Abstract

A new law that controls the finances of the armed forces (known by the acronym of la Lolf) should allow for a smoother & more complete integration of the current three commissions that oversee the armed forces. The current system was founded in 1351 by King John the Good, & while it has served the nation & the army well, it should not be a surprise that it is in many ways outdated & that, at the beginning of the 21st century, these three separate commissions should have come to a crossroads of their existence. The future of the armed forces should be more integrated on every level. D. Knaff
