technical. The initial results, expressed through descriptive statistics and mean difference, show the existence of significant differences (p<.05) between the perception and preference of leadership of the athletes in the dimensions of training and instruction, conduct democratic and autocratic behavior. Based on that, we implemented a process of intervention individualized consisting of six counseling sessions to the technician referred to these dimensions of the LSS. The results obtained in the LSS, once after the intervention, show the disappearance of the discrepancy between perceived leadership and preferred by the players (p<.01) and the perception of an increase in the delivery of positive feedback (p<.01). The self-perception of the trainer and the preference of leadership of the athletes did not show statistically significant differences before and after the intervention. The results suggest increased psychological support within the team and its implications are discussed for the work of the sports psychologist in team sports.

Durante las décadas de la Guerra Fría, el continente europeo se encuentra sumido en un complejo proceso de transformación, reconstrucción y planteamiento de nuevos proyectos políticos y territoriales. Esta situación es especialmente convulsa en la franja centroeuropea, donde en estados como Hungría, Polonia o la antigua Yugoslavia se daban profundos debates acerca de su identidad y su organización geopolítica. El progresivo aperturismo hacia los países occidentales, junto a la necesidad de modernizar en profundidad los sistemas e infraestructuras estatales, sirvieron como catalizadores para la proliferación de grandes proyectos territoriales y urbanos con el fin no solo de mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes, sino también de reforzar la posición de dichos estados en el continente y el resto del mundo. Este texto se centra en el caso de la República Popular de Polonia, donde estas cuestiones se trataron con gran profusión desde diversas ramas. Concretamente, la propuesta del arquitecto Oskar Hansen para un Sistema Lineal Continuo aúna la visión socialista del estado como agente productor del espacio con la participación individual dentro del colectivo –siguiendo su Teoría de la Forma Abierta y sus conexiones con el Team X- sobre un soporte arquitectónico : un modelo de "anti-ciudad" que abriría cuestiones que todavía hoy permanecen vigentes. ; During the decades of the Cold War, Europe was plunged into a complex process of transformation, reconstruction and the emergence of new political and territorial projects. This situation caused particular upheaval in the central European strip, where states such as Hungary, Poland and the former Yugoslavia were struck by a profound quandary as to their identity and their geopolitical organisation. As they gradually opened up towards western countries and understood the need to drastically modernise the states' systems and infrastructures, this triggered the proliferation of large-scale land planning and urban planning projects with a view to not only improving the quality of life of their inhabitants, but also strengthening their position on the continent and worldwide. This paper focusses particularly on the case of the People's Republic of Poland, where such issues were tackled profusely from a number of angles. As a specific example, the idea by architect Oskar Hansen of a Linear Continuous System combines the socialist vision of the State as a producer of space with the concept of individual participation within a group – following his Theory on Open Form and his connections with Team X – based on an architectural substrate: the model of an "anti-city", which gave rise to issues that remain relevant to this day.

Democratic leadership, also known as participatory, is a leadership style that allows creating a greater commitment with the organization as it focuses in the subordinates involving them in the decision making, delegating authority and using feedback as a means to direct and correct errors. Proceeded to do a bibliographical research in the databases on the concept and characteristics of leadership and democratic leadership. From the analysis of different points of view this issue is concluded that democratic leadership facilities the integration, foments team works, allows active participation in making decisions, through dialogue and therefore increases job satisfaction, professional development and improves the quality of decisions to achieve the proposed objectives. ; El liderazgo democrático, también conocido como participativo, es un estilo de liderazgo que permite crear mayor compromiso con la organización pues se centra en los subordinados involucrándolos en la toma de decisiones, delegando autoridad y utilizando la retroalimentación como un medio para dirigir y corregir errores. Se procedió hacer una búsqueda bibliográfica en las bases de datos sobre el concepto y características del liderazgo y liderazgo democrático. A partir del análisis de diversos puntos de vista enfocados a éste tema se concluye que el liderazgo democrático facilita la integración, fomenta el trabajo en equipo, permite la participación activa en la toma de decisiones mediante el dialogo y por tanto incrementa la satisfacción en el trabajo, el desarrollo profesional y mejora la calidad de las decisiones para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.
