The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of the character education program of Junior and Senior High School Victory Plus School using the national curriculum and International Baccalaureate. The research method used is mix method. The result of data analysis showed that the average self-concept score was 2.65 (less good); selfmanagement is 2.73 (good); and social services is 2.73 (good) in the implementation of courageous, honest, active, mindful, innovative, open minded, and nobel (champion) value. The value of champion is relevant to the value of the national curriculum character but the value of hard work, religion, democracy, the spirit of nationality, and the love of the homeland have not yet appeared. The balanced and reflective values in the learner profile are not yet visible.

Character is the quality or strength of mental or moral, morality or character of the individual who is a special personality that becomes the motivator and activator, and differentiate with other individuals. Character can be established through education, because education is the most effective way to awaken the individual in his humanity. Teachers have a very big role in education, especially in the formation of the character of learners. There are 18 basic character values that should be developed for learners: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, spirit of nationality, love of the homeland, appreciate achievement, communicative, Love peace, love to read, caring environment, sociality and responsible. Teachers have five roles in developing the character of learners, namely as conservator, innovator, transmissist, transformer and organizer.

This paper is a attempt of reflection concerning of appearing human identity problems which take a place in differential and complex society. A special attention was paid nationality identification. Using the concept of G.H. Mead and J. Habermas describe the complex structure of an individual's identity, presenting various forms of social relationships that connect people with others and try to explain the problem of exclusion and hostility towards others/strange in the perspective of identity. The key issue in this social relationship is the connection the individual and the collective dimension of human identity. The basic hypothesis of the text assumes that the more the community limits the development of a person's (individual) identity, the more likely he becomes vulnerable to feelings of threat and hostility towards another.

In Asia and Europe, as in many other regions around the world, shifting perceptions of "nationhood" and a renegotiation of what it means to belong to a "nation state" have surfaced. What, for instance, does being Japanese or German entail today? While citizenship and nationality (passport) are still relevant in formal procedures and for the entitlement to enjoy certain rights, religion, ethnicity and language play increasingly prominent roles in the formation of an emotional affiliation with a "nation". Paper aimed to consider of approaches to big data (social network content) utilization for understanding of social behavior in the conflict zones, and analysis of dynamics of illegal armed groups. Analysis directed to identify of underage militants. The probabilistic and stochastic methods of analysis and classification of number, composition and dynamics of illegal armed groups in active conflict areas are proposed. Data of armed conflict – antiterrorist operation in Donbas (Eastern Ukraine in the period 2014-2015) is used for analysis. The numerical distribution of age, gender composition, origin, social status and nationality of child militants among illegal armed groups has been calculated. Conclusions on the applicability of described method in criminological practice, as well as about the possibilities of interpretation of obtaining results in the context of study of terrorism are proposed.

Political culture is a set of political attitudes, convictions, and emotions that prevail in a special period for a nationality, which influences the actions of the various political actors and the democratic process of a country. In the global era, the different nationalities and areas still maintain their own culture, exploring the suitable developing routes and having formed different democratic developing models. The political practices of such countries indicate that a stable and effective democratic government not only depends on the reasonable political systems and governmental structures, but also on the political values of the people. The world order should be more tolerant and plural, thereby supplying broader space for non-Western countries to choose suitable ways for themselves and combine the democratic globalization and localization together.

This dataset contains information about politicians from DBpedia, a crowd-sourced community effort to extract structured information from Wikipedia and make this information available on the Web. Some important information about people that is available on DBpedia are name, gender, nationality, occupation, birth date, death date, profession and for many politicians also the political party they belong to. This dataset is based on the English DBpedia dump from October 2015 and documents the temporal evolution of the hyperlink network that articles about politicians formed on Wikipedia between 2001 and 2016 every month. Wikipedia maintains revisions for each article to keep track of the changes over time. The first revision of each month was used to construct the hyperlink network between articles about politicians.

This essay addresses the similarities and differences between the cluster of Soviet famines in 1931-33 and the great Chinese famine of 1958-1962. The similarities include: Ideology; planning; the dynamics of the famines; the relationship among harvest, state procurements and peasant behaviour; the role of local cadres; life and death in the villages; the situation in the cities vis-à-vis the countryside, and the production of an official lie for the outside world. Differences involve the following: Dekulakization; peasant resistance and anti-peasant mass violence; communes versus sovkhozes and kolkhozes; common mess halls; small peasant holdings; famine and nationality; mortality peaks; the role of the party and that of Mao versus Stalin's; the way out of the crises, and the legacies of these two famines; memory; sources and historiography.

The Soviet (1931-33) and Chinese (1958-62) famines were man-made catastrophes that occurred in underdeveloped states with growing populations during peacetime and affected traditional surplus areas. Both are marked by overly ambitious industrialization strategies at the expense of the rural economy in which central authorities failed to lower grain quotas once famine broke out and even increased them. The famines also had differences, notably regarding the nationality or ethnic question, which played a key role in Ukraine and was present in the Kazakh famine, but was absent in the Chinese famine. Moving from an analysis of the US literature on public interest law, on law and social change and law and social movements, the research explores how, under what conditions and with what consequences, legal actors have relied on the prohibition of discrimination to challenge nationality related differences of treatment in the Italian context. It will analyse how the implementation of the Racial Equality Directive and the equal treatment clauses provided under EU law with regard to specific categories of TCNs have effected the opportunities for effective enforcement of the prohibition of discrimination at the national level and investigate the extent to which such opportunities have shaped legal strategies. Finally the research will assess the impact of litigation in terms of achieving equal rights in courts and generating policy response.

In western states today, and not only in these quarters, there are noteworthy and dangerous oscillations between extreme forms of nationalism and more democratic trends. A more detailed and radical analysis is needed, allowing a change of the structures underlying the current situation. One point in question is that the European tragedy was and is part of a global drama. The discussion of main paradigms as growth, nationality, statehood and the like have to be at the heart of any debates, questioning their validity. A radical shift is needed, aiming at a proactive and provocative re-interpretation of the future.

Due to war economy and Nazi Ideology, the organisation of agricultural work in Germany 1939 to 1945 was built upon political forces; however, it also involved economic and socio-cultural forces. The case of the region of Niederdonau highlights the external and internal dynamics of the field of agricultural work's organisation as opposed to the vision of a centralized and efficient 'human economy' (Menschenokonomie) in the eyes of Nazi bureaucracy. The working and living conditions of the rural workers were differentiated according to 'race', nationality, legal status, gender, age and so on. In practice, they depended upon informal relations with other people of the farm or the rural community rather than formal rights, As a consequence, the field of agricultural work's organisation in general and forced labour in particular were highly segmented.
