This thesis is dedicated to the characterization of the logic of pathway in the health field. The commonplace use of this notion, which seems to be consistent with the development of walking cases' treatment and the emergence of new needs, related to the ageing of the population and the growth of chronic diseases, tends to elude the need to define its scope of validity and the types of organization and operationalization that it covers. The thesis seeks to address this issue, by characterizing the logic of pathway, the organizational and public policy issues that it raises, and by studying the modalities of its implementation and the changes of public action that it involves. On a theorical level, the thesis takes place at the crossing of two fields of academic literature, one relating to the organizational issues of health pathways and the other one relating to public management, which it links to analyse the paradigm shift towards this new logic. As part of a partnership with the Ile-de-France Regional Health Agency, the research was based on the study and support of various projects aimed at improving the management of health pathways. The thesis proposes a typology of the patients' situations and their care processes, according to evaluation methods of the needs and the types of coordination that they require. It shows that behind the generic name of logic of pathway, different approaches are implemented, depending on the degree of complexity of the situations they are applied. Supported by the public authorities, the development of the logic of pathway needs a renewal of the doctrine and instrumentation of health public action, still under construction.

This article explains how the issue of inclusion is central to Habermas's theory of democracy and how it is deeply rooted in his conception of a political public sphere. After recalling Habermas's views on the public sphere, I present and discuss various objections raised by other critical theorists: Oskar Negt and Alexander Kluge, Nancy Fraser, Axel Honneth and Iris Marion Young. These criticisms insist on the paradoxically excluding effects of a conception of democracy that promotes civic participation in the public debate. Negt, Kluge and Fraser develop a Marxist line of analysis that question who can participate in the public sphere. Honneth and Young criticize in various ways the excluding effect of argumentation: are unargumentative speeches excluded from the public debate? I show how Habermas's model can provide some responses to these various objections by drawing inspiration from his treatment of the gap between religious and post-metaphysical world views.
This article looks at Adorno's treatment of Kant's moral philosophy in negative dialectics and in the courts that prepared this book, Probleme der Moralphiloophie and Zur Lehre von der Geschichte und von der Freiheit. Adorno maintains an ambivalent relationship to Kant's moral theory, considering it both as encumbered by "internal contradictions" and as "moral philosophy by excellence". The article focuses on Adorno's major criticism to Kant of trying to resolve the antinomy of freedom and neglect the dialectic of freedom and non-freedom. After discovering the semantic journeys made by Adorno, he shows how Adorno renews moral thinking in relation to Kant. https://www.cairn.info/revue-cahiers-philosophiques-2018-3-page-79.htm ; International audience ; This article looks at Adorno's treatment of Kant's moral philosophy in negative dialectics and in the courts that prepared this book, Probleme der Moralphiloophie and Zur Lehre von der Geschichte und von der Freiheit.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Institute for Social Research in Frankfurt am Main, in 1923, this book aims at shedding light on the archives of some of the key thinkers of Critical Theory of Society, also well known as "Frankfurt School". To pay homage to this current of thought, this contributed volume aims to make the archives speak for themselves, to show the public the quantity of unpublished material still existing by the authors of the Critical Theory which are now in funds in different parts of the world (in Germany, in Italy, or in the United States), and to show that Critical Theory remains alive 100 years after its inception. The volume starts by presenting the archives of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, the thinkers who inspired Critical Theory, and the archives of the Institute for Social Research itself. Then it dedicates separate sections to the archives of Walter Benjamin, Max Horkheimer, Theodor W. Adorno, Friedrich Pollock, Herbert Marcuse, Leo Löwenthal and Jürgen Habermas. The book is composed of chapters written by researchers and editors who worked in the different fonds, as well as chapters written by or interviews with researchers who were or are in charge of some of the archives, or who are especially familiar with the material. The Archives of Critical Theory will be an invaluable tool for researchers in many disciplines working with Critical Theory of Society, such as Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Philosophy, History, Education, Law and Cultural Studies, among others. Readers will find information about the content of each archive and the history of its constitution. The various contributions present many ways in which the materials may be explored and explain how such explorations affected or may yet affect the state of the research
