"En face d'un événement extraordinaire qui provoque l'étonnement, un Occidental dit : "qu'est-ce que c'est ?", et un Luba : "qui fait cela ?". Quand quelqu'un fait une chute, un Occidental dit : "Je suis tombé", tandis qu'un Luba dit : "On m'a jeté par terre".
