The development in Micro Electro-Mechanic Systems (MEMS) combined with the emergence of new information and communication technologies allowed the integration of the data sensing, processing and transmission in a single tiny device which is the wireless sensor. Consequently, the networks formed by these sensors offer a lot advantages compared with the traditional networks, in particular in terms of the deployment simplicity and cost. This led to the development of a wide range of Wireless Sensor Networks' applications in the domains of health, environment, industry, infrastructures, spatial activities, or even military activities and in many other domains. However, new challenges appear from the particular characteristics of these networks. In fact, many applications of this type of networks are critical and require that the correct functioning of the network is maintained as long as possible. However, the environments in which these networks are deployed return the mission of network maintenance very complicated or even impossible; hence, the necessity of integrating mechanisms of self-correction which aim to overcome the appeared problems without a human intervention. In this context, we focused our study on the techniques and mechanisms implemented to improve the property of fault tolerance in the wireless sensor networks. First, we proposed centralized and distributed approaches for the connectivity restoration and the channel reallocation in a multi-channel communication context after the failure of a critical node. After the formulation of the problem as a multi-objective optimization problem, we proposed some algorithms based on the heuristics of graphs coloring and Steiner tree, very known in the graph theory to solve this type of problems. In a second part in this thesis, we studied a particular application case, precision agriculture, and we proposed a distributed solution for the failure recovery in wireless sensor networks ; Le développement dans les micros systèmes électromécaniques (MEMS) combiné ...
La Revolution française is one of the four major periods of religious clashes in the history of France, with the religious crisis from II to IV in the Roman Gaule (persecution of Christians, then of the païans), the sixteenth century religious wars and the Church/Republic of 1880-1900. The revolutionary religious conflict is a complex phenomenon, often analysed through a reading grid inherited from the end of the nineteenth century. In the context of a progressive interpretation of history, the Revolution is presented as a founding moment, which achieves the ideal of tolerance of the Enlightenment by establishing freedom of religion, within the framework of the Declaration of Human Rights. Conversely, a conservative historiography of Catholic tradition insists on the persecution of 1792-1794, in order to better denounce the hybris of revolutionaries, who wanted to establish a new society on the ruins of the Church. In particular, these two historical traditions are at odds with the question of the possible religious intolerance of the Republican authorities between 1792 and 1800. For the supporters of the Great Revolution, the fight against refractory clergy and his loyals was motivated by their collusion with the royal forces, particularly during the Vendée wars. In order to restore order, the Republic had no choice but to dedicate those disruptors from public rest to death or deportation. Catholic historians, for their part, denounced latent persecution since the origins of the Revolution, which was the result of an antilerical culture inherited from the Enlightenment, led by the leaders of the revolutionist movement, mainly the World, who wanted to force a sort of republican secularism before the letter. This interpretative framework also plays a key role in conspiracy theories about the 'secret' origins of the Revolution. Significantly, these two antagonistic visions of the religious history of the Revolution were formed at the time of the conflict between the Church and the Republic in the years 1880-1900. ...

The aim of this thesis is to raise awareness of how State Qualified Operating Room Nurses deal with the constant evolutions of their professional activity, such as legislation to reorganize the French health system which impacts strongly on operating rooms, new standards of activities and skills for operating room nurses, validation of work knowledge and experience, exclusive operating room acts, etc. It investigates the potential psychological discomfort felt by the personnel when they consciously avoid respecting good practices by committing routine violations (Bourrier, 1999) either through necessity or convenience (Reason, 2013). These nurses generally extoll the virtues of professional health care, notably "taking care" (Hesbeen, 1997), rigour, safety, quality treatment, and feel uncomfortable when committing any sort of violation which could increase the surgical risks for the patient. The theory of cognitive dissonance (Festinger, 1957) can help to understand such phenomenon insofar as these professionals combine incompatible cognitions such as safety and avoiding risks on the one hand, and violations on the other. Two complimentary methodologies are used here. The questionnaire of the quantitative survey allows the cognitions, values, and perfectible practices to be matched with the emotions felt by the nurses. A scale of 20 selfrelated affects is used to achieve this (Lecrique, 2007). The interviews and their thematic analysis of the qualitative survey bring to light different strategies for reducing dissonance. The final discussion deals with the professional context in which the nurses evolve, a context which is likely to normalize violations by generating an increase in accident-prone zones (Amalberti and al., 2006), at the expense of guaranteeing safe treatment in the service of the patient.
Laïcité is considered a pillar of the French Republican model and is used, today, as a model of integration concerning immigrants and cultural and religious minorities in France. Research in socialpsychology studying the impact of support for the principle of laïcité on intergroup relations reveal that this principle negatively predicts the tolerance of cultural diversity. However, many sociologists, political analysts and historians agree to say that laïcité, as it is understood today, does not correspond to its initial definition, at the time of the creation of the law of Separation of Churches and the State, in 1905. Thus, it would seem that several, not only one, conceptions of laïcité exit. The objective of this thesis is to highlight the different conceptions of laïcité, and to study, to what extent, these reduce, or, on contrary, promote the tolerance of cultural and religious diversity. This objective is delineated in three lines of research: the first is to construct a measure of beliefs concerning laïcité taking into account the different interpretations of laïcité expressed in the public debate; the second is to study, to what extent, adhesion to the dimensions of laïcité is related to more or less tolerance of cultural diversity; the third is to study, to what extent, adhesion to the dimensions of laïcité reduces, or, on the contrary, promotes tolerance of religious diversity. In conclusion, this thesis shows that different conceptions of laïcité exist. These either promote tolerance of cultural and religious diversity, or on the contrary, reduce tolerance of cultural and religious diversity. The contributions of this work, both at the level of academic research, and at the societal level are discussed in the general conclusion ; La laïcité est considérée comme un pilier du modèle républicain français et est, aujourd'hui, utilisée en tant que modèle d'intégration concernant les immigrés et les minorités culturelles et religieuses en France.
International audience ; Tolerance can be defined as the "state of mind of someone who is open to others and admits ways of thinking and acting that are different from his own" (cnrtl), which implies the acceptance of what could possibly be prevented; i.e., as a positive (or passive) quality. However, the etymology refers to endurance, which implies that one accepts an embarrassment: to see one's own domain invaded, one's moral comfort threatened. Opinions of others are only acceptable if they do not fundamentally challenge one's own. In this way, tolerance lies within a boundary line between what is negotiable (where losses are negligible) and what is intangible, which constitutes the hard core of personal or community convictions. This may be the case for the traveller's reaction surprised by otherness: he "tolerates" as long as his integrity is not threatened.
This is the seventh pamphlet in a collection of Declarations, Edicts, etc. reprinted by Antoine Estienne for the government in 1644. Each reprinted pamphlet constitutes a confirmation of tolerance for the Protestant religion in France. These evidently were issued again to quell any Huguenot fears upon the death of Louis XIII. In this pamphlet we see that even after La Rochelle was subdued by Richelieu's forces the King declared tolerance for the Huguenots. ; Electronic reproduction ; 6 pages ; 17 cm.

Each reprinted pamphlet constitutes a confirmation of tolerance for the Protestant religion in France. These evidently were issued again to quell any Huguenot fears upon the death of Louis XIII. This declaration of 1612 confirms the Edict of Nantes and the Articles of Pacification all of which offered tolerance toward the Huguenots. ; Electronic reproduction ; 8 pages ; 17 cm.
