The article presents the results of a large-scale applied study of "Constitutional Amendments" and "Coronavirus Pandemic" discourses as a part of the digital political agenda formed by the state media in 2020. The empirical dataset comprises an array of network data collected by the continuous sampling of news articles published by Interfax, RIA Novosti and TASS agencies on their official websites in 2020 within the March-September period.The obtained data was subjected to network analysis, visual analysis and linguo-discursive analysis. It allowed the authors to identify the dominant topics in the digital agenda created by the state media, determine the techniques used to form and manage the digital political agenda in the online space and assess their effectiveness. The article concludes by the description of the identified features, strategies and techniques used for shaping, maintaining and managing the digital political agenda by the state media regarding the analyzed discourses – "Constitutional Amendments" and "Coronavirus Pandemic". The authors infer that the strategy of pragmatic modeling was used for online agitation with the aim of ideological mobilization of citizens. Оnline-informing strategy was used to neutralize panic sentiment among citizens and form constructive civic behavioral patterns in the context of a pandemic and an internal lockdown.

Each period of the Mаeotian culture of the Kuban region is characterized by certain types of locally produced grey-clay pottery. In the first centuries AD, vessels with small loop handles were widespread. The present study proposes a typology of two types of vessels of this group: three types of jugs and six types of mug-jugs are distinguished. The general chronology of the types, based on the joint finds of fibulae and mirror-pendants, is limited to the first — second centuries AD. The narrow chronology of the complexes and individual vessel types can be used for dating burials in which, apart from pottery, no other grave goods were found.

Ceramic tiles are a mass category of finds in the Maeotian settlements in the Kuban region. Most of the tiles are found in the local territory — the Krasnodar group of settlements, outside of which the finds of tiles are quite rare. However, there is still no consensus on their purpose. The tiles were found in utility pits and layers of Roman period and date back to the 1st to the 3rd centuries AD. For the first time, the finds of the excavations of one of the largest Maeotian archaeological site, Starokorsunskaya Settlement No. 2, are published. All tiles are represented by two main groups — tiles with a stable base (standing tiles) and flat tiles (tablets). Tiles are analyzed by shape, size, by the presence or absence of signs on the surface, by the composition and firing of clay. The chronology and comparison with similar tiles originating from other Maeotian archaeological sites are offered. The existing hypotheses are analyzed and assumptions are made about the functional purpose of the tiles.

The Maeotian gray-clay kantharoi are replicas of black-glazed vessels that were imported during the Hellenistic period. In this article, three types of gray-clay kantharoi are examined, all of which have a conical foot and display features influenced by Hellenistic designs. The first type of kantharoi is linked to classical Attic kantharoi with spikes on the handles, and the 'early' series of these specimens show the most obvious signs of replication with their low proportions. The change in shape is attributed to the elongation of the upper part of the walls, consistent with the overall evolution of black-glazed kantharoi. The production of the first variety of kantharoi at settlements on the right bank of the Kuban River began at the end of the first or start of the second quarter of the 3rd century BC and likely did not extend beyond this century. The second variety of kantharoi maintains a classical appearance but features plain handles, and their existence is limited to the period from the second quarter to the end of the 3rd century BC. Finally, the third variety consists of bowl-shaped kantharoi, which were in use from the second half of the 3rd century BC to the turn of the 2nd to 1st century BC.

The paper analyzes the material of 26 children's burials from the Maeotian burial ground. The Infantilis I age category inc­ludes 14 burials, in half of which were buried children aged 3—4 years. Skeletons of children of the age category Infantilis II were found in seven burials. The age of the children from the remaining four burials is not determined. Five graves pits were found, corresponding in size to the height of the buried children. The main position of the buried is extended on the back. The crouched position on the back and on the side is twice as rare. The predominant direction in the orientation is not observed. Most of the burials contained locally produced gray-clay pottery. The dating of the burials is based on the chronology of bronze fibulae of various types of the second half of the 1st to the 2nd centuries AD, found in 10 complexes. Jewelry is represented by bronze arm rings, finger rings, earrings and beads, among which are figured pendants made of "Egyptian" faience, which are usually considered apotropaic. In two burials, bronze bells were found, which, it is believed, performed a protective function. In general, children's burials coincide with the burials of adults in terms of the rite and the composition of the accompanying inventory. However, some notable differences can also be distinguished: the absence of weapons, the almost complete absence of pieces for a belt set, and rare tools.

In the 4th cent. BC, under the influence of ancient cultural and pottery traditions, new forms and types of vessels appeared among the Maeotians, including fish plates. In this work, 26 fish plates from three Maeotian sites are collected — burial grounds of the Elizavetinskaya settlement, Prikubansky and Lebedi 3. The plates are divided into three groups according to the main method of design of their rim: I — with an overhanging rim; II — with a finely trimmed rim; III — with a rounded rim. Within these groups, variants of rims of various modifications are distinguished. The narrow dates of most plates are determined by the context of the finds: Greek amphorae, local gray clay and imported red clay vessels. The general chronology of the existence of fish plates among the Maeotians from the right bank of the Kuban covers the period from the 4th — the beginning of the 1st cent. BC. Moreover, the early samples of the 4th — beginning of the 3rd centuries are accurately copied Greek imported vessels, and the later ones, basically, are presented by the variants, remade by the Maeotian potters, adapted to the local needs.

The article solves the problem of identifying markers of positive or negative sentiment in the network discourse that is formed in social networks in relation to a particular politician. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study were the basics of network linguistics, the network approach, Big Data. To conduct an empirical study using the method of continuous sampling for the keyword "Boris Johnson", data from the social network Twitter was uploaded from May 15 to July 15, 2021 through the Twitter API service. The received dataset amounted to 1 million 900 thousand messages which were divided into a dataset of messages with a positive sentiment and a dataset of messages with a negative sentiment. In each dataset, frequently used fragments are identified and subjected to linguistic discursive analysis. As a result of their analysis, markers of the positive and negative sentiment of the online discourse that is emerging in the Internet space in relation to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson have been identified. They reflect public opinion, the level of trust in a politician, the pole of evaluation of his activities. Considering such markers when developing strategies for working with public opinion will allow changes in the image and reputational potential of public figures and organizations both online and offline.

The article introduces the methodology used for analyzing networked linguistic data, regarded as a basis of global online discursive fields. The authors scrutinized the discursive fields, which emerged during 2020 US Presidential Election.The research methodology, which combines natural science methods (mathematical analysis, graph theory, network analysis and relational analysis) and modern methods of linguistic research (complex linguo-discursive analysis, and methods of network linguistics), makes it possible to analyze discursive fields as social graphs, identify narratives and discourses that form the basis of the modern global communication space, and their potential for manipulating. The empirical base of the study is comprised of bulks of networked data that include the messages published by ordinary users and D. Trump's team on Twitter platform in March – October 2020. The application of the authors' technique has resulted in discursive fields visualization, abnormal discursive activity areas identification, the interaction of discourses within the discursive field description, the mode of messages and their recurrence level determination. It is shown that the analysis of Internet communication using the developed methodology contribute to understanding the essence of socio-political and socio-economic processes and deepening the predictive analytics of their development, and can also be used for discursive management in order to strengthen constructive and neutralize destructive social practices in online space.

31 horsemen burials were excavated at the Prikubansky burial ground in 1998—2001, among which 10 burials with dogs stand out. These burials date from different quarters of the 4 th century BC, as suggested by the amphorae and black-glazed vessels. The position of the horse in the burial is to the right or to the left of the person. Archaeozoological study of bone remains made it possible to establish that the Maeotian riders used mainly medium-sized horses, 137—147 cm high at the withers. Their age ranges from 2 to 20 years. The dogs were laid at the legs or at the belly of the horse. In most cases, cow bones were found next to the skeleton of the dog. The age of dogs is determined mainly by 2 years. Various grave goods, including rich sets of horse bridles and weapons, testifies to the belonging of the burials from the Prikubansky burial ground to the elite group of Maeotian horsemen. The burial rite of a horse and a dog, together with a person, originated in the Early Maeotian time and became widespread in the 4 th century BC, but practically disappears afterwards.

The article assesses the role of online communities operating in online and offline public space in the development and implementation of urban policy using the case of "Help the City" movement (Krasnodar). The authors characterize the online community "Help the City" as socially proactive, this appraisal is based on the results of empirical research. Communities of this type, being focused on the construction of active civil and political actions and involvement of their participants, become the real agencies of urban public policy. The activities of participants in "Help the City" movement are manifested in discursive practices and practices aimed at integrating the urban community into territorial development projects. The discursive practices of the network community actualize local identity, problems of ecology and urban planning, as well as ways to solve them which includes cooperation with municipal authorities. The real activities of the social movement embody the "products" of online discussions in social networks in the form of projects and events for the development of the territories of Krasnodar inner-city space. The authors come to the conclusion that "Help the City" online community participates in the formation of the city agenda as well as in the implementation of development projects in the city, within the framework of this agenda based on active interaction between business, government and local community.

The article presents the results of a study of the main trends in the development of regional conflicts in the republics of the North Caucasus region (2010s-2020s), as well as the transformation of political institutions to manage them. Based on the conceptual analysis of the provisions of the conflictological and neoinstitutional approaches regarding the essence of the political institutionalization of conflicts, the authors conclude that the focus of this process is mainly on maintaining stability, and not on the development of the region. The revealed specificity of the development of regional conflict allows us to assert the presence of its cyclical nature, which manifests itself, in particular, in the periodic politicization and depoliticization of ethnicity. The latter remains a significant factor in the development of the region, primarily due to the formation of related identities, which is also manifested in the conflicts under study. The significant role of the confessional factor in conflicts has also been determined. It manifests itself both in the intensification of the religious radicalization of some citizens, primarily the youth, and in the opposition to it by moderately minded clergy. A change in the types of conflict in the region is noted: the scale of conflicts is decreasing and they are developing on the republic or local level. The intensity of the development of conflict situations and the number of violent manifestations of conflict decrease, while they more often take on a latent, non-public nature. As a reaction to this state of affairs, protest forms of expressing contradictions are actualized. In the coming years, the continuation of the trend associated with the hybrid political institutionalization of conflicts and the preservation of an orientation towards their "containment" is most likely.

The paper presents the results of a research of ideas about the political institutionalization that have developed within the framework of the conflict theory and the neo-institutional theory. This article aims to determine the correlation between theoretical approaches in the study of the problems of political institutionalization of conflicts, in particular, in the interaction of institutions of various types. The research method is a comparative analysis of the main provisions of these two approaches. It was revealed that the problem of conflict regulation is most often solved in a normative way. The main methodological differences are associated with the choice of the research objects. In the theory of conflict, researchers focus on the possibilities giving the conflict a regulated and constructive character. The nature of the regulatory impact is not critical. From the neoinstitutionalists' point of view, the nature of political institutions and the possibility of combining different types of institutionalization are of decisive importance. Conflicts are considered along with other processes that need to be regulated. The possibility of overcoming them within the framework of political institutions is included. Simultaneously, a conflict can be stimulated by a clash of norms, and the process of institutionalization itself has a potential for conflict.
