Актуальность. Антропологический кризис, в который ввергнута современная цивилизация, задает новые стандарты интерпретации противоречий между поколениями и диктует сценарии их визуализации. Данный конфликт приобретает политико-идеологическое звучание, что требует гуманитарной экспертизы этой ситуации и формирования корпуса рекомендаций по минимизации негативных последствий. Цель: на примере голливудской франшизы о «Дивергенте» проанализировать стратегии формирования постапокалиптического социального пространства и принципы деформации межпоколенческой коммуникации. Методы: авторы опираются на междисциплинарный комплекс семиотического, феноменологического и психоаналитического методов, позволяющий всесторонне проанализировать биополитические и идеологические стратегии постапокалиптической власти. Результаты: укрепление институтов власти будущего осуществляется посредством насаждения тоталитарной, иерархической системы, каждый уровень которой выполняет предписанную моральную миссию, что позволяет придавать ее официальным и повседневным функциям высшие сакральные и антропологические смыслы. Эффективность существования фракционной системы постапокалиптического будущего обеспечивается за счет создания жесткого механизма социализации, призванного формировать и канонизировать стандартизированные моральные добродетели. Функционированию подобного отлаженного механизма препятствуют дивергенты - индивиды, обладающие всеми фракционными способностями одновременно. Их универсальность подрывает стабильность антиутопического социума, что обуславливает стремление власти к физическому устранению дивергентов из социального пространства. Государственному порядку противопоставлена внесистемная оппозиция инсургентов - девиантов, стремящихся уничтожить фракционную детерминацию. Демонстративная борьба фракционного социума с инсургентами является его системной функцией, укрепляющей позиции власти, которая выступает закономерным результатом теневых экспериментов над обществом. Выводы: использование технологий профессиональной сегрегации становится ведущей биополитической, коммунитарной стратегией постапокалиптической тоталитарной власти. ; Relevance. The anthropological crisis in which modern civilization is plunged sets new standards for the interpretation of contradictions between generations and dictates scenarios for their visualization. This conflict acquires a political and ideological sound, which urgently requires its humanitarian expertise, the formation of a body of recommendations to minimize the negative consequences. The aim of the research is to analyze the strategies for formation of a post-apocalyptic social space and the principles of deformation of intergenerational communication using the example of the Hollywood franchise about «Divergent». Methods. The authors rely on an interdisciplinary complex of semiotic, phenomenological and psychoanalytic methods, which allows a comprehensive analysis of the biopolitical and ideological strategies of postapocalyptic power. Results. The strengthening of the institutions of power of the future is carried out through the imposition of a totalitarian, hierarchical system, each level of which fulfills a prescribed moral mission, which makes it possible to rigidly give official and everyday functions to the highest sacred and anthropological meanings. The effectiveness of the existence of a factional system of a post-apocalyptic future is ensured by the creation of a rigid socialization mechanism designed to form and canonize standardized moral virtues. Functioning of such well-established mechanism is hindered by divergents, individuals who have all the factional abilities at the same time. Their universality undermines the stability of the dystopian society, which leads to the desire of the authorities to physically eliminate divergents from the social space. The state order is opposed by the non-systemic opposition of insurgents, deviants who seek to destroy factional determination. The demonstrative struggle of the factional society with the insurgents is its systemic function, which strengthens the positions of power, which is the natural result of shadow experiments on society. Findings. The use of occupational segregation technologies is becoming the leading biopolitical, communitarian strategy of post-apocalyptic, totalitarian power.

Kein Konflikt war so bedrohlich und produktiv zugleich wie der Kalte Krieg. Die Trennung durch den Eisernen Vorhang spornte die Entwicklung neuer Waffen-, Medien-, Spionagetechniken und -technologien an und bedingte eine exzessive Produktion medialer Bilder - der ideologische Feind war allein aus den Medien bekannt. Auch das atomare Ende war einzig ein mediales Phantasma. In diesem Wunsch nach der Kontrolle über den Gegner vermehrten sich die Bilder, die zugleich nur die Angst und die Verunsicherung vertieften. Dieser durch die (Massen-)Medien bedingten Paradoxie nähern sich die vorliegenden Beiträge aus verschieden analytischen Perspektiven, um Medientechnologien, -fantasien und -effekte zu erforschen. Im Fokus der Untersuchung stehen die medialen Bedingungen und Logiken des Kalten Krieges.

ZusammenfassungIn der Rechtsextremismusforschung wird die Instrumentalisierung von Religionen zu Zwecken politischer Agitation ausführlich untersucht. Der Beitrag differenziert diese Perspektive, indem er nach der Form und Funktion religiöser Deutungsmuster in rechten Krisennarrativen fragt.In einem theoretischen Teil werden in einer wissenssoziologischen Perspektive zunächst strukturelle Gemeinsamkeiten von Konservatismus, Rechtspopulismus und der Neuen Rechten sowie Ähnlichkeiten von rechten Krisennarrativen und apokalyptischen Texten hervorgehoben. In zwei empirischen Analyseschritten werden dann (I) anhand von Quellen aus dem Umfeld der Neuen Rechten zwei metadiskursive Bezüge auf Religionskonzepte systematisiert und (II) durch die exemplarische Analyse populärer rechter Narrative die Struktur und Funktion von apokalyptischen Deutungsmustern skizziert.Esoterische Religionsbezüge rekurrieren auf die traditionalistische Philosophie und betonen den immanenten Gehalt einerphilosophia perennis. Im Rahmen exoterischer Religionsbezüge werden vor allem die sozialintegrativen Aspekte der Religion als Institution hervorgehoben. In metapolitischen Krisennarrativen werden beide Bezüge in Form von apokalyptischen Deutungsmustern aufbereitet, wobei der Figur desKatechoneine wichtige Rolle zukommt. Dabei wird deutlich, dass die Neue Rechte apokalyptische Deutungsmuster tradiert, weil sie zur Legitimation und Durchsetzung ihrer politischen Hegemonieambitionen auf permanente Krisennarrationen angewiesen ist.Die wissenssoziologische Perspektive macht eine ambivalente Struktur neurechter Texte sichtbar und kann Anschluss- und Transformationsmöglichkeiten von rechten Narrativen und Diskursen erklären. Der Beitrag basiert auf einer diskursanalytischen Untersuchung neurechter Publikationen.

Academic development in Latin America faces challenges typical of Third World countries: the excessive influence of the political regime, the insufficient financial resources, the absence of clearly established professionalization patterns, among others. Political Science, as one of the younger social science disciplines have not been oblivious to these challenges. The Latin American cases –various of them reviewed in this volume– account for the diversity and heterogeneity of the development of the discipline and the impact of the North American academy as an inevitable reference - for better or for worse - for the reflection of the future of political science in the region. ; El desarrollo académico en América Latina enfrenta desafíos propios de países del Tercer Mundo: la influencia excesiva del régimen político, la insuficiencia de recursos financieros, la ausencia de patrones de profesionalización claramente establecidos, entre otros. La Ciencia Política, como una de las disciplinas de ciencias sociales más jóvenes, no ha estado ajena a estos retos. Los casos latinoamericanos –varios de ellos reseñados en el presente volumen– dan cuenta de la diversidad y heterogeneidad del desarrollo de la disciplina y del impacto de la academia norteamericana como referente inevitable –para bien o para mal– para la reflexión del futuro de ciencia política en la región.

In recent decades, the spread of digitalization has transformed the processes of political participation and citizen mobilization in diverse and unexpected ways. Contrary to what was initially expected, the consequences of the technologization of the political field have been very complex. The greatest innovations have taken place in the space of unconventional political participation, through a set of technologically mediated interventions full of light and shadows. This article offers a sample of some of the emerging digital political practices that have appeared in recent years. The objective is not to position oneself in a debate about diagnoses or moral evaluations but to map the digital tools for political participation without falling into a techno-deterministic, conciliatory or celebratory perspective. Rather, it aims to analyze different intervention models, both successful and unsuccessful, placing them in their historical context and assessing their strengths and weaknesses. ; En las últimas décadas, la difusión de la digitalización ha transformado los procesos de participación política y movilización ciudadana de formas diversas e inesperadas. Frente a lo esperado inicialmente, las consecuencias de la tecnologización del campo político han sido muy complejas. Las mayores innovaciones han tenido lugar en el espacio de la participación política no convencional, a través de un conjunto de intervenciones mediadas tecnológicamente llenas de claroscuros. Este artículo ofrece una muestra de algunas de las prácticas políticas digitales emergentes que han aparecido en los últimos años. El objetivo no es posicionarse en un debate sobre diagnósticos o valoraciones morales sino cartografiar las herramientas digitales para la participación política sin caer en una perspectiva tecnodeterminista, conciliadora o celebratoria. Más bien aspira a analizar distintos modelos de intervención, tanto los exitosos como los fracasados, ubicándolos en su contexto histórico y evaluando sus fortalezas y debilidades.

Gipi offers his readers a narration of the world written beyond the end of the world and engages in a type of story that is among the most popular of recent times: post-apocalyptic fiction, which is perhaps the most suitable literary and cinematographic genre to entertain a "political" dialogue with his audience. The author works with the typical tools of comics and yet engages with archetypes that no longer belong only to the apocalyptic fiction, but to the fairy tale and the coming-of-age novel. ; La terra dei figli è un graphic-novel che incontra consapevolmente la finzione post-apocalittica: Gipi propone ai suoi lettori un racconto del mondo vergato oltre la fine del mondo, inserendosi in un ambito fra i più popolari degli ultimi decenni ‒ forse il genere letterario e cinematografico con la più spiccata tendenza a intrattenere con il pubblico un discorso "politico". L'autore lo fa in modo originale, con gli strumenti tipici del fumetto, confrontandosi tuttavia con archetipi che non appartengono più solo alla finzione apocalittica, ma alla fiaba e al racconto di formazione.
