Character education is stated as value education, character education, moral education, character education which aims to develop the ability of all school members to make good and bad decisions, exemplify, maintain what is good & realize that good in everyday life wholeheartedly.Character education is placed as the foundation for realizing the vision of national development, namely realizing a society with noble, moral, ethical, cultured, and civilized characters based on the philosophy. This is at the same time an effort to support the realization of the ideals as mandated in the Pancasila and the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution. In addition, the various problems faced by our nation today have increasingly encouraged the enthusiasm and efforts of the government to prioritize character education as the basis for educational development.

International audience ; It is stated that the Armenian community in the USA is one of the largest and most influential in the world. It is proved that the numerous Armenian community of the USA plays a prominent role in the development of Armenian-American relations. It is shown that the urgent issues for the development of the Armenian Diaspora is to overcome contradictions and competition within the Armenian Diaspora, especially among its most active organizations dealing with political issues. It will solve specific foreign policy tasks and promote the unification of the Armenian Diaspora based on group identity and common goals. The Armenian organizations, acting separately, complicate integration and unification within the community itself, lead to competition and disunity in defending its interests not only in the United States, but also in the world. It is determined that numerous Armenian Diaspora, famous and influential personalities of Armenian origin, national organizations and lobby groups are the "soft power" of Armenia. The Diaspora provides significant and comprehensive support to Armenian diplomacy in advancing national interests, especially in matters of international recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide, the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and overcoming the many economic problems that Armenia faces today.During the post-bipolar period, the Armenian Diaspora in America was quite active namely because of participation in various international organizations. To a certain extent, the Diaspora of Armenia followed the common tradition of using intergovernmental and intergovernmental associations to solve the problems of their states. AbstractThe heavy‐handed regulation enforced a commercialization process and as a result pushed microfinance institutions in Armenia towards a commercial logic, which diminished the importance of the social component. Sector development problems include unfair fees, limit on annual interest rate, late cooperation between credit organizations, and regulated microfinance operations. Because of the high interest rates and difficult economic situation, micro‐loans do not necessarily help poor people in Armenia to escape poverty, but instead push them further down into greater poverty.

After the 2020 war (the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War), the South Caucasus region entered a period of the collapse of the fragile regional security system architecture shaped while maintaining the status quo, and the serious transformation of the security environment in the region. This is stipulated by several factors ensuing, among other things, from the geopolitical and geostrategic processes taking place in other regions, in particular, the Russia – Ukraine conflict and the aggravation of relations between Russia and the West. Because of these processes, the West's urge to weaken Russia has increased both in political (limiting Russia's zone of influence, including in traditionally "pro–Russian" regions, such as the South Caucasus and Central Asia) and economical aspects, limiting Russia's role as a supplier of hydrocarbon energy carriers and the East-West transit corridor. This has led to a significant decrease in the level of Russia's limiting influence in the South Caucasus, and the emergence of serious opportunities to reinvigorate their policy in this region both for Turkey, and extra-regional global actors, such as the United States, the European Union, China and India. Each of those pursues its own geostrategic and geo-economic interests here, and throughout the process is acting in their own traditional manner, which has been developed in the system of implementing their national foreign policy.
According to the analysis carried out, if the activity of the United States' and the European Union's policies in the South Caucasus depends on the factors of geopolitical rivalry between the West and Russia, then the activation of China's and India's policies largely comes from the activation of the processes of unblocking regional communications, resulting in the occurrence of an alternative to the northern (Russian) corridor, the use of which in greatly restricted due to the Russia – Ukraine conflict. In addition, it becomes imperative for Armenia, in the process of transforming the security environment in the South Caucasus, to indemnify for the decrease in the efficiency of deterrents conditioned solely by the geopolitical presence of the Russian Federation, without changing the foreign policy.
Nowadays China is the closest superpower to Russia and holds a high position in global politics. After the collapse of the Soviet Union the relations between the two countries have been stable and quite positive. Based on the media of both countries there have not been noted any changes between the countries in the last years, moreover the alliance seems to be closer than before. The current general secretary of the Communist Party of People's Republic of China- Xi Jinping, also known as "core leader", is considered one of the most powerful leaders in the modern Chinese history. The main purpose of the research is to analyze the representation of China in Russia's online media in the recent 6 years after Xi ascended to the presidency in 2012.

The article reveals the conceptualization and categorization peculiarities of simplex deverbal nouns with -er. The research is based on the extensive empiric material and is carried out at the interface of the structural and cognitive linguistics theories. The latter are represented by the methods of semantic decomposition, structural and cognitive-semantic analysis along with the method of conceptual modeling. The carried out analysis has allowed the author to elucidate that the lexis stratum under study falls into the subcategories with the cognitive basis expressed via the concepts "animate doer', "instrument", "event" and "purpose location". Having processed the empirical data the author highlights and systema- tizes the integral and differential parameters which underlie the meaning of the -er nominatives from the above mentioned categories. It has also been found out that the category "an- imate doer" has the most complicated conceptual structure and serves as a feeder for the other categories. These observations indicate the anthropocentricity of the -er deverbals semantics.

This article presents a framework for economic consequence analysis of terrorism countermeasures. It specifies major categories of direct and indirect costs, benefits, spillover effects, and transfer payments that must be estimated in a comprehensive assessment. It develops a spreadsheet tool for data collection, storage, and refinement, as well as estimation of the various components of the necessary economic accounts. It also illustrates the usefulness of the framework in the first assessment of the tradeoffs between enhanced security and changes in commercial activity in an urban area, with explicit attention to the role of spillover effects. The article also contributes a practical user interface to the model for emergency managers.
