Flexible work arrangements have become a new thing in government agencies due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So this study was conducted to see the effect of flexible work arrangements on work life balance, job satisfaction and employee performance in government agencies, especially the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. And by considering the mediating factor of job satisfaction in the relationship of flexible work arrangements with work-life balance and the relationship of flexible work arrangements with employee performance. This research is a quantitative research by conducting an online survey. Respondents in this study were employees of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, especially at the central level as many as 222 employees. The research hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a significant effect between flexible work arrangements, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a significant effect on work-life balance and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction was found to be a mediator between the effects of flexible work arrangements and work-life balance, and flexible work arrangements and employee performance. ; Pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel menjadi hal yang baru diterapkan di instansi pemerintah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel terhadap work life balance, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada instansi pemerintah khususnya Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. Dan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel dengan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan hubungan pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei online. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan khususnya di tingkat pusat sebanyak 222 pegawai. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work-life balance dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja ditemukan menjadi mediator antara efek pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dan pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel dan kinerja karyawan.

The Equation on the Justice for Migrant workers: The Urgency of Protection on Prevention Smuggled Migrant worker based on Indonesian laws
Indonesia's marine territory has become a big challenge for the Government of Indonesia to manage it. Nowadays, Indonesian marine has lot of regulation in the sea. But it's cannot prevent the basic interest of all people that earnings life from there. A lot of migrant has been smuggled in and by Indonesian's marine territory. The main concerns that arouse are: how should government give an equation for Indonesian migrant workers that are smuggled and how should the government put migrant workers protection to supply the equation for them. These questions will solve by a normative juridical study on the protection of natural resources and the resources of Indonesian fisherman. The study uses normative legal research which elaborated with conceptual approach from numbers of regulations that apply in marine labor law and employment law. This research is also complemented by a literature approach in the form of Indonesian legal literature and marine journals to address the issues raised in this paper. The findings in practice prove that the government should give more attention for the fisherman's welfare and protection related to fish catching. The objective protection for Indonesian marine resources is from regulated all the regulation to develop Indonesia economic from Maritime sector. It is all needed to make a new system in legal protection for Fisherman and Marine Resources in Indonesia.

Supervision is not just a mere supervision, especially if it's just to find fault. Supervision starts from planning, implementing, reporting and finally follow up from the results of supervision. This research was conducted to analyze the Follow-up of Supervision Results conducted by the Regional Inspectorate of Indramayu Regency. Follow-up to Supervision Results are reviewed from the APIP policy aspects of the implementation of completion of Oversight Results Follow-up, audited responses to audit findings, causes of audit findings, audited responses to delays in Follow-up Monitoring Results. More in this study wants to examine the steps of policy makers in completing the findings of the Audit Results Report.The Examination Result Report contains findings, conditions, causes, consequences and recommendations for recommendations that must be followed up by the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) which is examined to correct errors in the implementation of the administration of the general government and government implementation affairs that occur in the SKPD examined. The follow-up itself aims to improve and improve the quality of good and clean governanceFactors that cause low or not yet achieved completion of follow-up include lack of leadership commitment or change of leadership in the work unit / work unit, so that new leaders are less concerned about the follow-up of the results of supervision because they feel it is not their responsibility. PENGARUH MOTIVASI KEPALA BADAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK KABUPATEN CIREBON
ABSTRACT The research that the writer did was the Effect of Motivation by the Head of the Agency on Employee Productivity at the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency. The research method that I do is a quantitative research method, which starts with data collection, data interpretation, until the results of the research use numbers.The problem that the author pointed out is that the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics has not been maximized, it is suspected that the problem is caused by the lack of optimal motivation implementation by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency.The research question that the writer proposes is the influence of motivation by the head of the body on employee work productivity. The hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows: "It is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency."From this hypothesis a statistical hypothesis can be formulated, namely: H0 (Zero Hypothesis): rs count rs table, then the formulation of the problem is:" There are a positive influence and significant correlation between motivation by the head of the agency to work productivity of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Cirebon."In the study showed that the results the motivation made by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics was good enough, but it was not optimal as seen from the successful implementation of motivation which reached 60.6% with a total score of 1637, and employee work productivity was good enough but not optimal as reaching 59.5% with a total score of 1740.The implementation of motivation by the head of the agency has a close influence on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency with a value of rs calculated 0.805 and when compared with rs table with a 5% precision of 0.248. Because the RS calculated is greater than rs table, there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency. Thus H0 (Zero Hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) is accepted.

DESCRIPTION OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE NON-COMPLIANCE OF PPE USAGE AT GAS STATION 'X' IN SURABAYA
Non-compliance at work is a form of unsafe actions conducted by workers. Unsafe actions are able to endanger workers and other people around them. The act of workers that would not utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) is an example of hazardous actions in the workplace. A good personal protective equipment is an equipment that is comfortable when used, provides effective protection against danger, and does not interfere with the work. Gas stations are one of the places that have high risk of exposure to chemicals, yet many workers are not compliant to use PPE. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that make workers refuse to comply with the rule of PPE usage at work. This research is designed as a qualitative descriptive study. The method used for data collection consisted of interview, observation of employees' behavior in the workplace, and documentation. The results showed that the non-compliance acts of the operating personnel at the gas station X in Surabaya were still high. The non-compliance in using PPE at the gas station X is influenced by the inconvenience of workers who feel hampered while serving consumers, knowledge, and the availability of PPE at work. PERAN KADERISASI DPD II PARTAI GOLONGAN KARYA KABUPATEN BANGLI
The practice of regeneration in Indonesia is still very far from expectations, because of the failure of the regeneration, many parties have given birth to instant party cadres. This Party cadre made the black face of parliament in the Government. Every Political Party has or practices a different Cadre system and decides its cadre skills, which makes the Party understand the cadres' burdens, functions, roles and tasks that have an influence on the electability of its Party. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of regeneration in the Group of Work Groups in Bangli Regency. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods. In this study the research subjects numbered 59 and the sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling, namely 6 people who understood about the Kadersiasi process in DPD II in the Golongan Karya Party, especially in Bangli Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research results obtained, DPD II of the Group of Work Groups in Bangli Regency conducted political recruitment in accordance with the functions of the party, the recruitment process carried out by the Working Group every 6 months to get new prospective members and who would later be prepared to become cadres. From the recruitment process of the Party of Work Group DPD II Bangli Regency which is able to have as many as 1,765 members spread throughout Bangli Regency. The regeneration of the Group of Work in DPD II in Bangli Regency is carried out every 4 years in accordance with the Statutes / By-Laws, the Regulations of the Party Organization, in the regeneration there is a pattern or mechanism applied by the DPD Party II in the Group of Work in Bangli Regency implementing a tiered cadre of Education Primary or Regency level regeneration.

Regional Technical Implementation Units (UPTD) Work Training Centers (BLK) and Regional Revenue Bodies (Bapenda) Disnakertrans Tulungagung Regency is a newly established public organization. As a new public sector, an institution should have maturity in the fields of management and organization that are reflected in measurable work plans, regulations, clear governance, standard operation procedures, and guarantees of quality quality of institutions and graduates who must always be evaluated with appropriate instruments. This program takes one of the above BCS perspectives, namely the internal business perspective; from the perspective of a strategy based on Human Resources (HR). The making of the BSC will be based on the details of the governance that has been determined by the laws and regulations related to the two UPTDs which are then determined by the indicators of the implementation of the work program based on the capacity of the HR they have. The making of the work program indicator is based on the key performance indicator (KPI) theory. The aim of the program and the benefits of this program is to become one of the proofs of good cooperation between the institutions of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung and the Regency Government of Tulungagung Regency especially at the UPTD BLK and Bapenda Disnakertrans; to donate lecturers' knowledge to the public; and to improve the quality of management of government / public sector management in the Tulungagung Regency area. PEMANFAATAN AGEN CERDAS UNTUK MENGUKUR PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (PNS) (THE USE OF INTELLIGENT AGENS FOR MEASURE THE WORKING PERFOMANCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS)
To implement the governance tasks, professional, responsible, honest, and fair civil servants are needed. It can be attained through a training which is implemented based on the system of working performance and career that focuses on the system of working performance. Therefore, the appraisal of working performance is carried out to evaluate the performance of civil servants for providing guidance to the officials in the evaluation of unit and organization performance. This study aims to make intelligent agens design, so that the working units and governmental organizations can do evaluation based on the self-evaluation of their employees' working performance. It refers to the government regulation number 46 year 2011, that the appraisal of the civil servants' working performance consists of Employee's Work Goal (EWG) and Work Behavior (WB) with the percentages for each are 60% and 40%. The intelligent agens that can be formed from this case consist of 1) Agen-evaluator who provides the feed back of working performance progress, 2) Agen-work planner who contributes in providing recommendation of jobs which are apropriate with the civil servants whose working performance is still low, and 3) Agen-record-of-performance who contribute in recording the performance of Civil Servants.

Émigré Creativity in a Historical Context ; Kreativitas Kaum Imigran dalam Konteks Historis
Émigré writers such as Kahlil Gibran and Mikhail Naimy proved that it is possible to transcend their historical limitations to become leading literary figures. An examination of the historical context of these writers is important for a rich understanding of their works. The themes addressed in such literary works are better appreciated within their cultural environment, and not as objects detached from their times, author and readers[1]. It can be rightfully argued that such works cannot be fully appreciated without delving into the intricacies of the political ideologies and economic crises of previous centuries. This article does not aim to perform such an undertaking, regardless of its literary merit; however, it presents an overview of the historical context surrounding the Émigré literary movement as a product of two cultures bridged by immigration at the turn of the 20th century. This is based on the belief that a profound critical engagement with Émigré works is better achieved with an examination of their historical and literary background. Thus, this article serves as a foundation for profound literary analyses of Émigré works. Dapat dikatakan bahwa karya-karya seperti itu tidak dapat sepenuhnya dihargai tanpa menggali seluk-beluk ideologi politik dan krisis ekonomi yang terjadi abad-abad sebelumnya. Akan tetapi, artikel ini bukan mengulas ideologi politik dan ekonomi, namun, mengkaji ikhtisar dari konteks historis yang melingkupi gerakan sastra kaum imigran sebagai hasil dari produk dua kebudayaan yang dijembatani oleh imigrasi pada abad transisi yakni abad ke-20. Hal Ini didasarkan pada keyakinan bahwa keterlibatan kritis yang mendalam dengan karya kaum imigran akan lebih baik bila mengkaji latar belakang sejarah dan sastra mereka. Measuring The Corruption Measurement Model (CMM) Based on Maqasid Shariah Framework
Purpose of the study: This paper will discuss the application of maqasid al shariah as a benchmark in the Corruption Measurement Model (CMM) based on Maqasid Syariah. Dimensions to be assessed on maqasid al shariah based on the opinions of Syathibi include hifdzun Dhin, hifdzun an-nafsh, hifdzun al-aql, hifdzun an-nasl, and hifdzun al-maal. Methodology: In addition to successfully formulating all the relevant details of maqasid al shariah for corruption measurement, this study is the first research that uses quantitative methods like ANOVA on data from all provinces in Indonesia. Main findings: The result is the average score from the Corruption Measurement Model (CMM) in Indonesia which is found to be good enough. The empirical study using ANOVA shows that there is no significant difference in the maqasid dimension among provinces in Indonesia, with a significance of 0.05. Applications of this study: The results of this study enables researcher, practitioner and policy maker to understand the implication of corruption and its impact on the society. Novelty/ Originality of this study: The application of maqasid al shariah is tested to explain the impact of corruption on the inadequacy of infrastructure and inefficient bureaucracy.

Pengaruh Etos Kerja dan Integritas Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Padang
This study aimed to determine and analyze how much the influence of the work ethic and integrity on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) within the Regional Government Organizations/Agencies (OPD), Regional Secretariat, Legislator Secretariat, Inspectorate Office, and some SubDistrict offices in Padang City. The method used in this study was associative quantitative. The population of this study was all civil servants within the Regional Government Organizations/Agencies (OPD), Regional Secretariat, Legislator Secretariat, Inspectorate Office, and some SubDistrict offices in Padang City. The sample size in this study used the Bartlett formula and the sample was determined through proportional stratified random sampling. Data in this study were collected through questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the effect of work ethic and integrity variables had significantly influenced on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Regional Government Organizations/Agencies (OPD), Regional Secretariat, Legislator Secretariat, Inspectorate Office, and some SubDistrict offices in Padang City.
