This study aims to describe the level of political participation of female voters in the 2019 general election. This study descriptif the participation of female in general elections. Therefore, to find out the level of political participation of women voters the researchers distributed questionnaires 90 respondents. According to Malihah (2011) Women's Participation is the participation of women as part of the community to play a role in practical political activities as well as in development activities or political implementation in a broad sense.This type of research is descriptive with the location od the study in the Punggasan district of Linggo Sari Baganti. The population in this study amounted to 900 female voters and a sample of 90 respondents the sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument and documentatio, data were analyzed using triangulasi.The results of the study at total apathy level 1,1% , 56,76% participated in the voting, 51,65% participated in imformal political discussions of general interest in politics, 37,5% of female voters actively participated in public meetings and demonstrations, 15,56% actively participated in the passive membership of a plitical organization, 14% participated in the actuve membership of a quasi po;itical organization, and 1,1% of female voters become member passive membership of a political organization and there are no active female voters in active membership in apolitical organization, seeking politica; or administrative positions and accupy political or administrative. It can be concluded that the level of political participation of female voters in district Linggo Sari Baganti is 25,11% in the low category. And it is suggested to female voters to be more active in political organizations.Keywords: Level Of Participation, Female Voters, Governor Election

Energy as one of the most important factors of production, today has a great contribution to the economic growth and development of countries and has played the greatest role in the development of recent human civilization. This role, from transportation to food production and the provision of medical and health services, is becoming more prominent day by day. In order to continue the supply of energy in order to continue to use it, a lot of investment must be made. That is why energy security has been so much the focus of energy policymakers around the world. In this book, we first address the issue of defining and examining the importance of energy security then we talk about fossil fuels. In the following, we will discuss the effects of fossil fuels on the Earth's climate and biosphere. The issue of international agreements, including the Paris Agreement, will also be considered, as well as providing solutions to fossil fuel damage by introducing renewable energy sources, which will be one of the chapters of this book. Finally, we will examine the disadvantages and disadvantages of renewable energy to realize that these energies are not perfect in themselves! Instead of fearing, or sitting and calculating, that there are a few years left until the end of the life of oil reserves, the world needs a policy that thinks about the available alternatives. Much more and better alternatives to the fossil fuels that have driven the world and industry for years. Renewable energy sources are another proposition facing human societies. A way to overcome the energy crisis and the time bomb that seems to be tuned to announce the end of energy at any moment. In fact, we should listen to the proposal of the Saudi Minister of Energy in the 1970s, who said: "The Stone Age did not end because the stone ran out. The age of oil must end much sooner than the end of oil."

This research aims to analyze the efficiency level of fourteen Zakat Management Organizations (ZMO) in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method of Free Disposal Hull (FDH) and the Super Efficiency (SE) method. Socialization Expense, Operational Expense, and Salary Expense are the input variables, while zakah fund collection and zakah distribution become the output variables. Empirical findings show that ZMO Corp 4 has the highest efficiency level, which analyzed through both methods of FDH or SE. ZMO managed by the government is the most efficient ZMO compared to the others who managed by private group and social organization. Total Potential Importance (TPI) shows that the output variable that requires the most significant adjustment is the zakat distribution, which is 12.66%

This study analyzes the effect of political connection and effectiveness of audit committee on audit fee. This study uses the sample of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. They were take using a purposive sampling method. The total number of companies is 444 companies. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20 and the hypothesis testing was done using linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The F test indicates that the research model is stable and significant. The value of R square is 38.4%, indicating that there are other variables that can affect the model by 61.6%. The results of this study show that political connection has a significant positive effect on audit fee and the effectiveness of audit committee also has a significant positive effect on audit fee because audit committee wants a higher audit quality from the auditor.

The increase in funds received by each village all devices of the village should be ready and able to manage those funds with transparent and accountable in order to avoid legal issues. Therefore, it is very important the presumably conducted research on the risk management of the financial management of the village. As for the goal of the research is to identify, measure and strategy of financial management of the village. This research is a case study in the village Bay and the village of Sekura Swell Sub Sacred Bay with respondents Councilor. Data required primary data is sourced from an interview through the questionnaire and FGD and secondary data obtained from the study of librarianship. The analysis of the data used is with the SWOT and QSPM. Data processing is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel. Internal identification results are: 1)the already high level of education; 2)Regulation of the 56th Government village is getting better; 3)coordination with subordinate and BPD is already good; 4 the performance of the device has not been fullest village; 5)device capabilities are categorized as low; f) knowledge of the Administration is still low; 6)still focuses on infrastructure development; 7)haven't been able to capitalize on SDA; 8)internal control systems are still weak. While the Eksternalnya factors are: 1)the magnitude of the ADD-ON brings; 2)progress of information technology; 3)oversight by BPD is getting better; 4)Regulation of financial governance of the village is already good; 5)lack of transparency; 6)the uncertain political conditions; 7)less supervision of society; 8)there are still proposals are a desire, not a necessity; 9)understanding of the public about the legislation in force; 10)quality development results are not yet in compliance with the planning. The average level of risk: risk of planning (with a value of 4.4); the risk of implementation (4.8); the risk of administering, reporting, and accountability (4.2); and risk oversight (4.3). Financial management strategies and their importance, namely: 1)increased understanding of the planning and supervision on the activities in the village; 2)strengthening regulation on management and governance by making use of information technology; 3)improve the quality of planning, implementation, and monitoring; 4)increased the capacity and capabilities of the device with the science and technology advances to financial management, the utilization of SDA and the making of the regulation; 5)enhance coordination to provide an understanding of the legislation and transparency Keywords: finance, financial management, risk management

The results of previour research Wahyu (2001-2009), found the reinforce and complement the theory of Cognitive Development (Scheme) student (Extended Level Triad++) in the learning of mathematics. The purposes of the study are: 1) to generate a new theory about the Extended Level Triad++ ie levels of development schemes student to Graph Theory finer (from five levels to seven levels); 2) to determine the characteristics of the new levels of the triad (the Triad Level Extended++). In the qualitative research, data were collected from a task-based interview, then performed the data reduction, and presentation of data, as well as the next steps as set out in the flowchart prosesur collection and analysis of data, the data analysis will apply genetic decomposition analysis. Then to get a characterization of each level of the development carried out by the method-comparison analysis-fixed, by applying the theory of Glaser & Strauss, a theorizing process through four stages. The results of this study obtained in the form of advanced theory Extended Level Triad++. The theory is then summarized in a network schema development consisting of seven levels, ie the level of pre-intra, intra, semi-inter-level, international level, the level of semi-trans, trans level, and the level of extended- trans. This article aims to analyze the function of Bapemperda in increasing the effectiveness of the formation of Regional Regulations in the Bone Bolango Regency. The Regional Regulations Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the Bone Bolango DPRD is one of the council's equipments for forming regional regulations. The type of research used in this article is empirical normative, which combines a normative legal approach with the addition of various elements of empirical studies. The results show that the implications of political intervention sometimes affect the issues and local regulations issued and do not represent the community's interests but are dominated by political interests. Ideally, local regulations must be responsive and meet usual policy standards that at the implementation level can be used and can answer problems that develop in the community. Human resources have an essential role in an organization, such as the rapid development of information technology, globalization, and changes in the world of positions and work, and are tied to the existing system. Members of Bapemperda and local governments play a role in forming regional regulations and other policy designs. To increase the effectiveness of the formation of Regional Regulations, it is necessary to have a relationship between human resources and the objectives that apply to Bapemperda itself. The researcher then offers a prototype product called CIS-Approach, a development concept from the results of the research and data analysis of the previous authors, which is expected to be a consideration for the government in formulating regional regulatory policies. CIS-Approach indicators are: 1) human resources with the system; 2) human resources with the issue; 3) human resources with regulations.

The declining attention of young voters on several aspects makes political education very vital for the sustainability of democracy in Indonesia. Political education for students who are young voters in this case are students of the Constitutional Law is considered important to increase their participation at the tertiary level, namely the election of DEMA (Student Executive Council) IAIN Madura. This study used an approach to students of the Constitutional Law study program, Islamic State Faculty of IAIN Madura through observation and interviews as well as data collection supported by document studies through several relevant kinds of literature so that data triangulation was then carried out to produce valid data. The results showed that in the aspect of students' initial knowledge about elections from several informants of the Constitutional Law study program students obtained data that they already had a good understanding of. Then on the aspect of student perspectives on campus politics, some of them do not know information about the election of the chairman of the DEMA (Student Executive Council) due to several reasons behind it. So then to increase student political participation in the election of the chairman of DEMA the author formulated three political stimuli, namely through learning political science courses, through campus organizations, and mass media.
