The world heritage is conformed by cultural & natural assets of exceptional universal value, which best represent nature or the ingenuity & history of the world's cultures, the existence, meaning, & beauty of which enrich humanity as a whole & that with their disappearance it would suffer irreparable harm. Therefore, the states in which such assets are located should protect them with international cooperation & assistance, from where they should also be identified, protected, preserved, revalued, refurbished, & transferred to future generations. 2 Tables. The problems resulting from crime have required the joint action of states, international organizations, nongovernmental organizations, & academics, so as to promote the defense of the legal order & the defense of individual rights, based on the assumption that international cooperation on criminal matters is a project that requires the efforts of society as a whole & not only at some government levels & requires the adaptation of organic structures. The main requirements for success are the personnel in charge of these tasks, the mechanisms & instruments for fighting crimes, but first & foremost, the general attitude towards criminality. 19 References.
