Abstract

The problems resulting from crime have required the joint action of states, international organizations, nongovernmental organizations, & academics, so as to promote the defense of the legal order & the defense of individual rights, based on the assumption that international cooperation on criminal matters is a project that requires the efforts of society as a whole & not only at some government levels & requires the adaptation of organic structures. The main requirements for success are the personnel in charge of these tasks, the mechanisms & instruments for fighting crimes, but first & foremost, the general attitude towards criminality. 19 References.
