Yogyakarta as one of the cities that has a rapidly growing population requires an adequate amount of space. Based on Law No. 23/2007 and Yogyakarta City Regulation No. 10/2010, there is an obligation for the local government to provide open space for urban areas, which is 30% of the total area of the city concerned. Yogyakarta itself until 2019 only has 19% of the availability of green open space locations. This research uses the Normative Juridical method which will examine legal issues with a concept and legal principles. In this research, the writer raises the problem regarding the application of the principles of good environmental governance in urban spatial management which is analyzed using the Belbase Theory. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the principles of good environmental governance in the management of green open space in the city of Yogyakarta and to find out the potential of the city of Yogyakarta in providing green open space locations. The results of this study are that the achievement of green open spaces that we aspire to. in laws and regulations can be applied through the principles of good environmental governance. However, it must be considered beforehand regarding the problems that must be faced by local governments so that the implementation of the principles of good environmental governance can be optimally applied.
These academic paper aims to describe the factors that lead South Korea into succeed in implementation of e-Government. At least there are factors that Indonesia government needs to learn and see South Korea as a benchmark in implementation of e-Government. First, the regulation and laws that needs to be more specific. Second, an integrated communication among governmental agencies is needed. Third, human resources ability in understanding of e-Government concept need to be develops. Fourth, the role of the leaders is the main key of successful implementation in South Korea. Those factors which are also found as a lack in implementation of e- Government in Indonesia makes South Korea can be seen as benchmark for Indonesia in adopting the implementation of e- Government practice in South Korea. The researchers use qualitative methodology in analyzing the data by using literature reviews, journals, annual report and books as a secondary data.

This study aims to determine the culture of corruption in the global government smart service system in the last 5 years, from 2018 to 2022. This research used a qualitative method with a library research approach. The research data was obtained from the Scopus database of 318 articles. Data analysis in this study used VOSviewer and NVivo 12 plus devices. Through 318 article documents, the results showed that the United Kingdom had the highest contribution of artistic documents, and the University of South Africa was affiliated with the highest number of document publications of the 10 other affiliates. The "moral and ethical" movement within government agencies is expected to restore trust in the community and create conditions for a social environment that rejects, even opposes, and punishes acts of corruption.
The presence of a Kiyai in political contestation in Indonesia has its own challenges because it is motivated by a religious figure who believes that voters can support themselves, especially Muslim voters. Furthermore, the Kiyai carried out various strategies to lure voters effectively on social media, referred Twitter accounts a strategic platform to lure voters in a political context. This article aims to identify political branding using social media Twitter by KH. Ma'ruf Amin as a vice-presidential candidate in the 2019 presidential election contest. Furthermore, qualitative methods are used for this research. Then, the analyzer uses NVivo 12 plus software to see the coding intensity of the KH Twitter account. KH Ma'ruf Amin namely @Kiyai_Marufamin, this tool can provide capture code of capture from a tweet that displays the intensity level. The results of this study indicate that KH. Ma'ruf Amin uses social media Twitter as a tool to find support, especially for Muslim voters. Social media activities in the period February 2019 - April 2019 were considered to have high intensity of coverage, this identified that the distribution of tweets by KH. Ma'ruf Amin is more about spreading tweets along with pictures, formal language and visual style against the background of a Kiyai. Thus, Twitter @Kiyai_Marufamin can provide a good political brand for KH. Ma'ruf Amin as a vice presidential candidate to participate in the 2019 presidential election in Indonesia.Keywords: Twitter, political branding, KH. Ma'ruf Amin menggunakan media sosial Twitter sebagai alat untuk mencari dukungan, terutama bagi pemilih Muslim. Kegiatan media sosial pada periode Februari 2019 - April 2019 dianggap memiliki intensitas liputan yang tinggi, hal ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa distribusi tweet oleh KH. Ma'ruf Amin lebih tentang menyebarkan tweet bersama dengan gambar, bahasa formal dan gaya visual dengan latar belakang seorang Kiyai. Dengan demikian, Twitter @Kiyai_Marufamin dianggap dapat memberikan merek politik yang bagus untuk KH. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the context of reducing the poverty rate in Bantul Regency in 2018. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the type of data used is secondary data, secondary data, namely collecting data and information obtained by through documentation or archives in Bantul Regency. The results showed that Bantul Regency knew the extent of community understanding of PKH, namely through socialization, as well as providing entrepreneurship training so that beneficiary families (KPM) could be more productive. In addition, Bantul Regency still has several obstacles in implementing PKH. With the PKH, it can make KPM more productive, because there is entrepreneurship training. This entrepreneurship training can make KPM more creative and can increase income in the family. In addition, Bantul Regency still has several obstacles in implementing PKH. The obstacles to PKH in Bantul Regency are the lack of funds to provide supporting facilities and infrastructure for PKH implementers, the lack of availability of human resources, namely PKH facilitators, decreased compliance of PKH participants, and PKH recipient data not being updated so that it is not well targeted. So it is better if this PKH program involves the village government so that someone monitors it directly, the community fulfills its obligations as PKH participants, and there is updating of PKH participant data. Abstrak Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam rangka pengurangan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2018. Program Kelarga Harapan adalah program bantuan tunai yang bersyarat dalam bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan. PKH ini membantu untuk mencapai tujuan Pembangunan Millenium, ada 5 komponen yaitu mengurangi penduduk miskin dan kelaparan, kesetaraan gender, pendidikan dasar, pengurangan angka kematian bayi dan balita, serta pengurangan angka kematian ibu melahirkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, data sekunder yaitu mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang didapat dengan melalui dokumentasi atau arsip yang ada di Kabupataen Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Bantul untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman masyarakat tentang PKH yitu dengan sosialisasi. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to assess the upholding of Pancasila values in suppressing radicalism. At present, there is no firmness in the values of Pancasila in the life of the nation and state. The implementation of Pancasila values in the society, community, state, and national life is a must because Pancasila is the ideology and the way of life of the nation. Pancasila values are always relevant as a guidelines and guidance for policymakers and problem-solving in the life of the nation and state affairs. However, at this time the implementation of the values of Pancasila in people's lives is increasingly eroded due to the lack of public understanding of the meaning and meaning of the values of Pancasila which have the belief in the Almighty, Fair and Civilized Humanity and Social Justice. The lack of public understanding of the values of Pancasila has resulted in acts of violence, injustice, harassment, ill-treatment, and other radical acts. Akan tetapi pada pada saat ini implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan masyarakat semakin terkikis karena minimnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang makna dan arti dari nilai-nilai pancasila yang berketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, Kemanusiaan Adil dan Beradab dan Keadilan Sosial. Minimnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila banyak mengakibatkan terjadinya tindakan kekerasan, ketidakadilan, pelecehan, penganiayaan dan tindakan radikal yang menjadikan agama sebagai alasan untuk melakukan tindakan kekerasan. Oleh karena itu perlunya dilakukan tindakan khusus dari pemerintah untuk memberikan penekanan dan sosialisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila agar masyarakat bisa lebih memahami arti dari nilai-nilai Pancasila tersebu serta dapat terciptanya kehidupan yang rukun, damai dan tentram.Kata kunci: Pancasila; kekerasan; radikalisme
The aims of this study are to determine the implementation of the policy of pollution control for hotel wastewater in Yogyakarta in 2017. This study applies a type of a qualitative research, data collection techniques through interviews with Yogyakarta City Environmental Service staff and documentation analysis. The results of the data analysis show that policy implementation is carried out through 3 activities, namely control, supervision and supervision, while the results of the implementation of the policy are implemented well as seen from the main targets of performance achievement in 2017 which reached 99.60%, efficient use of budget, adequate facilities and infrastructure, Clear Standard Operating Procedure SOPs and encouragement from Non Governmental Organization (NGOs) that indirectly help in the implementation process, informative communication to hotel management, coordination with relevant stakeholders, Yogyakarta City Environment Agency acts as a mediator between the community and the hotel. Constraints that occur in the implementation of control policies are still lacking in human resources so that the implementation of supervisory activities becomes hampered.
The original Javanese culture of the communities in Java has been running for decades, meaning that this culture has been very rich in elements of universal culture such as the system of social organization, knowledge, arts, religion, and language. Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace plays an essential role as the center and cultural resource owned by the city of Yogyakarta; one of the areas that are still famous for its cultural guardians, traditions, and behaviors of an ancestor. This research used qualitative methods to obtain data through literature reviews and interviews. Literature review and interview results then became analytical material and adapted to the existing frame of thought as a result of the library studies conducted at the beginning. Then after the analysis process was completed, the results were obtained. This research revealed that the Javanese culture in the people of Yogyakarta affected the political ideology because when speaking about Javanese culture, three aspects cannot be separated in the Javanese community, especially Yogyakarta, Javanese culture, Belief, and religion. A contest will always be syncretism, cannot be constantly intact on assimilation, and acculturation is even alienated (to be drawn). As long as the Javanese people still exist, the Javanese culture will remain alive and develop when the relics of letters, dialectics, and cultures still exist.
This study aims to describe the form of collaborative governance between the Government of Yogyakarta City and the business sector, namely PT Gas Negara in realizing smart cities. The focus of this research is to describe the process of cooperation between the two parties (Government and Private) so that a memorandum of understanding is created to support smart city. This study uses the cross-sector collaboration theory of John M Bryson and Barbara C. Crosby who mentioned collaborative governance must pay attention to the process. This study uses a qualitative patterned research method, while the data from this study are obtained through participant observation, in-depth interviews, document analysis, media and literature. Data in this study were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. Following are some of the findings from this study. First, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk signed a memorandum of understanding with the Yogyakarta City Government in supporting the smart city program by providing infrastructure and utilizing natural gas as an alternative energy source. Second, PT PGN developed the PGN 360 Degree Integrated Solution service as a follow-up to the provision of electronic-based services and thirdly, the Yogyakarta City Government utilized the ICT services / provider of optical fiber networks owned by PT PGN as a support for smart cities.
