In various situations, the concept of globalization is used both positively and negatively. However, all theorists agree that globalization has a huge impact on society at the economic, political and cultural levels. The formation of educational policy and, as a result, the training of the future workforce are also influenced by the phenomenon of globalization. Therefore, it is important to find out exactly how globalization affects the definition of the right set of skills and abilities for the labor force of the 21st century. The impact of globalization processes on the content of education as a factor of economic growth has not yet been fully investigated.
