It is possible to apply for support for short term mobility (3 days-6 months) within the frame of the COST Action: International Law between Constitutionalisation and Fragmentation: the role of law in the post-national constellation. (to be found at the Action website: http://www.il-cf.eu/ ). The mobility is intended to facilitate research collaboration on topics that fall within the frame of the action, especially for younger researchers. Support can be offered to researchers who wish to move between (from/to) institutions located in the countries that have signed the action. Currently the following countries participate in the Action: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Hungary, Ireland, Sweden and the European Institute in Florence. South Africa and Australia are currently applying for partnership.
Applications will be prioritized according to their relevance and closeness to the research agenda of the Action. For further information on the mobility support see the Action website: http://www.il-cf.eu/ . The application form can be found at http://www.cost.eu/stsm

President Biden's commission tasked with reforming the Supreme Court started meeting for the first time in May of this year. One of the proposals on the table is setting term limits on Justices. They're far from the first group to consider this idea.

Adam Chilton is a Professor of Law at The University of Chicago Law School and the author of a paper that runs simulations to show how the make-up of the Court could have been different through history if term limits were in place.

At stake is the direction of federal politics and policymaking for the next four years, as well as control of the Senate, the House of Representatives and a number of state offices. What can we expect from a Joe Biden administration or a second term of Donald Trump? In this panel discussion, four leading experts—Brian Klaas (Washington Post and UCL CUSP), Anne Joseph O'Connell (Stanford Law School), Colin Provost (UCL CUSP), and Sherrill Stroschein (UCL SPP)—will discuss politics, policy, and governance under Trump's first term and what this election may bring after Election Day.

Rep. Joe Neguse first became interested in politics at a young age, inspired by his immigrant parents' lesson to give back to the country that had welcomed them from Eritrea. He joined student government and got elected to the University of Colorado Board of Regents while still in law school. But the second-term congressman reached national prominence as an impeachment manager in the second impeachment trial of former President Trump, delivering deft and emotional arguments on behalf of House Democrats. Rep. Neguse joined David to talk about his personal connection to immigration legislation, his experiences on January 6 and throughout the impeachment process, and why he believes voting rights might force filibuster reform.
