Abstract
This article proposes the neo-Triple Helix model of innovation ecosystems by integrating the Triple, Quadruple and Quintuple Helix models, inspired by Lewontin's gene, organism and environment Triple Helix metaphor. The model considers innovation ecosystems evolved through interactions between 1) innovation dynamics (or innovation genes), 2) social structures and 3) the natural environment. The systems include two-layer triple helix interactions (or triads): university, industry and government at the gene level, and innovation genes, social structures and the natural environment at the system level. Innovation dynamics are conceptualised by integrating the neo-institutional and neo-evolutionary perspectives of the Triple Helix model. The dialectical relationships between innovation genes, social structures and the natural environment are primarily explained using aspects of the Quadruple and Quintuple Helix models. The neo-Triple Helix model clarifies debates on different helix innovation models, advances helical approaches through synergy building and can guide empirical research and policy design on innovation ecosystems.

Abstract The set aside of protected areas is one of the pillars of initiatives focused on nature conservation. Studies seeking a broader understanding of the relation between human well-being and protected areas are key to support a social-ecological balance these initiatives. In this paper, we sought to understand, through interviewers structured around the concepts of freedom, security, heath, and social relations, the extent to which protected areas in the Pantanal have impacted the lives of two riverine communities in the region. We show that both communities were negatively impacted in all axes of well-being evaluated. However, each group experienced the impacts differently, depending on the process of creation, category and management strategy of each protected area. We also show that people see economic, social, and ecological positive aspects of the protected areas. Broader understanding about well-being, as applied in this study, allow us to better uncover the relation between human / nature and the potential for effective participation of traditional communities.

Definirea realității și a mecanismelor prin care oamenii o percep este o muncă anevoioasă și plină de provocări în această epocă a post-adevărului, unde totul este relativ, interpretabil, dinamic, fără norme general acceptate. Totuși, între individ și mediul social există o relație strânsă. Acest binom constituie o construcție care integrează mintea, corpul, spiritul uman și mediul. Interacțiunea continuă dintre individ și mediul social creează realitatea care se manifestă ca un proces continuu de codificare și decodificare. Dar modul în care interpretăm o situație determină consecințele acțiunilor noastre și chiar felul în care pot evolua lucrurile, de aceea, plecând de la premise greșite, de la o interpretare greșită a unei situații, oamenii se comportă în consecință. De aceea, în materialul de față, pornind de la modul în care se formează reprezentarea individului despre mediu, societate, lume, din perspectiva neuroștiințelor, a psihologiei sociale, a sociologiei cognitive, voi trece în revistă principalele aspecte cu privire la modalitatea de construcție socială a realității.

Social Media Agendas of Political Parties Versus Social Media Agendas of TV News Services in the Parliamentary Election Campaign in 2019
The presented article concerns the convergence of symbolic political agendas of selected political entities (coalitions) (PiS-ZP, PO-KO) and agendas of selected broadcasters (Wiadomości TVP, Fakty TVN), in social media, in the parliamentary campaign in 2019. Theses concerning the overlapping of the media and political agendas of PiS-ZP and TVP and PO-KO and TVN in the thematic aspect were formulated, as well as the thesis about the affective orientation of media agendas towards specific political entities: TVN towards PiS-ZP and TVN towards PO-KO. The theoretical framework of the research was the agenda-setting theory, the concept of mediatization of politics and the evolution of the roles of political and media actors. The work also presents empirical research on the agendas of the above-mentioned entities on Twitter. The hypotheses were verified on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Social problems within the social reality have become problems that cannot be fully resolved, especially when they are concerned with the domination of power. This research seeks to describe various kinds of resistance of the Papuans against the domination of power which includes domination of patriarchal social power, domination of economic power, and domination of political power in a novel entitled Tanah Tabu by Anindita S. Thyaf. This research implemented a descriptive qualitative method with Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis model, including three dimensions of the text, discourse practice, and socio-cultural practice. The research results revealed that: (1) from the perspective of text dimension, the linguistic aspect showed resistance by the local community through the vocabulary used by the author, (2) from the perspective of discourse practice, it voiced injustice and violence due to domination of power, (3) from the perspective of socio-cultural practice, the socio-cultural context influenced the emergence of the text.

ABSTRACT The present study aimed to analyze the participation of the government of Piauí in the bottom-up funding of sport and leisure public policies from 2013 to 2017, embracing four aspects: (1) comparison of expenditure with tax revenue; (2) comparison of expenditure with other social agendas, notably Social Assistance and Culture; (3) identifying the spending behavior regarding subfunctions; (4) analyzing the efficiency in resource liquidation comparatively. Quantitative data were collected from the National Treasure website and submitted to descriptive statistics. In a conclusive manner, the study indicated that: (a) state government expenditure with the SLF is far shorter than the estimated by the II National Sport Conference; (b) expenditure has not followed the positive revenue variation during the period; (c) when compared to Social Assistance and Culture, Sport and Leisure has been the less considered area on the government's agenda; (d) there has been an abrupt chance in the government's agenda towards performance sport; (e) the government acts in an efficient way regarding the liquidation of planned resources.

This article examined the multidimensional aspects of poverty in selected North Indian districts using the Alkire–Foster counting method of estimating poverty incidence and intensity. Whereas more than half of the sample households are found to be vulnerable to poverty, about a quarter of households are observed to be in the grip of poverty in these districts. Among the dimensions of deprivations, education, standard of living and economic and social security are critical in contributing to multidimensional poverty and vulnerability. In these dimensions, people are mostly deprived of fuel for cooking, sanitation, ownership assets, informal jobs and social security measures. Therefore, the policymakers ought to be proactive in understanding the socio-economic structure of these districts to formulate inclusive distributive policies as appropriate area wise. However, policies such as urbanization, promotion of technical/vocational education, initiation of micro and small entrepreneurial activities completing and supplementing to farm activities and introducing measures of social protection can help people come out of the tragedies of poverty.

The paper aims to analyze poverty issues in rural households of India sampled purposively from the perspective of per capita Monthly Consumption Expenditure. In addition, the decomposition of poverty across social group affiliation and economic status adds another flavor to this study. The study concentrates on one of the backward areas of West Bengal, the district of Purulia, a resource-poor district with a distinct presence of scheduled social group population. The candidate villages were selected purposively keeping in mind the aspects of physical isolation and socio-economic stagnancy. Quantitative tools like Stepwise Multiple Regression and Decomposition analysis by FGT indices were instrumental in estimating the relative strengths of the factors affecting poverty. Besides, the study has simultaneously added the life history approach to integrate the QUAN-QUAL methods with an aim to produce a more complete picture. The critical findings include that the scheduled social groups, especially tribes, and daily wage casual laborers followed by agricultural laborers, were identified as the most vulnerable to poverty indicators in their respective population segments.

Feminism is a social and political movement, a theory, and an ideology which concerns itself with women's inferior status in society and educational discrimination due to their sex. It calls for change in all aspects of life whether social, economic, political, or cultural. As a social movement, feminism highlights the different ways women have been oppressed, suppressed and repressed. In this respect, feminism is a movement which has the overall emancipatory aim of redressing gender inequalities in order to create a world in which one gender does not set the standard of human value. As a political movement, feminism has been considered as a revolution which focuses on investigating gender, that is, the way women and men come to construct themselves, their identities and their views of others as more or less feminine or masculine . As a theory , it aims to discover the various reasons behind gender inequalities. As an ideology, it points out to the negative ideas and beliefs that are deeply rooted in societies.

Extimity as a socio-psychological phenomenon that was created and matured in European political discourse and social programmes, during the last ten-fifteen years became a product of exportation from European Union to the whole of Eurasia. It is widely depicted by media and many politicians as a part of the worldwide gender equality movement, but in fact it represents a political means of pre-designed formation, attribution, consolidation and transformation of gender social roles and statuses in Eurasia. Such use of extimity is performed according to common mould that presumably reflects a centripetal force which has to additionally unify Eurasian population across a common idea shared by the majority, ultimately the idea of the global unified humanity. In the instrumental aspect, extimity is associated with the re-transmission of neo-liberal gender communicative stereotypes and behaviour models in non-European parts of Eurasia. In the paper, we analyse social and political implications and consequences of such extimity exportation from EU to the rest of Eurasia.

In this study, the extension of theory of planned behavior was developed to evaluate the effects of antecedents that influence consumers' intention to buy green products. The effect of nine determinants (i.e., individual benefits, social benefits, willingness-to-pay, environmental responsibility, e-word-of-mouth, values, self-competence, convenience, and environmental literacy) of the green wave on Taiwanese consumers was empirically tested by examining their perception of social responsibility through theory of planned behavior. Except for consumer subjective norms, the remaining factors exhibited significant positive correlations with the planned behavior, implying that the voluntary participation aspect of the green wave is considerably more critical than its mandatory social pressure. To diffuse this green wave more effectively, the Taiwanese government should encourage consumers to easily capture the detailed impact of the green wave on the society and allow consumers to use word-of-mouth marketing for the creation of relational value to improve their quality of life.

Nowadays, information and communication technology has increasingly become a new driving force for economic development. 5G technology has already become a key technology pursuit for countries to compete for the status of world power, and it has also become an indispensable part of contemporary economic and social development. We should give full play to the government's guiding role, and work with network giants to build a new platform for cooperation, promote coordinated industrial development, achieve win-win results, and promote economic and social prosperity and development.

Nowadays, Corona Virus (Covid-19) affects the inside of fundamental aspects of society. An effort to preventing the pandemic undertaken by all societies. For instance, social and physical distancing, wearing a masker, hand washing is the most important action to prevent viruses. A massive campaign to prevent COVID-19 intensively expressed by the public, instead of affected by the prevention of act is the religious issues, logic, and science. One obvious example is the prohibition on the use of places of worship, except Mall, public shopping is open. The case that occurs in Indonesia caused a social dilemma in Moslems or other believers in contrast to the government policies. Campaign to the Covid-19 prevention led by the government to present an imbalance between policies and public rules. This research tries to examine the theory by which two concepts which is logic opportunity structure and mass structure mobilization proposed by Thomas Kuhn. Therefore, the model of social mobilization and government policies is an object to get the proper description to results in an obvious solution.

A distinction often drawn is one between conservative versus revisionary conceptions of philosophical analysis with respect to commonsensical beliefs and intuitions. This paper offers a comparative investigation of two revisionary methods: Carnapian explication and ameliorative analysis as developed by S. Haslanger. It is argued that they have a number of common features, and in particular that they share a crucial political dimension: they both have the potential to serve as instrument for social reform. Indeed, they may produce improved versions of key concepts of everyday life, for example those pertaining to social categories such as gender and race (among others), which in turn may lead to social change. The systematic comparison of these two frameworks offered here, where similarities as well as differences are discussed, is likely to provide useful guidance to practitioners of both approaches, as it will highlight important aspects of each of them that tend to remain implicit and under-theorized in existing applications of these methodologies to specific questions.

AbstractEmotion has become an increasingly important aspect of work in the 21st century. In this article, we take stock of the extant literature delineating the role of emotions, especially passion as a cultural schema, in white‐collar workplaces. Scholars have covered extensive ground on emotions at work, but the role of passion remains an underexplored yet significant area. Drawing from recent developments in research on white‐collar work, we argue that the passion schema has become a critical marker in the labor market for sorting individuals into occupations, hiring and promotion within organizations, and assigning value to people's labor. Emergent research suggests that because the expression and perception of passion remain ambiguously defined in the workplace and varies by context, it is pivotal in reproducing social inequalities. In this review, we focus on how privileging passion in the workplace and interpreting it as a measure of aptitude impacts social inequalities by race, gender, and social class. We close by setting an agenda for further research on this topic.
