Gender Mainstreaming and Diversity Management have long been discussed in university politics. However, the implementation of gender equality and diversity concepts are still based on gender binary and non-holistic approaches and are often restrained to improve human resources. This article aims at showing how Gender Mainstreaming and Diversity Management can firstly benefit from a queer-feminist input and secondly, how these perspectives can be integrated not only into the administration of students and employees, but foremost at the content level of curricula and research, especially with teaching students. Focussing on (Romance) literary and cultural studies, the paper didacticizes and reflects on the role of literature classes for promoting gender-reflective and discrimination-critical teaching. The presentation and analysis of a seminar on "(New) Orders of Love in French and Italian Literature" will serve as an example.

Wissen und Macht sehen sich in der Wissenschaft in besonderer Weise miteinander verbunden. Erstens, da Wissenschaft immer auch von Subjekten betrieben wird, zweitens, da sie in Institutionen betrieben wird, wie Hochschulen, Schulen usw., die wiederum teil eines Staatsapparates sind, der hegemoniale Wissbarkeiten und die Feststellung, dessen was Wissenschaftlichkeit ist und Wissenschaftswert hat, steuert. Die Beiträge aus den Bereichen Didaktik, Diversity Mangement, Literatur- und Kulturwissenschaft, Pädagogik und Soziologie, die in diesem Band vereint sind, zielen auf eine queer-feministische Wissens(schafts)kritik ab. Nicht nur kritische und emanzipierende Forschung soll dadurch angeregt, sondern auch herausgestellt werden, wie vielfältige Lebensweisen erfahrbar, sagbar, wissbar und vermittelbar gestaltet werden können.

Cultural encounters are often being stylized not only as experiences of uncontrollability and unpredictability par excellence, but also as challenges to planning and predicting. The history, the different forms and the consequences of this phenomenon are the main issues discussed in this volume. The contributions show that chaos and control are not mutually exclusive in the "contact zone" (Mary Louise Pratt); on the contrary, they stand in relation to each other - be it as a competence or as an interpretive scheme.

Using data collected by means of an online questionnaire of German football-club volunteers, we studied whether match quality helps to predict philanthropy as measured in terms of donations. Match quality is defined as the congruence of a volunteer's motives for volunteering with his or her utility experiences and can thus be expected to foster the production of volunteer satisfaction and eventually social capital. Social capital has a bonding and a bridging component. The former should predict donations to a volunteer's own football club, while the latter should predict donations to other charitable and non-profit organizations. Our empirical results lend some support to the hypothesis that a high match quality makes it more likely for a volunteer to donate to his or her own football club. The propensity of donations to other organizations decreases when match quality increases. We use social identity theory and the economics of identity to sketch elements of a theory that links match quality, social identity, social capital, and donations.

The paper describes the "Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH) Forecasting Dashboard (ForDas)". This tool aims at providing, on a non-commercial basis, historical and actual macroeconomic forecast data for the Germany economy to researchers and interested audiences. The database renders it possible to directly compare forecast quality across selected institutions and over time. It is partly based on data collected in the DFG-funded project "Macroeconomic Forecasts in Great Crises".
