Introduction. The risk of child and youth suicides has increased in Ukraine since the Russian-Ukrainian war began. There is a high probability of increasing suicides among all ages, genders, and social groups after the end of active hostilities and the commencement of peace. Thus, Ukrainian students and pupils require regular screening for suicidal and self-harm tendencies to receive timely preventive or therapeutic interventions. However, due to distance learning conditions, most have limited access to diagnostics and help.
Purpose. The article aims to observe the available screening techniques suitable/applicable for detecting suicidal tendencies and/or self-harm in school-aged children in online learning conditions.
Methodology. A scoping review was chosen as a method of identifying available literature. Inclusion criteria were defined in that all articles must have been published within the last five years, written or translated into English, and dealt with pupils aged 5-19. Search engine databases included Scopus and Web of Science. The "Pearl growing" method was also applied by reviewing the references of included articles.
Results. Ultimately 18 out of 996 identified articles were included in scoping review. Most of the studies utilized long-established, reliable and evidence based mental health diagnostic screening tools, or a combination of several. The two most widely used diagnostic screening tools were the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (GAD-7). We have identified three settings of digital tools developed on this basis: for school, for clinical, for remote-only usage.
Conclusions. Emerging technologies can augment traditional approaches during virtual suicide assessment. This research can offer promising direction into the facilitation of screening adolescents electronically in distance learning conditions. With careful planning and research, it is possible to effectively accomplish screenings for Ukrainian pupils and students and ensure they receive the appropriate mental health care as soon as possible.

Adoptée en 2005 et entrée en vigueur en 2007, la Convention sur la diversité des expressions culturelles (CDEC) se veut un mécanisme international de régulation de l'interface « commerce-culture ». Il s'avère que la construction de la CDEC ne s'arrête pas avec sa ratification, puisque celle-ci doit se confronter à la réalité à travers l'application de ses dispositions, le respect de ses prescriptions, ainsi que l'existence de moyens qui permettront de la concrétiser. Partant de l'hypothèse qu'il y a un décalage entre les normes prescrites par un instrument international et leurs résultats concrets, nous offrons une cartographie de la question « commerce-culture », se consacrant aux enjeux juridiques et politiques de la mise en œuvre de la CDEC. En ce sens, favorisant une sociologie politique de la mise en œuvre, nous cherchons à nous interroger sur la problématique du changement provoqué par la CDEC dans les pratiques des acteurs impliqués. ; Peer reviewed

'Im Rahmen einer Politik der 'Ökonomisierung' von Wissenschaft und einer neuen Stufe der Verwissenschaftlichung der Industrie sollen gerade für die Biowissenschaften und die von ihnen ausgehenden biotechnologischen Innovationen neue Wissenstransfer- und Wissensverwertungschancen erschlossen werden. Die damit verbundene engere Kopplung von Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft schafft neue institutionelle Arrangements und stellt traditionelle wissenschaftliche Normen in Frage. Auf Basis empirischer Befunde aus dem Projekt 'Wissens- und Innovationstransfer von der Hochschule in die Wirtschaft - Arbeits- und Berufsorientierungen von Biowissenschaftlern' zeichnet das Working Paper diese institutionellen Neuarrangements nach und stellt ausführlich die Arbeitsbedingungen, Transferaktivitäten, beruflichen Motivationen und Leitorientierungen von BiowissenschaftlerInnen dar, die an Universitäten tätig sind (differenziert nach 'Arrivierten' und 'Aspiranten'). Deutlich wird, dass die neue Konstellation einer engeren Kopplung - anders, als bisweilen angenommen - nicht die Orientierung am Leitbild eines 'unternehmerischen Wissenschaftlers' befördert, sondern eine neuerliche Akzentuierung der Figur des Wissenschaftsmanagers, der im 'kleinen Grenzverkehr' zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft zunehmend Aufgaben des 'Grenzmanagements' übernehmen muss. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich die Frage, ob die zu beobachtende 'Instrumentalisierung' der Transferaktivitäten für akademisch-wissenschaftliche Zielsetzungen auch in Zukunft noch gelingen kann und ob sich nicht langfristig doch die Gewichte zugunsten oberflächlicher Anwendungsorientierung verschieben - was mit absehbar negativen Folgen für sowohl wissenschaftliche als auch wirtschaftliche Innovationsfähigkeit einhergehen würde.' When referring to the recent period (late 1980s and early 1990s), the emergence of (Ngos, local authorities, North/South cooperation programmes, association of village structures, migrant associations.) involved in promoting territorial development at the local level in the Kayes region of Mali. In the same period, the notion of sustainable development emerges on the international scene. in this perspective, many stakeholders are interested in the use of this concept as a test of public territorial development policies through institutional reforms at decentralization. The use of this concept by the various actors is a research issue in the field of social sciences. The objective of this work is: to understand the conceptual articulation of these concepts of development through sustainable development policies initiated by decentralization and decentralised cooperation programmes; to analyse how sustainable development schemes are appropriate by actors in the Kayes region. Particular attention is paid to the decision-making processes (who participates? who decides? according to what methods? on what issues? etc.) and their effects on the expectations of local people, changes in their living conditions and their citizenship. ; Lorsqu'on se réfère à la période récente (fin des années 1980 et début des années 1990), on constate l'émergence d'acteurs (ONG, collectivités locales, programmes de coopération Nord/Sud, associations des structures villageoises, associations de migrants.) engagés dans la promotion du développement territorial au niveau local dans la région de Kayes au Mali. Protected Areas are worldwide accepted as conservation policy instrument. However, effectiveness of this instrument for sustainability management of protected resources is still problematic. It is in this context this paper investigates Social-Ecological System constraints which lead to unsuccessful situations in protected forests in Mexico. To achieve this objective, a methodology of E. Ostrom SES framework to carry out meta-analysis of case studies of Mexican forests is used. The results show that constraints are imbedded into attributes of governance of these resources by local communities through a set of variables whose patterns of interactions lead to successful or unsuccessful situations. These variables are variables characterizing governance system and variables characterizing actors' system. The interactions of these variables lead to successful situations in case studies in which local community members highly participate in governance system.
