Résumé Anne Coppel, présidente d'honneur de l'AFR, nous incite à une grande prudence dans notre approche du champ des drogues, dans un champ où s'affrontent parfois expertise médicale et demande sociale. Ne pas céder à la mode. Certes l'addictologie l'a emporté, au nom de la science après que ceux qui, hier, assimilaient les neurosciences à une idéologie totalitaire aient été réduits au silence. Mais attention au danger représenté par la domination d'un seul type d'expertise. La santé publique n'est pas qu'une affaire médicale, elle concerne tout autant le citoyen ordinaire, fût-il consommateur de drogues.
