Vor 15 Jahren unterzeichneten die EU-Staats- und Regierungschefs sowie die Außenminister der EU den Vertrag von Lissabon. Seine Ratifizierung durch den Deutschen Bundestag am 24. April 2008 war begleitet von Kontroversen.
