О ПРОБЛЕМЕ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ЗДОРОВЬЯ ВОЕННОСЛУЖАЩИХ

Abstract

В обзоре научных источников анализируется состояние проблемы профессионального здоровья военнослужащих. Установлено, что концепция профессионального здоровья, предложенная В.А. Пономаренко, является эффективной основой для реализации мероприятий психофизиологического сопровождения в военной авиации. Методологию указанной концепции целесообразно учитывать при совершенствовании мероприятий медицинского обеспечения военнослужащих других видов и родов войск (сил), а не только летного состава и операторов. В статье представлены взгляды отечественных ученых на сущность профессионального здоровья военнослужащих, даны характеристики его структурных компонентов, показаны взаимосвязи профессионального здоровья, надежности и долголетия военных специалистов. Доказано, что актуально и необходимо дальнейшее совершенствование и внедрение мероприятий по сохранению профессионального здоровья военнослужащих, выполняющих задачи военной службы в экстремальных условиях военно-профессиональной деятельности. ; The current review is dedicated to the state of the problem of military personnel occupational health. It has been established that V.A. Ponomarenko´s conception of occupational health is an effective basis for psycho-physiological support implementation in military aviation. The above-mentioned conception methodology should be taken into account in improving the medical provision not only of the air force pilots and remotely piloted aircraft operators but the other armed forces components and arms military personnel. The article presents the views of Russian scientists on the nature of occupational health of servicemen, given the characteristics of its structural components, shows the relationship of occupational health, safety and longevity of military specialists. It has been proved that it is actual and necessary the further improvement and introduction of the measures for health maintenance of the military personnel carried out tasks in the extreme conditions of their occupational activity.
