Rossija i Germanija: potencial sotrudnicestva

Aufgrund seiner wirtschaftlichen und politischen Macht und seiner geopolitischen Lage bleibt Deutschland auch nach dem Zerfall der UdSSR für Rußland, das deren Verpflichtungen und Rechte weiter wahrnimmt, der wichtigste europäische Partner. Im vorliegenden Aufsatz charakterisiert der Autor die wesentlichen Elemente in der politischen Philosophie Deutschlands nach der Wende, etwa die Demilitarisierung, warnt aber gleichzeitig vor überzogenen Hoffnungen auf eine baldige, intensive Annäherung beider Länder. Die russischen Hoffnungen liegen nicht nur auf den künftigen wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen zu Deutschland, sondern vor allem auf dessen Vermittlerfunktion, was die Einbeziehung Rußlands in die Europäische Union betriefft.
