Abstract: higher education is an essential element in developing a country?s innovative potential, and this has been recognised as such by politicians and those who work in the industry. However, one of the blights of contemporary Russian society, corruption threatens the potential of the next generation. Corruption has permeated all levels of society, including the education sector. It is having a profound effect and is replicating the physical and psychological conditions. This article details the scale and nature of corruption in higher education in Russia, and offers some insight into the various proposals that seek to change the situation for the better.

In the article the current state of the social sphere in Venezuela is analyzed. Key social indicators are considered: poverty, hunger, unemployment, migration, etc. The analysis is based on a comparison of various statistical sources, which allows to present the objective state of the social sphere of Venezuela. Also the main directions of the N. Maduro government's social policy are shown in the article. ; В статье проанализировано современное состояние социальной сферы Венесуэлы. Рас-смотрены ключевые социальные показатели: бедность, уровень голода, безработица, ми-грация и др. Анализ проведен на основе сравнения различных статистических источников, что позволяет представить объективное положение социальной сферы Венесуэлы. Также показаны основные направления социальной политики правительства Н. Мадуро.

The paper deals with sociological findings and statistical figures concerning the young country-men of an important Russian region - Republic of Bashkortostan. Authors offer new methods of practical analysis and theoretical investigation of social and psychological problems of rural youth.

Purpose: define the role of social partnership in solving social problems on rural areas. Methodology: The main empirical research methods were expert interviews, focus groups and document analysis. Results: On the materials of Research of Semenov district of Nizhny Novgorod region the article considers several innovative projects for solving local social problems, with realization of which a network of partnerships arose, analyzes the results of social partnership and the challenges for further development.

Статья посвящена осмыслению политической коммуникации в системе общество – средства массовой информации – власть. В работе отмечается, что в XXI веке потребность человека в получении информации возрастает. Процесс информационного обмена и взаимодействия, происходящий в обществе, можно определить, как политическую коммуникацию. Ее функционирование непосредственно связано с развитием информационных технологий и политических событий. Внимание автора акцентируется на информационных возможностях и развитии информационного общества. Отмечается, что политический PR и пропаганда также являются неотъемлемыми составляющими коммуникационного процесса. Коммуникация является фундаментом любого типа взаимодействия, в особенности социально-политического.

Analyzing the practices of development, application and research in managerial
social technologies, the author reveals a number of essential problems in their further
development. The revealed problems are combined into three groups: the problems of
theory and methodology, the problems of development and the problem of practical
application. Basing on the analysis of modern managerial social technologies, the
author suggests comprehensive and universal classification that uses the two criteria:
the content of technology and its functional relevance. The applied research taken by
the author and described in the article reveals that managerial social technologies as a
phenomenon are widespread in contemporary managerial practice. However the
practice is irregular and not systematic, while its efficiency is still low.

Purpose: To summarize, organize, and clarify the available scientific literature, theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of social identity with the sociopsychological and sociological positions. Methodology: a theoretical analysis of scientific sources. Scope of the results: Identified in the theoretical analysis of the sociopsychological interpretation of the phenomenon of social identity: its structure, and specific types of manifestations, may be useful in explaining the many problems in the life of the individual groups and teams, in general, the social environment, which traditionally are in the field of view sociology.

Article is dedicated to examination and analysis of the construction of the

There is analyzing of specific of social-psychological adaptation person by model of adaptation. Structure model of adaptation of women of our age group, which was named "adaptation complex" was made by theoretic analyzes of problem of adaptation adult.

Purpose: to find out the main reasons for divorce in old age, to assess social perception of certain situations that lead to divorce, to trace the development later in life after the divorce of former spouse. Methodology: qualitative research on how to "double reflection" in formal means of semi-structured interviews; discourse analysis of online documents on the Internet forums for the elderly. Results: allocated substantial characteristics of divorce in the third age. 1. The causes of divorce in older age, alcoholism, adultery, fake divorce, divorce due to the illness of a spouse, divorce is a consequence of the crisis of retirement. 2. Social approval/ condemnation of divorce in the third age - the examples cited in the study is an indicator of gender inequality. 3. The trajectories of the spouses later in life - "The effect of the return of" the wandering behavior, a new life, a divorce after the divorce. Practical implications - the creation of special courses on social gerontology for students of social and humanitarian disciplines, gerontologists, social workers, as well as the use of programs of socio-psychological training for the elderly.

In article supercomputer technologies application in social and economic and
technological researches analysis results are presented. It is revealed that these
technologies are applied in the core at the decision of volume technological, design
and analytical tasks with usage of a considerable quantity of information. These tasks
dare, as a rule, numerical methods with obtaining of approximate results having
significant enough errors which estimation of boundary values is often more difficult,
than technical calculations. It is shown that the complex decision of social and
economic tasks with usage of the big arrays of statistical information is represented
more comprehensible to usage of supercomputer technologies with usage handling
static information and forecasting newest methods. The authoring concept of system
engineering of modeling and monitoring of innovative activity in the building sphere,
containing methods of conversion and usage of the statistical information in
forecasting is offered, methods of the decision of the formulated tasks are considered.

Purpose: The article analyses results of public opinion poll of beef purchasing power. Methodology: For research carrying out it was used sociological, settlementconstructive and programming-target methods. Results: Identifies problems, direction of beef raising and volumes of beef production for the short term. Practical implications. Results of research are used for development of regional development programs of agriculture.
