The contribution proposes reflections arising from the conduct of the re-search project The middle managment as crucial mediators of inclusive pro-cesses at school. The reflections refer to the issue of the development of professional learning of school leaders and teachers in dialectical relation to the methodological approach of Training Research (Asquini, 2018). The latter, in light of the emergency situation determined by Covid 19, is config-ured as a sustainable model in relation to inclusive policies (Booth & Ain-scow, 2014) and the theories of the teacher agency (Calvert, 2016) focus of the theoretical framework of reference of the project in question.

The policies on education and training systems seem to point today at a new defininition of framework to promote a New Welfare of active citizenship, that we could call "Learnfare". In pre-primary education this is expressed as a necessity to integrate enlarged learning contexts, in order to build an integrated systemof education. So, what implications this prospective produce on theteacher's practice? Moreover, if we think at the roles traditionally associated to the pre-primary teacher's professional profile, what does it mean this kind of new framework? Today, professional teacher's development requires a conceptual change: it cannot longer be interpreted in terms of basic and strategic skillslearning, but must include reflexive and transformative competences buit on the interaction within a context that includes the parental and intergenerational relationships.Through the implicit and/or latent resources arising from thesewider contexts, a teacher can activate a capability process on both his personal and professional training. Furthermore, the approach proposed about professional teacher's development could enact new pedagogical practices and theoretical pathways, in order to establish a new conceptual framework in the space of capability learnfare through which to address future policies.

"'Professions' are work collaborations in which representatives of certain vocations address the life problems of 'laypersons'. In such relationships, adequate communication between representatives of the profession and laypersons is crucial in addressing their individual problems. Accordingly, 'understanding', as well as interactional documentation of this understanding, is of considerable importance. The authors of the present volume, 'Understanding in Professional Spheres of Activity', address the documentation of this understanding in certain professional spheres. They examine the requirements for the documentation of such understanding and the forms of documentation used in the fields of doctor-patient communication, counseling communication, and organizational collaboration on a movie set. Conversation analytic as well as ethnographically complemented studies draw further attention to an examination of the interactional level in its socio-structural context, and to that end the study employs a combination of conversational linguistics and sociological research. This contribution is therefore important not only in terms of linguistics but also sociologically." (author's abstract)
