The research aims to explore climate indicators of Canary Islands as autonomous area of Spain. Climate conditions have a special significance in the EU countries and particularly on the territory of Canary Islands. Canary Islands are separate climatic zone described by six climate types.

The article attempts to econometric modeling of the influence of a complex of factors on the volume and dynamics of the economies of the member States of the European Union, taking into account their differentiation. The main results of the author's research are as follows. First, the fundamental coincidence of trends in the EU GDP dynamics with global trends and the presence of a strong negative impact on this dynamics of the global crisis of the late 2000s have been established. Secondly, it is once again confirmed that there is a significant differentiation between the founding States of the EU and the countries that joined it after 1990, expressed in a significant excess of macroeconomic indicators of the first group of countries of similar indicators of the second group. Thirdly, the difference between the combinations of factors influencing economic development in the two groups of EU countries is revealed, which once again testifies to the bloc nature of the EU structure.

In this research article it was discussed: Eurasian path forming a common European economic space, positive Eurasian-Ukraine integration experience, it was revealed the role held after the «Orange Revolution» in 2005 with the European integration course as the main causes of deep socio-economic crisis in Ukraine, it was shown that the Association Agreement with the European Union is the concentrated embodiment of the interests of European competitors Ukrainian business, the necessity of the new Eurasian social and economic policy for the revival of Ukraine. Out of the political crisis can be only caused by change of economic course. ; В данной научной статье рассмотрено: евразийский путь формирования общеевропейского экономического пространства, позитивный евразийско-интеграционный опыт Украины, раскрыта роль проводимого после «оранжевой революции» с 2005 г. евроинтеграционного курса как главной причины глубокого социально-экономического кризиса Украины, показано, что соглашение об ассоциации с Европейским союзом является концентрированным воплощением интересов европейских конкурентов украинского бизнеса, обоснована необходимость проведения нового евразийского социально-экономического курса для возрождения Украины. Выход из политического кризиса может быть только в смене экономического курса. ; У даній науковій статті розглянуто: євразійський шлях формування загальноєвропейського економічного простору, позитивний євразійсько-інтеграційний досвід України, розкрито роль проведеного після «помаранчевої революції» з 2005 р. євроінтеграційного курсу як головної причини глибокої соціально-економічної кризи України, показано, що угода про асоціацію з Європейським союзом є концентрованим втіленням інтересів європейських конкурентів українського бізнесу, обґрунтовано необхідність проведення нового євразійського соціально-економічного курсу для відродження України. Вихід з політичної кризи може бути тільки в зміні економічного курсу.

The article examines the history of the origin of Western European economic integration and Eastern European "socialist integration" in the second half of the 1940s of the twentieth century. The study of this history is determined by the need for scientific reinterpretation of established ideas about the most important historical processes, as well as the modern need to extract positive experience from the past through historical analysis. This work, based on the publications of various political orientations, with the involvement of published and archival documents, is one of the first attempts to clarify not only the distinctive, but also common in the history of institutional construction of two economic integration models.

The study focused on an analysis of the phenomenon of integrity and existential aspects of its implementation. Co-existence is a space which is formed by the integrity of the individual and social life. Being "invisible", "dissolved" in the context of rapidly produced, aggressive economic and political relations, confrontation and enforcement structures, the community keeps vibrantly value existential aspects of human life – love, friendship, unity, harmony, produces an experience of creation. Therefore, when the force of desire is exhausted, when a person satiated by total consumerism and mass, when a person is aware of his lostness and loneliness, when the potential of social creativity is exhausted, communitas experience is the space where the door is always open. The commonality retains the status of a mode of relationship, where the individual is able to recreate its own integrity, to discover and develop their potential by broadcasting it on social environment. At the same time, a fundamental condition for the phenomenon realization is the individual needs that determine the nature and direction of co-existence. This is the "to be" the need that implements a promising potential in the installation on cognition the surrounding world. Cognition of is becoming the practice realization of human spiritual potential, forming a holistic picture the world. Cognition of being or being-cognition, in fact, is a vector of productive development of the personality. It originates in the topos of unity communitas original model which is the family. The uniqueness of family relations is that it is here that starts the mechanism of formation of the integrity of the individual and social – the experience of communitas. This last is invested through the cultural tradition in the meanings, values, patterns of community relations, where aspiration for unity, primarily where self-interest yield harmony of the whole. Событийность выступает тем пространством, в рамках и под воздействием которого формируется целостность индивидуального и социального бытия. Речь идет о потребности «быть» реализующей свой перспективный потенциал в установке на познание окружающего мира. Само познание становится практикой реализации духовного потенциала человека, формирования его целостной картины мира. В статье поднимается вопрос о необходимости компетентностного подхода к обучению, об использовании передовых педагогических технологий, которые способствуют развитию критического мышления и формированию навыков непрерывного обучения.

In 2023, exactly 10 years have passed since the proclamation by Chinese President Xi Jinping of the One Belt, One Road Initiative (OBOR), which has become the flagship direction of China's foreign policy. OBOR is a combination of two mega-projects – the Silk Road Economic Belt (SREB) and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (MSR). A special role in promoting cooperation between China and African countries is played by the MSR, which passes through the states of East Africa – Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Madagascar and South Africa. The book "One Belt One Road Initiative and the Construction of the African Continental Free Trade Area" is devoted to the development trends of cooperation between China and African countries within the BRI, as well as assistance from the PRC in the construction of the African Continental Free Trade Area. Yang Baorong and Ma Hanzhi form the core of the team of authors. The book includes several chapters, the third of which is devoted to tying infrastructure under the BRI and helping to build the African Continental Free Trade Area, and the fourth is devoted to political proposals that deserve special attention. Although some conclusions made by the authors are questionable, the book is a major achievement, on the one hand because of its a qualitative analysis of the formation, development and emerging difficulties of economic integration in Africa, and on the other hand, because it reveals the position of China and the Chinese scientific community on promoting dialogue with the countries of the continent within the BRI and promoting free trade between the PRC and African countries. The red thread in the work traces the idea of the importance of the One Belt – One Road initiative for the successful construction of the African Continental Free Trade Area, as well as for the successful implementation of the 2063 Agenda.

Institutional analysis and analysis of documents of key educational integration
processes in Europe: Bologna process and Copenhagen process. Revelation of
mechanisms of governance of educational areas created on the basis of these
processes and comparison of this mechanisms with ones of governance of the
common space of research and education including cultural aspects that is being build
between the EU and Russia. Conclusions: no single center in Bologna process, in
spite of existence of the Bologna Follow-Up Group as formal governance body; the
governance body of Copenhagen process is definite and it is the same organization
that started the process; such model is more efficient.

Purpose: the purpose of this publication is to assess legal guaranties of competition (free competition) between contractors in broadly perceived process of granting public procurement, which means not only entering into a contract subject to the specific legal regime, concluded by a public purchaser, or possible private purchaser subordinated to that legal regime, with a contractor (contractors) in order to satisfy its demand for certain goods or services, but also a due course of the whole process of granting public procurement, perceived as a sequence of factual and legal actions beginning with the moment of public announcement of a procurement, sending an invitation for submitting offers or sending invitation to negotiate for selection of an offer of a given contractor, up till final fulfilment of all obligations of the parties under the public procurement contract. Methods: the major research method is the dogmatic-legal method, namely an analysis of legal text of different laws. Moreover, there is a critical analysis of scholar literature. The most important in this context is to indicate mutual co-relations between competition and fair competition in area of public procurement system and to point other major principles of the public procurement process, such as non-discrimination rule, transparency, impartiality and objectiveness rule, legality rule, openness, rule of written form, primate of using tender mode (competitive mode, in another words it is a rule of extraordinary application of non-competitive modes or primate of granting public procurement in a tender mode). All of those rules constitute together components of the guarantee of genuine competition within the whole process of granting a public procurement. It must be stressed that the literature in the area of research in not really rich. This is accurate in terms of Polish literature and EU literature, too. Results. Conclusions and relevance: results of the research are such that new 2014 EU public procurement directives, viz. Directive 2014/23/ EU, Directive 2014/24/EU and Directive 2014/25/EU, are not really aimed at fostering the competition as the main goal. Nevertheless, a specific and deep analysis of regulation of mentioned directives leads to the conclusion that those directives provide for bigger and broader economic competition. This is achieved generally thanks to opening of the public procurement market for micro, small and medium enterprises (SMBs' sector). ; Цель: Целью настоящей статьи является оценка правовых гарантий конкуренции (в том числе свободной) между подрядчиками при осуществлении процесса государственных закупок, что означает не только заключение контракта в соответствии с конкретными правовыми нормами между государственным (либо частным) покупателем и подрядчиком (подрядчиками) для удовлетворения спроса на определенные товары или услуги, но и надлежащее соблюдение процессуальных норм и порядка осуществления государственных закупок, т.е. последовательность фактических и юридических действий с момента публичного объявления о закупке до окончательного выполнения всех обязательств сторон по договору о государственных закупках. Методология проведения работы: Основным методом исследования является догматико-юридический сравнительный метод, а именно – анализ юридического текста различных законов. Кроме того, осуществлен критический анализ научной литературы. В данном контексте наиболее важным представляется указание взаимоотношений между конкуренцией и добросовестной конкуренцией в системе государственных закупок, а также других основных принципов и правил: недискриминации, прозрачности, беспристрастности, объективности, законности, открытости, правило письменной формы, приоритет использования тендерного режима, т.е. правило применения неконкурентных режимов или приоритетов предоставления государственных закупок в тендерном режиме. Соблюдение всех этих правил гарантирует добросовестную конкуренцию в течение всего процесса государственных закупок. Следует подчеркнуть, что научных исследований на данную тему проведено довольно мало как в Польше, так и в других странах ЕС. Результаты работы: Результаты исследования показывают, что новые директивы ЕС о государственных закупках 2014 года, а именно, Директива 2014/23/ЕС, Директива 2014/24/ЕС и Директива 2014/25/ЕС, на самом деле не направлены на регулирование конкуренции в качестве основной цели. Тем не менее, тщательный анализ упомянутых директив приводит к выводу, что эти директивы предусматривают стимулирование экономической конкуренции. Это достигается в целом благодаря открытию рынка государственных закупок для микро-, малых и средних предприятий (сектор малого и среднего бизнеса).
