Abstract
In den vergangenen zehn Jahren ist die internationale polizeiliche Zusammenarbeit normativ stark fortentwickelt worden, ebenso internationale Missionen und grenzübergreifende Polizeieinsätze. Mit Inkrafttreten des neuen EU-Vertrages hat die polizeiliche Zusammenarbeit eine neue Arbeitsgrundlage erhalten, auf die sich die europäischen und nationalen Akteure erst noch einstellen müssen.
