Ce texte est un rapport de fin de recherche issu de l'ACI cognitique. ; Notre projet s'intéresse aux apports de la psychologie sociale et cognitive à l'étude de la formation des croyances dans les marchés financiers. Notre action a réuni des économistes du Groupe de Recherche en Économie Mathématique et Quantitative (GREMAQ) de l'université de Toulouse-I et des psychologues des équipes de l'université de Toulouse-II issus des équipes Dynamiques Sociocognitives et Vie Politique (DSVP) et Centre de Recherche en Psychopathologie (CERPP). Nos objectifs de départ étaient les suivants : d'élaborer i) une étude expérimentale de l'opération des biais cognitifs et sociaux dans un jeu de marché financier ; et ii) une étude psychométrique des dimensions de surconfiance. Depuis nous avons élaboré deux nouveaux objectifs suite à nos expériences initiales : iii) l'étude de la relation des biais cognitifs et performance chez des courtiers professionnels ; et iv) l'étude des styles cognitifs des entrepreneurs. L'originalité de nos recherches est d'élaborer des mesures psychométriques susceptibles d'identifier quels sont les individus susceptibles de réussir dans un type de marché précis, et donc indirectement de démontrer l'opération de certains biais psychologiques et sociaux dans la prise de décisions des acteurs économiques. Notre démarche est interactionniste, dans la mesure que nous entendons définir quel biais cognitif est susceptible d'interférer dans quel marché, et de théoriser cette interaction. Par exemple, nous avons montré que la miscalibration amène les acteurs à des stratégies d'échange agressives dans un marché avec informations asymétriques où il y a le risque de la winner's curse (toute offre d'achat ou de vente acceptée par le marché doit normalement être perdante).

Les travaux de Kahneman, Tversky et d'autres psychologues ont remis en question le modèle classique de l'homo œconomicus. De nombreuses études menées en psycho-logie et en économie ont notamment montré que la théorie classique de l'espérance d'utilité ne décrit pas de manière satisfaisante les comportements humains face au risque. Nous suggérons que la théorie des perspectives de Kahneman et Tversky peut être élaborée dans une théorie subjective de l'utilité espérée qui raffine et enrichit l'approche classique. Au delà, il est maintenant établi que les préférences sont généralement construites pendant le processus décisionnel. Or, cette construction est sensible à des effets cognitifs et socioculturels ayant d'importantes conséquences pour la communication réciproque entre le grand public et les décideurs.

A series of discrete choice experiments is conducted with 789 participants. Framing conditions like information on CO2 emissions, an injunctive and a descriptive norm, fiscal incentives such as a carbon tax, a bonus-malus and a personal carbon trading scheme are tested while controlling the usual travel price-duration tradeoff. Pricing (including internalization of social cost of CO2 through fiscal incentives) has the expected effect of reducing the choice of travelling and hence CO2 emissions. Providing information on CO2 emissions of each transport alternative significantly reduces preferences for the most emitting modes (air) and favors a less emitting mode (train). Framing the fiscal incentive as personal carbon trading adds a moderate incentive to the price effect in reducing air choice.

Rationale Interpretationen von Aussagen und Gesprächen beruhen auf der Annahme, daß der Zuhörer sich eine Hypothese über die Intentionen des Sprechers bildet. Es wird ein Modell für die Konversationsanalyse vorgestellt, mit dessen Hilfe gezeigt wird, daß diese Interpretationen bestimmt werden durch die Attribute, die der Sprecher dem Zuhörer zuschreibt. Das Modell wird auf die Analyse von Experimenten der kognitiven Psychologie und Sozialpsychologie angewendet, wobei sich zeigt, daß die experimentelle Anordnung und die Gesprächseigenschaften die Schlußfolgerungen von Untersuchungspersonen beeinflussen können.
