Cannabis sativa L. culture has encountered various legislative challenges throughout history, and these have varied according to the social, political and economic context of each period. Historical stigma and prohibitions brought restrictions on cannabis, and anti-drug and prohibition policies adopted in the 20th century led to the prohibition of the cultivation of Cannabis sativa L. Its incorrect association with drugs of abuse and its classification as a narcotic substance complicated the legislation. Problems in differentiating between recreational and medical use have created confusion in law. Global inconsistency in cannabis rules and regulations has created difficulties in international trade and research cooperation. The recent evolution of legislation, marked by ambiguities and inconsistencies regarding the medical, industrial, and food use of cannabis, has raised questions and challenges. Production and marketing issues, such as strict regulations and licensing hurdles affect the cannabis industry in the Republic of Moldova too. These challenges are constantly changing, reflecting the diversity of perspectives and societal developments.

From a general perspective, as well as in scientific practice, technology and society are viewed as two distinct entities. Related to this view are the assumption that technology and human experience are quite different and unconnected and the idea that modernity has uprooted, de-contextualised, and disembodied technical rationality. Adopting a contrary approach, this book represents a theoretical exploration to show that, in the domain of technological development, there are significant margins for manoeuvre in which to recuperate and valorise human and social action, in order to envisage a better democratisation of technology. Primary focus is placed on open source, as potentially paving the way to a new participatory model of technology. This model makes so-called 'technical code' an open entity in which it is possible to realise creative processes, including those of re-appropriation designed to re-invent used technologies

Marchica lagoon offers very favourable conditions for practice of artisanal fishing which is the main socioeconomic activity carried out in this coastal ecosystem. However, artisanal fishing there suffers from a lack of control and management due to the absence of a data collection system on the various biological and socioeconomic aspects of this fishery. Thus, it considers serious threaten their sustainability. The main purpose of the paper to give a comprehensive account of artisanal fishing and its socioeconomic aspects in the Marchica lagoon, through a survey carried out at five sites around the lagoon. It has been found that there a low level of education among fishermen. The fishermen practiced two gears, pound net and trammel net. The economical analysis showed that the total annual gross product per boat is about 15766,80 USD, which gives an average monthly income of about 1148, 10USD par boat. Therefore, the wealth produced by these fisheries have a real impact on the quality of the fishermen live. Hence, ensure sustainable development of this fishery.

Іn the article deals, that the creation of an inclusive environment is an important priority of modern public policy, which considers the issues of accessibility, protection of the rights of people with disabilities and equal opportunities in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals until 2030. It has been proved that for the implementation of organizational measures for physical disability, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of the concept of universal design and reasonable adaptation, transport accessibility, and the implementation of new building codes. Local authorities should adopt special programs and create an inclusive environment for everyone, including children, women, the elderly, representatives of other groups, realizing their rights to individual adaptation, assistive devices, and a comfortable public space. It is noted that an important area that covers a significant range of organizational issues is economic inclusion. Economic inclusion means providing conditions and opportunities for employment, obtaining financing for entrepreneurship, developing social entrepreneurship, and vocational rehabilitation for all groups of citizens. It has been established that in a pandemic, more attention should be paid to organizing vocational rehabilitation for persons who have lost contact with the labor market or persons who need additional protection in the labor market. The importance of information inclusion and the development of appropriate state standards of social services for the translation of sign speech, accompanying persons with visual impairments, accompanying people with disabilities in employment and social and labor adaptation has been substantiated.The conditions for the development of rehabilitation services in accordance with the requirements of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities are considered. It is proved that the main directions of development of the system of rehabilitation services in Ukraine require an integrated approach in connection with the medical reform in the country. To implement organizational measures, public authorities need to constantly monitor compliance with the standards of accessibility. It is necessary to reform the legislation on the employment of people with disabilities and strengthen the work of state bodies in the field of employment.

In this study we discussed the construct validity of knowledge asset measurement models by focusing on the adequacy of theoretical content. The importance of an organization's role as a social community in creating knowledge assets has not been adequately addressed in existing organizational
knowledge asset measurement models. This social aspect of an organization manifests itself in the knowledge conversion process through which various knowledge inputs are transformed into organizational knowledge assets. We suggested that, from the organizational learning and dynamic capability
perspective, the construct of knowledge assets should cover the organization's learning capability, accumulated through social interaction within and outside the organizational boundary. In our proposed model, social capital provides an infrastructure for knowledge creation, and learning capability
measured knowledge creation and exchange activities. Indicators of social capital and learning capability are suggested, and implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
