This work raises the study of creativity and creative processes as a relevant field for the sociological Social Psychology. In this way, the main goal of this work is to consider the creativity and the creative process as social processes. Considering therefore the need to analyse them in the social-cultural-historical context in which they occur, thus opening a new scenario to think about creativity and the creative process in the present time. In this new scenario, the dominant forms of knowledge circulation based on an individualizing 'ontology of creative works' are no longer unique. And their pertinence and legitimacy can be re-raised in the present time. In this way, this work also argues that different forms of knowledge circulation mean different socio-political implications. Thus, to specify and to consider them as a choice in terms of knowledge production, allows us to problematize them from the standpoint of creator/ producer and from the creative process' standpoint.

'Writing is a process; the act of transforming thoughts into print requires a non-linear sequence of stages or creative acts' (James B. Gray, cited by Cassany, 1993). I would add that it is also the act of transforming experience. This article describes my own personal process of transformation in the experience and understanding of vulnerable employment - a slow, open, recursive and difficult process. The first, academic, section flows easily. Then things get harder. The auto-ethnography was the most challenging part. Firstly because it was a matter of personal reflection; then because of a having to strip naked, as it were. Finding a reasonably elegant and flexible way to link the two sections was demanding, and one of the objectives of the exercise was to reach a satisfactorily readable end result.

L'ampliació de la Unió Europea (UE) cap a l'est el 2004 va suposar un important repte econòmic i social. En aquest article s'analitzen els efectes que aquesta ampliació van provocar en la direcció i composició del comerç dins de la UE. Els resultats mostren que tot i que els fluxos comercials entre els nous membres (UE10) i els antics membres (EU15) es van intensificar a partir del 2004, l'efecte va ser molt més significatiu entre els països de la UE10. ; La ampliación de la Unión Europea (UE) hacia el este en 2004 supuso un importante reto económico y social. En este artículo se analizan los efectos que dicha ampliación provocaron en la dirección y composición del comercio dentro de la UE. Los resultados muestran que a pesar de que los flujos comerciales entre los nuevos miembros (UE10) y los antiguos miembros (EU15) se intensificaron a partir de 2004, el efecto fue mucho más significativo entre los países de la UE10. ; The Eastern enlargement (2004) represented an important challenge for the European Union (EU). In this article, we analyze the changes incurred in the trade direction and composition inside the EU after 2004. Our results show that even if trade flows between the new EU members (EU10) and the old ones (EU15) intensified after 2004, the increase of the trade intensity was much more significant inside the EU10 group.

Abstract: A Chinese Railway to the Arctic? The Story of Belkomur – so FarThe further development of the Northern Sea Route, including the associated logistical chains and infrastructure, enjoys high priority in Russia, and inadequate south–north transportation capacity is recognized as a problem. China has shown increasing interest in Arctic shipping over the past ten years. The construction of a railway from the Urals, with connections to China, to a deep-water port with access to the Arctic Ocean appeared attractive, both as a strategic opportunity for China and as a natural area for Chinese engagement in Russia, given announcements of the close partnership and common interests between the two countries. Since 2012 various Chinese companies have shown interest in investing, and the conclusion of a concession agreement has been announced several times. The Russian federal authorities have voiced support, without committing budget funding. Increasingly, however, critical remarks have been heard from the federal government, although regional support remains strong. As of mid-2021 no firm agreement had been signed, and the project was put on hold. Reviewing the history of the project since Chinese companies were first engaged, this article offers insights on Russian regional authorities' scope for manoeuvre and the relationship between central and regional power. It also reveals Russian misinterpretations of Chinese interest in the project.

Anti-fascism makes working or fighting against fscism the top priority, and two basic types of anti-fascism emerged in Europe and North America from 1936 to 1945. The first was revolutionary; the second was conservative and even counterrevolutionary. From the Munich Agreement to the fall of France, and in the face of strong isolationist opposition, US counterrevolutionary anti-fascists—who are usually labeled "interventionists" in the historiography—articulated to an increasingly sympathetic public how fascist regimes jeopardized the United States' national security and way of life.

Abstract in English: Is Russia Losing the Arctic?Filippa Sofia Braarud reviews Is Russia Losing the Arctic?, written by Vyacheslav Zilanov and translated into Norwegian by Svetlana Petrovna Jakobsen and Reidar Jakobsen. In this book, Zilanov, having served as the Deputy Minister of Fisheries in the Soviet Union as well as being a central figure in the decades-long fisheries negotiations between Norway and Russia/the USSR, shares historical insight, personal anecdotes and his own critical assessments of the delimitation agreements that were signed between Russia and her Arctic neighbours.

Alexey Navalny has become a politician of federal calibre, the man who dared to question Vladimir Putin's position as the head of Russia. By establishing a horizontal anti-corruption network over the entire country, Navalny sought to return politics back to the people. Kalle Knivilä's Putins verste fiende (Putin's Worst Enemy) traces how the Federal Security Service (FSB) has dogged Navalny's every step. This is an important story of the relationship between life and death, fear and courage, and between a free individual and a trapped person.

Un fet que, no obstant això, alimenta la ignorància plural i amenaça la democràcia. Investigadors de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona i de la Universidade da Coruña han desenvolupat un model de simulació que explora el paper de les jerarquies socials en les dinàmiques d'opinió que es troben condicionades per una "falsificació de preferències". Entendre el seu funcionament constitueix una eina imprescindible per a un debat públic, lliure i més racional. ; Exponer libremente una opinión en público nunca ha sido fácil, cuando desde lo privado se piensa que hacerlo puede comprometer la relación propia con otros grupos de su misma sociedad. Un hecho que, sin embargo, alimenta la ignorancia plural y amenaza la democracia. Investigadores de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona y de la Universidade da Coruña han desarrollado un modelo de simulación que explora el papel de las jerarquías sociales en las dinámicas de opinión que se encuentran condicionadas por una "falsificación de preferencias". Entender su funcionamiento constituye una herramienta imprescindible para un debate público, libre y más racional. ; Freely expressing an opinion in public has never been easy, when from the private point of view it is thought that doing so may compromise one's own relationship with other groups of the same society. However, this feeds plural ignorance and threatens democracy. Researchers from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the Universidad da Coruña have developed a simulation model that explores the role of social hierarchies in opinion dynamics that are conditioned by a "preference falsification". Understanding its mechanisms is an essential tool for a public, free and more rational debate.

In contemporary democratic societies most administrations manage their competences by means of programmes of government action, i.e. using public policies. These aim to resolve publicly identified situations or conflicts, as well as design strategies and / or implementation tools by means of action programmes derived from political - public administration agreements that have the objective of resolving these collective problems. Within this framework it is necessary to evaluate these processes so as to identify if the programmes established by the governments have been adequate, and if they have been capable of solving the various problems and of reaching the target groups in order to satisfy their needs and improve the situation of the final beneficiaries. This research proposes the analysis and measurement of cultural events, understood as acts of implementing a public policy, in order to later discover if evaluating a policy by means of the proposed analysis of the impacts is possible. Therefore the challenge of this research is found in the process of analysing cultural impacts so as to be able to observe if this analysis process can be adapted to the effectiveness analysis of a public policy. ; En les societats democràtiques contemporànies, la majoria de les administracions gestionen les seves competències per mitjà de programes d'acció governamental, és a dir, les polítiques públiques, destinades a resoldre situacions identificades públicament. Així doncs les estratègies i/o eines d'implementació per mitjà dels programes d'acció - acords de l'administració pública- tenen l'objectiu de resoldre aquests problemes col•lectius. Dins d'aquest marc, cal avaluar aquests processos, per tal de determinar si els programes establerts pels governs han estat suficients, si han estat capaços de resoldre els diversos problemes i si han arribat als grups objectiu per tal de satisfer les seves necessitats, millorant la situació dels beneficiaris finals.
