Вивчення залежності зовнішнього сектора економіки від кон'юнктури на світових ринках та здійснення структурних змін є одним з пріоритетних напрямів економічної політики держави. У статті за допомогою показників концентрації визначено ступінь концентрації експорту для торгівлі товарами в цілому та торгівлі з країнами Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано динаміку показників концентрації експорту за останні п'ять років в Україні. На основі аналізу визначено ступінь залежності експортного сектора економіки від зовнішньоекономічних факторів. Проаналізовано динаміку внутрішньогалузевої торгівлі за допомогою індексу Грубеля-Ллойда для торгівлі товарами в цілому, торгівлі з країнами Європейського Союзу та за окремими товарними групами. Зроблено висновки про необхідність структурної перебудови експорту шляхом розширення асортименту експортної продукції ; Study of the dependence of the external sector of the economy from the situation on the world markets and the implementation of structural changes is one of the priority directions of economic policy of the country. By using the concentration coefficients the level of export concentration for general trade in goods and trade with European Union countries is estimated in the article. The dynamics of export concentration coefficients over the last five years in Ukraine is analyzed. The level of dependence of the export sector of the economy from external economic factors is estimated. By using Grubel-Lloyd index the dynamics of intraindustry trade for general trade in goods, trade with European Union countries and individual commodity groups is analyzed. Conclusions for changes in export structure by expanding the range of export products are made.

Having regard to the increasing attention to the issue of safety and health of patients and workers by low, the hypothesis that this topic will be the growing trend in the next years does not seem to be manifestly unfounded. For this reason, it is wise for healthcare professionals to already be aware that any violation of the interests underlying the legislation in question entails a ruling on civil and/or criminal liability. It is therefore necessary to identify the most suitable means to prevent undue harm occurring, partly to exempt healthcare professionals and hospitals from compensation costs, thereby providing them with recourse to insurance coverage. Healthcare facility organisations must adopt Risk Management techniques as a tool to simultaneously guarantee the effectiveness of health services (in this case), the efficiency of the management economy, and finally compliance with all legally required precautions. This will relegate the occurrence of an adverse event to remote and unpredictable hypotheses, thus guaranteeing useful recourse to insurance coverage to compensate any harm that does occur.
