With the updating of the concept of education and the innovative application of science and technology in the field of education, the education teaching mode is also iterative, for the current "Excel in Accounting" teaching mode is too traditional and other teaching status quo, this paper integrates the "PBL + MOOC" model to explore its reform design in the 《Applications of Excel in Accounting》 teaching and demonstrating the specific application of the actual teaching and learning, and finally through the analysis of the learner's participation and completion of homework on the effectiveness of the implementation of this mode of teaching and learning evaluation, in order to improve the teaching effect and quality of the course.

The method for maleopimaric acid N-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)amides synthesis has been developed by reaction of maleopimaric acid chloride with 3-amine-5-phenyl(4-methylphenyl)isoxazoles. N'-butyl-, N'-(2-hydroxyethyl)imides of maleopimaric acid N-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)amides were prepared. Heterocyclic imide – maleopimaric acid N-(quinolin-8-yl) imide was prepared by reaction of maleopimaric acid and 8-aminoquinoline in toluene at reflux in 97.1 % yield. It was established that refluxing of toluene solution of 8-aminoquinoline and maleated rosin, prepared by treatment of rosin with maleic anhydride and containing at least 50 % of maleopimaric acid, leads to the formation of maleopimaric acid N-(quinolin-8-yl)imide in 52.5 % yield (based on weight of maleated rosin). It was found by the methods of IR-, 1H NMR spectroscopy and mass-spectrometry that maleopimaric acid N-(quinolin-8-yl)imide consists of two diastereomeric atropisomers at 1:0.40 ratio. The biological properties of the prepared compounds were studied. It was established that maleopimaric acid N-(5-(4-methylphenyl)isoxazol-3-yl)amide possesses rotatory power (26 mkm-1) and may be used as chiral dopant to nematic LC for preparation of chiral LC-compositions.

Ensuring national food security amidst ongoing economic development whilst both protecting the environment and reducing the dependence on fossil fuels are significant challenges for Chinese sustainable development. The main objectives of this study were to reveal irrigated crop (wheat, maize, and sunflower) performance in terms of energy, economic, and environmental aspects in China's largest designed irrigation area, Hetao irrigation district (HID), and to evaluate agricultural suitability based on plant structure. An integrated indicator and comprehensively assessment method were used to evaluate the above objectives based on the results from in-person surveys. The results show that maize exhibits the best overall performance compared to two other major crops (wheat and sunflower), which supports the government policy of adjust and optimize the planting structure program (AOPST), an effective way to achieve the multiple-objectives for sustainable agricultural development. However, reducing fertilizer remains a more critical factor than AOPST. These study results provide useful guidance for policy-makers and relevant stake-holders both in a regional context for the HID and at the global agricultural governance and management level.

A risk management plan (RMP) contains an overview of important safety concerns associated with the use of a therapeutic product (TP) and proposed pharmacovigilance activities to monitor and manage these safety concerns in the post-approval stage. The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore has legislated its requirements for RMPs as part of its product life cycle approach in the management of safety concerns associated with TPs. Under the Health Product (Therapeutic Products) Regulations enacted in November 2016, companies may be required to implement RMPs under the direction of HSA to help ensure that the benefits of TPs outweigh their risks. In this commentary, we present a case study on the local RMP for Dengvaxia®, the world's first dengue vaccine, which has been approved for use in Singapore. We hope that this article raises awareness among healthcare professionals about the concept of RMPs and how RMPs are implemented locally.
