This study is an ascertaining one, its purpose being to find out if there is a relationship between time management and oral hygiene in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, during the isolation period. We started from the presumption that people who stay at home, even if they have more free time, will pay special attention to dental hygiene only depending on their time management. The objectives of the study involve exploring the associations between three variables of the oral hygiene dimension and three variables of the time management dimension. The number of respondents was 260, aged between 18 and 82, both from urban areas (67.3%) and from rural areas (32.7%). The participants are predominantly female. To test the hypothesis, we developed and used a questionnaire that addressed issues related to oral hygiene and we adapted and used a time management questionnaire (Indreica, 2019). The obtained results confirmed the existence of an association between the two dimensions, the correlations between their variables being highly significant. The implications and limitations of the research are also summarized in this paper.

For many students and teachers the Covid-19 pandemic was a transformative learning experience. They were forced to cope with many changes at different levels of life: personal, professional, social. For many, the soft skills such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, time management, being present, being empathetic or self-regulation were the main resource for effective adaptation. This is the reason why we need to adopt a new education vision, focused on developing soft skills for teachers and students, and finally for society. The aim of the present research was to analyse the respondents' perception of the soft skills which help them cope with the Covid-19 pandemic period. A questionnaire regarding teachers' skills was used. The research sample consists of 359 respondents. An important conclusion of the study was that the respondents' resilience was determined by the change in the perspective on the problems that arose during the pandemic.

Between March 2018 and February 2019, an interdisciplinary team from Transylvania University of Brasov developed a project to create an inventory of intangible cultural heritage resources in the Făgăraș Land. Almost without exception, the first theme addressed by the inhabitants who were interviewed was that regarding the group of lads. The prestige of the group of lads (caroling bachelors) who in the villages in the Făgăraș Land could be capitalised on by reactivating the status and traditional assignments of the group over the entire year and thus, reactivating and/or reinvigorating other heritage resources. Local differentiations between folk costumes with the same structure represent another significant heritage resource.

This study aims to explore the experience of the adoptive families related to the attachment formation with the adopted child. Existing post-adoption services are explored. The study design is qualitative and triangulated the data from interviews with 11 adoptive parents, with a wide range of attachment relationship experience, from observation within a support group for adoptive parents, from interviews with specialists working in the statutory and private sector in the adoption field, and from social documents. Data analysis made use of the thematic analysis and storytelling. The key factors facilitating the attachment process are discussed and several recommendations for post-adoption services are made.

The phenomenon of corruption – as it is not a mere random fact, but a true phenomenon - is one of the most frequent phenomena nowadays, which has a tendency to state its power in all areas of human life: social and private life, cultural and economic life, as well as the spiritual and educational life. Thus, the phenomenon of corruption is ever present, so much so that society finds it to be indispensable to local administration and impossible to relinquish, thus affecting social welfare, stability and progress. The present article aims to discuss relevant aspects of the objective side of the crime of bribery, by also listing the judicial practice in this domain.

This article investigates in depth the characteristics of the interdisciplinary social theory of neo-Marxism, as a moderate response with socio-economic influences on the paradigm of postmodern brand management (defined by the theory of iconic brands and cultural branding - as a model by which brands become icons through creative interaction with their environment, on the one hand, and the anti-capitalist, anti-corporate and anti-branding movement, on the other), both included in a constructivist-interpretivist paradigmatic scheme. This type of critical approach, through reinterpretations and extensions of the ideas of social philosopher Karl Marx, replaces the marketing paradigm as a model of "social engineering" in the words of Douglas B. Holt and proposes new perspectives on the concept of consumer culture in which brands are seen as forms of intangible capital, with the main demands proposed by the anti- branding movement being highlighted, as well as the criticisms brought to "consumer culture".

This article aims to highlight the effects that The Beatles have had over generations, mainly on the lifestyle of people who listen to this type music specifically. This characteristic leads to the creation of musical identities, which can greatly reduce socio-cultural barriers, as well as language barriers between fans that reside in different socio-cultural contexts. Mainly, we propose to emphasize that, regardless of the cultural background in which people live, the status of being a Beatles fan, can be a way in which people can exponentially reduce socio-cultural barriers. By interacting with some special communities on different social media platforms, for example, they will develop a sense of belonging, they can shape their overall lifestyle and build a self-image that can sometimes, in certain circumstances, change the trajectory of their lives.

The main purpose of the current research is to identify the coping strategies adopted by the parents of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The birth of a child with a disability, who strays from the ideal and does not correspond to the expectations of parents causes a shock, which triggers an ample and complex mourning process. Within families in the constellation of which there is a child with autism, a series of stressors and tensions manifests plenarily, difficulties arise, and that is why, for the stress and the diagnosis in itself to be managed as correctly as possible and to the benefit of the child, but also of the family, certain coping strategies are employed. The manner in which the parents choose to manage the stress, the manner in which they adopt and implement a certain coping strategy, the existing connection between coping strategies, and the stages of mourning are main aspects that will be treated in the current research.

According to a recent legislative amendment, unauthorized felling of trees, including when wood damage is up to five times the average price of one cubic meter of wood, per foot, constitutes a criminal offense. At the same time, a contraventional law is in force and is applying to a similar act. Thus, the question is whether the new rule is sufficiently clear to achieve the purpose of criminal proceedings.

In forensics, the investigation of intentional fires, generated by criminal violations of prevention rules, committed out of revenge, in order to hide other crimes, through vandalism, due to mental disorders or in the case of self-ignition in public in order to obtain claims. In forensics, fires and explosions are analysed according to the causes that produce them and according to the substances or devices that initiated and maintained their combustion or explosion.

Photovoice is a participatory technique used in sociology for presenting research results in form of visual stories. It can be a valuable tool to increase awareness and participation of citizens in local-based processes related to environmental education. This paper highlights some advantages of using photovoice as a visual participatory technique in improving environmental education, exploring some evidences from recent literature and presenting a case study conducted in Brasov, Romania. The case study is an example of how photovoice can be successfully used in working with social science students, in order to improve their professional skills for promoting local-based environmental education initiatives.

In the current regulation of the Law of national education no.1/2011 is granted a special section for deviations from the university ethics, a section distinct from the section of disciplinary deviations. The common element that creates also confusion in practice between the two types of responsibilities is the similar terminology used by the legislator"disciplinary sanctions"in both section, although analyzing the administrative research procedures established in the two sections, we find a different legal regime both in terms of the activity of the two commissions of research, as well as of the documents issued following the procedures.

According to a recent legislative amendment, while caught in the act, the police officer is entitled to enter a dwelling or a well-defined area that belongs to or is used by an individual or a legal entity, in any way , complying with the law, without having the consent of the owner or legal representative and without any search warrant. However, question arises whether the new legal provision is sufficiently reliable to achieve the purpose of the criminal proceedings.

The processes of extension and globalization of the criminal phenomenon determine the judicial bodies to reconsider the approach of the methods of finding and preventing crimes. An important place in this context is occupied by forensic expertise, based on the knowledge of maternal science, forensics, but also on technical, natural, legal sciences and of course procedural norms, which determine the principles and conditions for correct resolution of issues of interest to the judiciary.

Since the application of precautionary measures necessarily involves the implication of an authority who accomplishes it into a person's home, even against that person's will, in order to identify and evaluate the belongings found, or to confiscate it if necessary, it is imposed conclusively that the legislator- within the limits of the Constitution-empowered the authorities invested with such an attribution with the right to enter the house of those to whom the precautionary measure is to be applied, legally ordered. Thus, it would lead to the unacceptable conclusion according to which the authority applying the precautionary measure is presenting itself without the prosecutor's authorization at the residence of the person to whom it is to be applied, as the law does not provide for such an authorization- in case of resistance to entering the residence, the authority will have to interrupt the application of the measures until the authorization is obtained, thereby jeopardizing the efficiency of the enforcement measure.
