Les femmes de la classe ouvrière : survie psychologique et sociale. Dans ce texte, l'auteur se propose d'étudier certains aspects du discours produit autour des femmes de la classe ouvrière, dans un contexte, la période d'après-guerre, où la notion de classe ouvrière, à la fois surestimée, dénigrée et crainte, pose problème. Dans ces discours et ces pratiques, les femmes ont une place centrale en tant que mères ayant à leur charge la production de citoyens dans un ordre démocratique bourgeois en extension. En effet, le discours de la mobilité sociale, de l'égalité des chances transforme en pathologie tout échec d'entrer dans la classe moyenne définie comme normale. Il s'agit donc de "normaliser" les groupes potentiellement pathologiques et entre autres les mères de la classe ouvrière dont la capacité à exercer la maternité doit être mise sous surveillance. Inadéquates, ne sont-elles pas responsables d'un large éventail de maux sociaux (criminalité, délinquance...) ? Ce modèle normatif et normalisant, ce nouveau mode de régulation sociale fait l'impasse sur les conséquences de l'oppression, et sur les réalités psychologiques qui découlent de la souffrance vécue, d'une subjectivité construite à travers des "vérités" projetées sur 1' ''autre". L'auteur a mené une recherche auprès de femmes d'origine ouvrière ayant eu accès à l'Université pour comprendre la spécificité de ce groupe et les mécanismes de défense mis en place pour vivre et survivre l'oppression.

The article examines in detail the problems associated with the development of Buddhism, which introduced a personal aspect to religion and embodied the idea of the need for compassion for all living beings. A special place is occupied by the analysis of the moral and social component of this religion. Buddhism is seen as a protest movement that originated in India and is directed against the frozen hierarchy, mechanical ritualism and greed of the Brahmins. This religion challenged the Brahmin hierarchy, appealing primarily to warriors, kings, and the mass of the free population. The Buddhist community was a brotherhood of mendicant monks who did not perform any rituals, but only showed people the way to salvation by the example of their lives. Buddhism is also one of the radical reformist teachings, not only intellectually, but also socially. He called people, first of all, to inner perfection, the last stage of which can be achieved only through kindness and benevolence to all living beings. The central point of this article is devoted to the debate about the reality of the Buddha's existence, his teaching and the transformations of this teaching. A significant place is given to the description of the way of life of Buddhist monks, the relationship within the Buddhist community and with the laity. The reasons for the attractiveness of Buddhism and its easy adaptability to other religious doctrines are substantiated. The possibilities of transformation of Buddhism, including within the framework of syncretic creeds, as well as in the activities of totalitarian and pseudo-religious sects, are shown. Examples of the politicization of this religion and its inclusion in the activities of fundamentalist organizations are given. ; В статье детально рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с развитием буддизма, который привнес в религию личностный аспект и воплотил идею о необходимости сострадания ко всем живым существам. Особое место занимает анализ нравственной и социальной составляющей данной религии. Буддизм рассматривается как протестное движение, зародившееся в Индии, и направленное против застывшего иерархизма, механической обрядовости и корыстолюбия брахманов. Эта религия поставила под сомнение брахманскую иерархию, апеллировал в первую очередь к воинам, царям и массе свободного населения. Буддистская община представляла собой братство нищенствующих монахов, которые не совершали никаких обрядов, а лишь примером своей жизни указывали людям путь к спасению. Буддизм — это также одно из радикальных реформистских учений не только в интеллектуальном, но и в социальном аспектах. Он призывал людей, прежде всего, к внутреннему совершенствованию, последней ступени которого можно достичь лишь благодаря доброте и доброжелательности ко всем живым существам. Центральное место в данной статье посвящено спору о реальности существования Будды, его учению и трансформациям этого учения. Значительное место отводится описанию образа жизни буддийских монахов, взаимоотношениям внутри буддийской общины и с мирянами. Обоснованы причины привлекательности буддизма и его легкой адаптивности к другим религиозным доктринам. Показаны возможности трансформации буддизма, в том числе и в рамках синкретических вероучений, а также в деятельности тоталитарных и псевдорелигиозных сект. Приведены примеры политизации этой религии и ее включения в активность фундаменталистских организаций.
The study of the baths landscape of Rome in the Antiquity(Ist century B.C.- Vth century A.D.) aims at filling certain gaps concerning the research on the minor baths in the capital of the Empire. The thesis followed essentially five main chapters: we beforehand defined a historic and social frame in our study by insisting on the relative problems at the origin of the Roman bath and in its distribution in italic peninsula. We then bent over the methodological problems met during the establishment of our corpus. To conceive in a concrete way the Roman bath landscape, we indeed established a database every evidence of which corresponds to a bath complex known by sources(archaeological, epigraphic and literary). This catalog was approached under descriptive shape on our third chapter. Our fourth axis concerns particularly the legislation relative to these balnea, the definition of their status and the identification of their owners. Finally, a typological and technical study of the baths of Rome showed itself necessary to end this study in a exhaustive way. ; L'étude du paysage balnéaire de Rome dans l'Antiquité (Ier siècle av. J.-C.- Ve siècle ap. J.-C.) a pour but de combler certaines lacunes concernant la recherche sur les bains dits mineurs dans la capitale de l'Empire. La thèse a suivi essentiellement cinq grands axes : nous avons au préalable défini un cadre historique et social à notre étude en insistant sur les problèmes relatifs à l'origine du bain romain et à sa diffusion en péninsule italique. Nous nous sommes ensuite penchés sur les problèmes méthodologiques rencontrés lors de l'établissement de notre corpus. Afin d'appréhender de manière concrète le paysage balnéaire romain, nous avons en effet établi une base de données dont chaque entrée correspond à un complexe balnéaire connu par les sources (archéologiques, épigraphiques et littéraires). Ce catalogue a été abordé sous forme descriptive dans notre troisième grande partie. Notre quatrième axe concerne particulièrement la législation relative à ces balnea, la définition de leur statut et l'identification de leurs propriétaires. Enfin, une étude typologique et technique des bains de Rome s'est révélée nécessaire pour terminer cette étude de façon exhaustive.

The article highlights the results of the survey carried out among the parents of the children, who attend preschool education institutions (PEI) in Krasnodar and PEI employees, who are involved in the evaluation of the children's health and rehabilitation process. The authors defined a social portrait of the families whose children attend municipal PEIS. They identified that most parents are rather well aware of the medical issues. Acute sick rate of the preschool age is high, as about 15% of children have already acquired a chronic pathology in the form of a confirmed diagnosis. The authors also established a dependence of the sick rate among the preschool children on the age, at which they were enrolled to the PEI and living conditions. All the parents are worried about the health of their children and would like to enhance it. Most respondents believe that PEI preventive programs should be financed by the government.Key words: preschool children, health status, preventive medical care, public opinion poll. ; В статье представлены результаты социологического опроса родителей детей, посещающих дошкольные образовательные учреждения (ДОУ) г. Краснодара, и сотрудников ДОУ, имеющих непосредственное отношение к оценке состояния здоровья детей и процессу оздоровления. Определен социальный портрет семей, дети которых посещают муниципальные ДОУ. Выявлено, что большинство родителей достаточно информированы в медицинских вопросах. Острая заболеваемость детей дошкольного возраста высока, около 15% детей уже имеют хроническую патологию в виде подтвержденного диагноза. Установлена зависимость частоты заболеваемости детей дошкольного возраста от возраста поступления в ДОУ, от условий проживания. Все родители обеспокоены состоянием здоровья детей и хотели бы его улучшить. Большинство опрошенных считают, что оздоровительные программы в ДОУ должны финансироваться государством.Ключевые слова: дети дошкольного возраста, состояние здоровья, профилактическая медицинская помощь, социологический опрос. The article reveals the relevance of studying information security, as well as examines external and internal threats to ensuring it. The difficulties that occur in this case are analyzed. A positive model of the development of society is associated with this type of security, so it is no coincidence that the most important task is to create a fullfledged theory of information security. Without this, it is impossible to speak about the effective elimination of a number of negative consequences of the process of society informatization. In this context, an extremely important task is to ensure the protection of children from information psychological and destructive threats, including overcoming the Internet and other types of information dependence. Information security theory is an integral part of social security psychology. For its complete design, there is still a lot to be done both in theoretical and applied terms. First of all, the creation of a national information platform is meant. Currently, there is an urgent need to develop competence in the field of information security not only among professionals, but also among various groups of the population.

Quelle était la situation de ce marché avant les assauts d'Internet et de la Commission européenne ? Qu 'ont voulu le gouvernement et les parlementaires législateurs ? Les objectifs régaliens de sécurité et de santé publiques sont-ils préservés ? Quels impacts de l'ouverture sur les opérateurs historiques ou nouveaux entrants ? Le modèle français peut-il servir d'exemple aux autres Etats membres et inspirer les instances communautaires ? Que peut apporter la « revoyure » de novembre 2011 ?

L'article donne une information sur les travaux et projets de chercheurs havrais et rouennais. Le Centre havrais d'analyses sociologiques (C.H.A.S. Université du Havre) est orienté vers la sociologie urbaine. A travers une série d'enquêtes dont Le Havre est le terrain (pratiques culturelles, attitudes face à la mer, vie étudiante...) se trouve posée la question de la formation de l'image de la ville et des processus de communication urbaine. Un autre champ d'observation est celui de l'immigration avec une étude de l'insertion des femmes d'Afrique noire au Havre. En dehors du C.H.A.S. existe une recherche (C.N.R.S. - MIRE) sur le sens et la fonction sociale des boissons alcoolisées - la représentation qu'en ont des populations socialement définies. Au langage du moraliste ou du médecin qui s'applique d'ordinaire à l'alcoolisme se substitue celui de l'anthropologue, qui est, dans cette optique, plus pertinent. En 1983 était créé Le Laboratoire d'études et de recherches sociales à Rouen, dans le cadre d'un Institut de formation de travailleurs sociaux. L'article résume les conditions de création et de développement de cette nouvelle structure de recherche, puis décrit par le biais de résumés les quatre recherches en cours d'exécution au sein de cette équipe. La première concerne la mise en place de la sectorisation psychiatrique à Rouen et tente, à travers une analyse fine du Cadre Bâti, de saisir les logiques à l'oeuvre dans ce dispositif particulier concernant les maladies mentales. Un deuxième axe porte ses efforts sur les modes d'intervention concernant la délinquance juvénile. Il cherche à préciser la recomposition des rôles des travailleurs sociaux dans le cadre politique nouveau de la décentralisation. Une troisième recherche sur les aides financières distribuées sous forme d'allocations mensuelles est l'occasion de cerper l'évolution de la pauvreté dans notre région. Enfin, dans une perspective plus globale, cet article présente une recherche sur l'histoire de nos systèmes de protection sociale, saisi au travers de l'histoire de la mutualité ouvrière au sein de notre département.
Résumé Une des idées centrales de l'Économie sociale de Max Weber concerne l'évolution des organisations institutionnelles. Dans la première partie de l'article, je montre que Weber peut être interprété comme un économiste institutionnel. Dans la seconde partie, je reconstruis l'aspect le plus important de l'institutionnalisme de Max Weber, à savoir les interrelations entre les idées, les intérêts, les institutions et les ordres sociaux. Dans la troisième partie, je démontre comment Weber applique cette approche institutionnaliste en examinant son explication économique des entraves au développement en Chine. En suivant les concepts de Weber, j'effectue finalement quelques propositions destinées à enrichir la recherche économique contemporaine.
