The Polytechnic Institutes are training spaces of professional nature that integrate the higher education subsystem of Portugal. The expansion and democratization policies for higher education in Portugal required the expansion of academic support actions and hospitality for polytechnic institutes students. Thus, the presence of psychologists has been progressively implemented in the support services for higher education students in Portugal. This qualitative study aimed to map the performance of psychologists in higher education at the Polytechnic Institutes to characterize the practical actions developed by these professionals. It was also intended to broaden the debate on the contributions of school psychology in non-university training spaces, considering the specificities and the diverse demands of the academic community in Portugal. To this end, interviews were conducted with psychologists working in these contexts. Results show that the individualized interventions' approach is still prevalent. However, there are also records of the expansion of psychologists' work in the context of Polytechnic Institutes through programs for the development of transversal competences and for supporting the student´s entry into the labor market. ; Los politécnicos son espacios de formación de carácter profesional que integran el subsistema de educación universitaria en Portugal. Las políticas de expansión y democratización de la formación universitaria en el país requirieron la ampliación de las acciones de apoyo académico y de acogida a los discentes de los Politécnicos. En este sentido, la presencia de psicólogos ha afirmado gradualmente en los servicios de apoyo a los estudiantes de educación universitaria en Portugal. El objetivo de este estudio cualitativo fue realizar un mapeo de la actuación de psicólogos en la educación superior de los Institutos Politécnicos, a fin de caracterizar las acciones prácticas desarrolladas por esos profesionales. También se pretende ampliar el debate sobre las aportaciones de la psicología escolar en espacios de formación no universitaria, teniendo en cuenta las especificidades y las diversas demandas de la comunidad académica en Portugal. Para ello, se entrevistaron a psicólogos que actúan en ese entorno. Los resultados revelan que aún prevalecen las intervenciones bajo una mirada individualizada. Pero también hay registros de una ampliación de la actuación de psicólogos en los Institutos Politécnicos por intermedio de programas de desarrollo de competencias transversales y apoyo para el ingreso al mercado laboral. ; Os Institutos Politécnicos são espaços formativos de cariz profissional que integram o subsistema da educação superior em Portugal. As políticas de expansão e democratização da formação superior no país requereram a ampliação das ações de apoio acadêmico e de acolhimento aos discentes dos politécnicos. Nesta direção, a presença de psicólogos tem-se afirmado progressivamente nos serviços de apoio ao estudante da educação superior em Portugal. O objetivo deste estudo qualitativo foi mapear a atuação de psicólogos na educação superior dos Institutos Politécnicos, a fim de caracterizar as ações práticas desenvolvidas por esses profissionais. Pretendeu-se também ampliar o debate sobre as contribuições da psicologia escolar em espaços de formação não universitários, considerando as especificidades e as diversas demandas da comunidade acadêmica em Portugal. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas com os psicólogos atuantes nestes contextos. Os resultados revelam que ainda prevalecem intervenções sob o enfoque individualizante. Mas também há registros da ampliação da atuação de psicólogos na educação superior no contexto dos Institutos Politécnicos por meio de programas de desenvolvimento de competências transversais e de apoio ao ingresso no mercado de trabalho.

In a general view, this article considers the total of changing configurations of the religious sphere in Ibero-America during the eighteenth century. Specifically, this article intends to show how a not so visible order of processes around ecclesiastical and religious institutions such as parishes and confraternities impacted on the social and political structure. In addition, this article delves into the consequences of the Bourbon and Pombaline reforms in these events. ; El presente artículo considera de modo general el conjunto de las reconfiguraciones en el ámbito religioso que tuvieron lugar en Iberoamérica durante el siglo XVIII. De modo específico busca mostrar a partir de la bibliografía disponible un orden de procesos no demasiado visible en torno al papel de algunas instituciones eclesiásticas y religiosas – como las parroquias y las cofradías – en los procesos de estructuración social y política, así como las consecuencias de un tipo de intervención política como el que se verifica durante las reformas borbónicas y pombalinas. ; El presente artículo considera de modo general el conjunto de las reconfiguraciones en el ámbito religioso que tuvieron lugar en Iberoamérica durante el siglo XVIII. The main objective of this article consists of promoting a reflection on the research of the officialization of the Portuguese language in the documentation of the D. Dinis administration legislation, as one of the main strategies for strengthening the power of the Portuguese crown in this period. Since Frei Francisco Brandão in Monarchy Lusitana, highlights the action of the king to order the translation of several works in other languages to portuguese and the dionisino interest in enriching the common language and its use in Portugal. This monarch took over in a troubled period for the Portuguese crown, since his parent had breached some agreements with ecclesiastical power for the benefit of the crown and Lusitanian territoriality. In this way, it remained for him to reestablish peace and animosity with spiritual power and to remove the kingdom from the papal interdict, as well as to inspire reliability and security to the society of his time. The Dionysian administrative and diplomatic approach led him to the creation of an identity that would allow for uniqueness among the Portuguese. Thus, the strands of relationships that are tied and shape government actions by D. Dinis, open the way for us to evidence the existence of a national identification process, constituted through the institution of Portuguese as the official language of the legislation records, delimitation of borders and effective search for royal autonomy, in the political and economic spheres. ; Resumen: El objetivo principal de este artículo es revelar la relevancia de la oficialización de la lengua portuguesa en la documentación real de la administración de D. Dinis, como una de las principales estrategias para fortalecer el poder de la corona portuguesa en este período. Este monarca se hizo cargo del reino poco después de la muerte de su padre D. Afonso II en 1279. Sin embargo, se sabe que este fue un período problemático para la corona portuguesa, ya que su padre había incumplido algunos acuerdos con el poder eclesiástico en beneficio ...

A partir de uma problematização entre três matrizes de conhecimento, o construtivismo francês, a teoria crítica e o cognitivismo na pesquisa sobre leitura, descrevem resultados de pesquisa realizada com (60) jovens freqüentadores da sala web da Biblioteca da Universidade, durante seu processo de navegação em frente às telas. Os resultados evidenciaram quatro tipos de pesquisa sendo realizadas pelos jovens: pesquisa utilitária, pesquisa de mídia, pesquisa universitária e pesquisa escolar. Algumas regularidades do processo de navegação foram identificadas em todas as faixas categorizadas, como a consulta ao correio eletrônico e a familiaridade (quase natural) com a estrutura de banco de dados da internet. O paradoxo levantado pelo construtivismo pedagógico foi contraposto às posturas mais radicais à esquerda em autores para quem é impossível uma educação crítica no ciberespaço; os resultados da pesquisa evidenciam um caminho novo de leitura, diferente do preconizado pela teoria crítica e ainda não contemplado também pelo cognitivismo dos programas de leitura tradicionais.

Sob o olhar de uma professora substituta-contínua da Rede Municipal de Campinas, o presente texto procura abordar a experiência interdisciplinar vivenciada por um grupo de professores de diversas áreas do conhecimento, que lecionam para turmas de 5ª a 8ª séries do Ensino Fundamental. Por meio de uma discussão aprofundada pelo grupo de docentes da EMEF Padre Francisco Silva acerca das possibilidades oferecidas pelo desenvolvimento de uma projeto interdisciplinar na escola, começam a ser construídas na escola, novas formas de se pensar o trabalho coletivo e a relação professor-aluno.

This conference was held on October 23, 2020, virtually, at the invitation of the Après-Coup based in New York and had the intends to show how the current Brazilian government has been using the language and aesthetics of the Third Reich in its statements to the nation and its institutional advertisements, in accord with its stance toward fascism. This development does not, however, seem to be exclusive to Brazil: the fascist state of mind has been spreading in other "democracies" across the planet. ; Esta conferência foi realizada em 23 de outubro de 2020, de forma virtual, à convite da Après-Coup sediada em Nova York e teve o objetivo de mostrar como o atual governo brasileiro vem utilizando a linguagem e a estética do Terceiro Reich em suas declarações à nação e em seus anúncios institucionais, de acordo com sua postura em relação ao fascismo. Este desenvolvimento não parece, no entanto, ser exclusivo do Brasil: o estado de espírito fascista vem espalhando-se em outras "democracias" em todo o planeta.

O presente artigo consiste em uma breve apreciação sobre o jogo entre intenção e realização na psicanálise. Busca assinalar como o sucesso de Freud no estabelecimento de uma verdade sobre o psiquismo se dá ao preço de uma subversão de seus projetos iniciais e de boa parte de suas concepções epistemológicas. Partindo da caracterização do ato intencional e de seu correlato psicanalítico, o ato falho, busca, por meio de exemplos ilustrativos dos impasses e desvios da obra freudiana, sustentar que seu legado é, em parte uma formação do inconsciente. Nesse sentido, procura caracterizar o criador da psicanálise como um herói que venceu por seus fracassos e pela travessia do trágico, bem ao estilo do que caracteriza, acima de tudo, o sujeito da psicanálise: o sujeito do inconsciente.

Even today, the representations of Brasilia that circulate as hegemonic and the Brazilians that appear in them all focus on the original project, even though many of them re-signify their bases linked to progress and capitalist ideals, contrasting reports that emphasize the affections, the feelings, the bodies that coexist between asphalt and concrete, aspects at first sight incompatible with the logic of the city (BEAL, 2015). However, in recent years, certain historically desolate and silenced narratives coming from the periphery of the Pilot Plan have begun to resonate, bringing in the city's imaginary other brasilias that are no longer thought of as an utopia, but as an heterotopia, a subversion of the established order that leads us to the creation of resignified and alternative places (FOUCAULT, 1982). The par excellence space of the creation and vociferation of these stories are the saraus of the peripheries. This article analyzes the images about Brasilia that are built in these literary spaces located in the Administrative Regions, composing, besides the analysis, a file with material that does not circulate beyond this independent and autonomous literary circuit.

The present article makes considerations on two essential concepts in the philosophy of Montesquieu: the nature and the principle of the regimes. At first, we demonstrate the types of regimes that exist in Montesquieu's thought. As we have pointed out, Montesquieu presents a typology of regimes different from that presented by Aristotle. One question we approach is that, for Montesquieu, despotism is considered to be a regime in its own and not a deviation. After dealing with this question, we analyze the concept of nature and principle of regimes. The first term refers to subjects who exercise power as well as the way in which power is exercised. The second term, however, is related to the predominant sentiments of the governed over the regime. Finally, we analyze the nature and principle of each regime.

This article deals with an object of the History of Philosophy. As such, it aims to analyze the the literary correlations of the texts of Timaeus 71E - 72B, Symposium 202E – 203A and Phaedrus 244A-244E regarding Corpus Hermeticum 12.19, in order to find supposed sources conformed with the hermetic text, and know how they were re-worked in it. So, it looks to ask after the origin, history, meaning and application of motifs that happen in the compared texts, including the Corpus Hermeticum 12.19, scrutinizing the religious-historical correlations in order to find comparable traditive nexus of the contemporary religious-philosophical world (middle-Platonism) of the Corpus Hermeticum 12.19. In particular, this article demonstrates that Corpus Hermeticum 12.19 describes the divinatory arts or mentic arts (μαντιϰή or μαντεία) through the inspiration, haruspex, augur (auspex). It is possible to glimpse the theme of the communication between God and the man through the mantic arts. At last, the present article, based on the Hellenistic approach, puts forward that Corpus Hermeticum 12.19 has Platonic influence.
