COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE TERMS "BIONANOTECHNOLOGY" IN THE TERM SYSTEM OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING IN RUSSIAN, ENGLISH AND CHINESE

Исследование терминологии имеет важное значение как для языкознания, так и для конкретных научных дисциплин в целом и биомедицинской инженерии в частности. Данная статья посвящена описанию системных отношений внутри тематической подгруппы «Бионано-технология» как фрагмента терминосистемы биомедицинской инженерии, выявлению лингвистических особенностей терминов бионанотехнологии в русском, английском и китайском языках и составлению фрагмента русско-англо-китайского словаря терминов биомедицинской инженерии. Материалом для исследования послужили термины русских учебно-научных публикаций по биомедицинской инженерии, а также английский и китайский терминологические словари по биомедицинской инженерии. Основными методами исследования являются описательный, индуктивно-дедуктивный методы, методы сравнительно-сопоставительного, компонентного, дистрибутивного анализа, прием направленной выборки материала. Каждая терминологическая единица представляется в виде словарной статьи, что расширяет использование материалов исследования в практике преподавания русского языка как иностранного. Анализируются внутренние системные отношения в данной подгруппе. На основании проведенного анализа сделаны следующие выводы: в русской терминосистеме количественно преобладают однокомпонентные термины, при этом пять терминов из 19 обладают вариативностью; между терминами русского языка и соответствующими им китайскими терминами выявляется полное семантическое совпадение; при сопоставлении с английской терминосистемой 18 из 19 терминов полностью совпадают друг с другом и структурно, и семантически.
The study of the terminology is important not only for linguistics, but also for specific scientific disciplines, biomedical engineering (hereinafter: BME) in particular. This article is devoted describing systemic relations in the thematic subgroup "Bionanotechnology" as a part of the term system of biomedical engineering (BME), uncovering the linguistic characteristics of the analyzed terms in Russian, Chinese and English, and compiling a section of the Russian-English-Chinese terminological dictionary of biomedical engineering. The source of the material is the Russian textbook of BME, English and Chinese terminological dictionaries of BME. The main research methods are descriptive, inductive-deductive, methods of comparative, component, distributive analysis, method of directed sampling of material. Each term in this subgroup is analyzed on the basis of the dictionary entry, which expands the use of research materials in the practice of teaching Russian as a Foreign Language. The internal system relations in this subgroup are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: single-component terms occupy the first place; 5 out of 19 terms can be presented in two versions; all terms do not coincide with their Chinese counterparts structurally with full semantic coincidence; when compared with the English term system, 18 out of 19 terms completely coincide with each other both structurally and semantically.

Social support of older people is given a very great attention. In many countries, older people receive long-term care at home. The long-term care (LTC) is actively developed worldwide over the past 20 years. LTC improves the life quality of older people and people with disabilities. Such system includes medical and social services. Currently, in many OECD countries, from a half to three quarters of older people receive long-term care at home. France is one of those countries in which the social support of older people is given a very great attention. In Russia, long-term care is a task of family. Our country is taking first steps in creation of a long-term care system. It is important to take into account the experience of countries that already have specialized social services for older people with loss of autonomy. A new and important element of the LTC system will be a special scale for determining the level of need for long-term care. Such scale helps to differentiate the needs of each elderly person or person with a disability. This paper analyses the methods of determining the level of need for long-term care, used in France and in Russia and describes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
PHOSPHORUS BALANCE IN RESERVOIRS OF SEASONAL AND LONG-TERM REGULATION

The results of model simulation of the phosphorus regime and balance in the Ivankovo, Mozhaisk and Istra reservoirs, which carries out seasonal regulation of the Upper Volga runoff and long-term regulation of the Moskva and Istra rivers, are presented. The components of phosphorus balance were calculated using 2-D box model of heat and mass transfer which provides for day-by-day calculation of spatio-temporal distribution of water quality parameters. Phosphorus balance equation accounts for phosphorus input along the rivers and from the side watershed area, phosphorus regeneration from the bottom sediments, water release to the lower pool, and phosphorus removal through water discharge from the Ivankovo reservoir to the Moscow Canal, as well as the annual increase or decrease of phosphorus mass. Calculations refer to an average water year. A comparative analysis of phosphorus balance components in the Ivankovo reservoir and in the reservoirs near Moscow shows that the processes of sedimentation and regeneration of phosphorus from sediments are more intensive in the Ivankovo reservoir. The main discharge of phosphorus to the lower pool is during the spring flood period in the reservoir of seasonal regulation and during the low-water period in the reservoirs of long-term regulation. Scenario calculations provided graphs of the values of phosphorus retention in a reservoir depending on the increasing external phosphorus load.
