Обозначены приоритетные направления деятельности Министерства финансов Российской Федерации по совершенствованию законодательной базы в сфере банковского регулирования. ; The article is devoted to topical issues of formation of a stable banking system during the post-crisis period. It analyzes the condition of the banking system in the Russian Federation during the crisis, actions taken by the Government of the Russian Federation to support banks. Also, it determines the priority activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation with respect to the perfection of legislative base of regulation of bank activity.
