학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 교육학과(교육학전공), 2012. 2. 박현정. ; 이 연구의 목적은 공군에 복무하는 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성이 군 생활 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 변인들 간의 구조적 관계 및 상대적인 영향력의 크기를 확인하는 것이다. 그리고 이 때 개인의 정의적 특성인 자기효능감, 자아탄력성이 사회적 지지와 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 매개변인으로 작용하는지 확인하는 것이다. 한 개인이 타인과의 의미 있는 상호작용의 결과로부터 얻을 수 있는 긍정적 자원인 사회적 지지는 스트레스에 대한 예방과 적응에 도움을 줄 수 있는 효과적인 완충제 역할을 함으로써 좌절을 극복하고 문제해결의 도전을 받아들이는 능력을 강화한다(Sarson, 1991; Sarson et al., 1983). 그러므로 병사들이 군대 환경의 맥락에서 지각하는 사회적 지지는 이들의 군 생활 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 주요한 변인이 될 수 있다. Bandura(1995)는 긍정적 자기효능감은 어려운 과제나 장애에 직면했을 때 자신을 동기화하고 좌절과 고통을 극복하게 함으로써 장애로부터의 성공적인 회복과 치료에 중요한 영향을 미친다고 주장하였는데, 이는 부여된 임무를 수행하는 병사들의 과업 수행과 직무 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳐 군 생활 적응을 매개하는 변인으로 작용할 수 있음을 나타낸다. 또한 환경의 역경과 스트레스 상황에서 융통성 있는 행동과 문제해결 전략을 동원하여 심리적 적응을 중재하는 변인으로 밝혀진 자아탄력성은 개인에게 낯선 삶의 경험과 수행을 요구하는 군대 환경의 맥락에서 병사들의 적응을 예측하고 매개하는 변인으로 작용할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 이론과 선행연구 결과를 근거로 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하고 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구문제 1. 공군 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지가 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 군 생활 적응에 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 1-1. 공군 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지가 군 생활 적응에 직접적 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 1-2. 자기효능감은 군 생활 적응에 직접적 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 1-3. 자아탄력성은 군 생활 적응에 직접적 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 2. 공군 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지는 자기효능감과 자아탄력성을 매개로 군 생활 적응에 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 2-1. 공군 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지는 자기효능감을 매개로 군 생활 적응에 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 2-2. 공군 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지는 자아탄력성을 매개로 군 생활 적응에 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 2-3. 공군 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지는 자기효능감, 자아탄력성을 매개로 군 생활 적응에 영향을 미치는가? 연구문제 3. 공군 병사들의 자기효능감은 자아탄력성을 매개로 군 생활 적응에 영향을 미치는가? 위의 연구문제를 확인하기 위하여 공군에 근무하는 병사 520명을 대상으로 예비 및 본 조사 설문을 실시하였고, 연구모형에서 설정한 잠재변인의 구조적 관계를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식을 이용하여 모형을 분석하고 자기효능감, 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구 결과와 이론에 근거하여 설정한 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 군 생활 적응의 구조적 관계에 대한 구조모형이 군대 환경의 맥락에서도 잘 지지되는 것으로 확인되었다. 모형 평가는 적합도 평가 지수의 기준이 확립된 TLI, CFI, RMSEA를 통해 평가하였고, 적합도 지수가 수용 가능한 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 이 연구에서 설정한 연구모형은 비교적 연구 자료를 적절하게 잘 설명하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 병사들이 지각하는 사회적 지지와 개인의 정의적 특성인 자기효능감, 자아탄력성은 군 생활 적응에 모두 직접적인 효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 직접효과 크기는 자기효능감이 가장 큰 효과크기를 나타냈고, 이어서 사회적 지지, 자아탄력성 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지는 자기효능감, 자아탄력성 각각을 매개로 군 생활 적응에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 또한 자기효능감과 자아탄력성 두 개의 매개변인을 통해 군 생활 적응에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 간접효과의 크기는 자기효능감을 매개로 하는 효과가 가장 크게 나타났고, 이어 자기효능감과 자아탄력성을 매개로 하는 효과, 자아탄력성을 매개로 하는 효과 순으로 나타났다. 특히 자기효능감은 군 생활 적응에 미치는 직접효과 및 간접효과에 있어 가장 큰 주요 변인으로 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 군 생활 적응 간의 인과관계를 확인함으로써 병사들의 군 생활 적응을 예측하고 중재할 수 있는 유의미한 변인을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 병사들의 효과적인 군 생활 적응 중재방안을 수립하는 데 있어 여러 변인들 간의 구조적 관계 및 효과에 대한 보다 체계적이고 통합적인 관점으로 접근할 필요가 있음을 시사 하였다. ; The primary purpose of this study was to investigate what effects the social support, self-efficacy, and ego-resilience perceived by airmen in the military service have on the adjustment to military life, and to identify comparative effect size as well as structural relationship among variables. The study also aimed to explore whether self-efficacy and ego-resilience which are affective characteristics operated as mediating variables. The social support, as a positive resource, obtained by an individual through meaningful interactions with other people plays an effective buffering role in preventing stress and helping adjustment to an environment, Thus it reinforces the ability to overcome frustration and embrace any challenges for solving problems (Sarson, 1991; Sarson et al., 1983). Furthermore, the social support perceived by airmen in the military context can serve as a principal variable that has a significant effect on their adjustment to military life. Bandura (1995) asserted that when people face obstacles and demanding assignments, positive self-efficacy plays a crucial role in enabling people to motivate themselves and to overcome frustration and pain. This implies that the self-efficacy can have a positive effect on task performance and job satisfaction by airmen, and act as a mediating variable of the adjustment to military life. Ego-resilience, a variable that is assumed to arbitrate psychological adjustment by enabling people to employ flexible behaviors and problem solving strategies, faced with circumstantial adversities and stressful situations, can be a factor that predicts and mediates the adjustment of airmen to the military context in which the airmen are forced to face an unfamiliar environment and deal with unaccustomed work. The present study, based on these theories, presents the following research questions. 1. Does the social support perceived by airmen have an effect on self-efficacy, ego-resilience, and the adjustment to military life? 1-1. Does the social support perceived by airmen have an direct effect on the adjustment to military life? 1-2. Does the self-efficacy have an direct effect on the adjustment to military life? 1-3. Does the ego-resilience have an direct effect on the adjustment to military life? 2. Does the social support perceived by airmen have an effect on the adjustment to military life through the mediation of self-efficacy, ego-resilience? 2-1. Does the social support perceived by airmen have an effect on the adjustment to military life through the mediation of self-efficacy? 2-2. Does the social support perceived by airmen have an effect on the adjustment to military life through the mediation of ego-resilience? 2-3. Does the social support perceived by airmen have an effect on the adjustment to military life through the mediation of self-efficacy, ego-resilience? 3. Does the self-efficacy have an effect on the adjustment to military life through the mediation of ego-resilience? In order to investigate the questions above, both preliminary and main questionnaires were conducted on 520 airmen served in ROK Air Force. The validation of the tool was made through the process of both exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analyses on the scale of the adjustment to military life. The model was also analysed by using structural equation model to identify the structural relations among latent variables established in the research model, with the verification of the mediating effect of self-efficacy and ego-resilience. The key findings of the research are summarized as follows: First, it was confirmed that structural model on the structural relationship between the three variables, social support, self-efficacy and ego-resilience and the adjustment to military life, which were based on previous studies and theories, was well supported in the military context. Model test was conducted through TLI, CFI, RMSEA, in which the criteria of model test fit were established, and it turned out that model fit could be acceptable. Thus, it may be seen that research data could be explained relatively appropriately by the research model established in this thesis. Second, it turned out that both the social support and self-efficacy as well as ego-resilience affected the adjustment to military life directly. With regard to the effect size of the variables, they were arranged in the order of self-efficacy, social support, and ego-resilience. Third, the social support had indirect effects on the adjustment to military life through the mediation of self-efficacy and ego-resilience respectively. In addition, the social support affected the adjustment to military life indirectly through the mediation of both self-efficacy and ego-resilience. The effect size was arranged in the order of the mediation of self-efficacy, the mediation of both self-efficacy and ego-resilience, and the mediation of ego-resilience. In particular, self-efficacy turned out to be the primary variable that affected the adjustment to military life both directly and indirectly. The result of the study showed the structural relationship between the three variables, social support, self-efficacy and ego-resilience and the adjustment to military life, those variables turned out to be the ones that can predict and mediate the adjustment to military life. This implies that in establishing effective intervention methods on the adjustment to military life, a systematic and unified approach, based on the structural relationship among various variables and their effectiveness, should be made. ; Master

Anesthesia facilitates surgery in millions of young children every year. Structural brain abnormalities and functional impairment observed in animals have created substantial concerns among clinicians, parents, and government regulators. Clinical studies seemed ambivalent; it remains unclear whether differential species effects exist towards anesthetic exposure. The current literature search and analysis attempts to unify the available clinical and animal studies, which currently comprise of > 530 in vivo animal studies and > 30 clinical studies. The prevalence of abnormalities was lowest for exposures < 1 hour, in both animals and humans, while studies with injurious findings increased in frequency with exposure time. Importantly, no exposure time, anesthetic technique, or age during exposure was clearly identifiable to be entirely devoid of any adverse outcomes. Moreover, the age dependence of maximum injury clearly identified in animal studies, combined with the heterogeneity in age in most human studies, may impede the discovery of a specific human neurological phenotype. In summary, animal and human research studies identify a growing prevalence of injurious findings with increasing exposure times. However, the existing lack of definitive data regarding safe exposure durations, unaffected ages, and non-injurious anesthetic techniques precludes any evidence-based recommendations for drastically changing current clinical anesthesia management. Animal studies focusing on brain maturational states more applicable to clinical practice, as well as clinical studies focusing on prolonged exposures during distinct developmental windows of vulnerability, are urgently needed to improve the safety of perioperative care for thousands of young children requiring life-saving and quality of life-improving procedures daily. ; open

학위논문(박사)--서울대학교 대학원 :인문대학 국사학과,2020. 2. 정용욱. ; This thesis examines aspects of savings mobilization that the Korean government pursued to mobilize internal investments in the 1960s and 1970s, focusing on household savings. Chapter 1 analyzes savings mobilization attempts made after the implementation of the First Five-Year Economic Development Plan immediately following the May 16 military coup. To this end, we first look at the domestic capital mobilization of the 1st Five-year Economic Development Plan and the various institutional and social practices promoted for mobilizing household savings. Representatively, it describes saving enlightenment activities and the national saving movement promoted by the government. In addition, it deals with the establishment of a National Savings union established primarily for wage workers. Chapter 2 deals with political and social discussions within Korean society that were developed in the process of determining the rate realization measures implemented in September 1965. It also describes the process of institutional reform, including the establishment of local banks, which was established to strengthen mobilization of savings while witnessing an increase in financial savings after the implementation of this measure. In addition, this study analyzes aspects of the living rationalization movement such as 'the second economic movement' that was developed along with the reform of the system. The effects of such activities and the recognition of household savings are analyzed based on the savings market survey conducted by the Bank of Korea since 1967. Chapter 3 deals with the aspects of saving mobilization during the period of heavy chemical industrialization in the early 1970s. The government has promoted the heavy and chemical industrialization policy since 1973 and made a plan to raise funds for domestic capital. To this end, the financial system was reorganized and a national investment fund was established. And attempted to mobilize household savings by introducing the National Welfare Pension, but failed. This chapter examines this process and describes the attempts and limitations of building a mobilization system. Chapter 4 analyzes the savings mobilization strategy developed after the global economic recession caused by the oil shock. During this period, the oil shock shocked the domestic economy, which in turn increased demand for income security. The Korean government used financial institutions as a means of ensuring the lives of its people. Representatives include workers' asset-building savings and life insurance. These systems were introduced and fostered as a means to mobilize the domestic capital necessary for the promotion of the Fourth Five-Year Plan. In addition, this chapter examines households 'responses to workers' asset-building savings and life insurance. Based on the above, the effects of forced saving, saving enlightenment, and economic incentives used by the Korean government for saving mobilization can be summarized as follows. First, forced saving did not have much effect. In the case of the national savings union, although it has the characteristics of forced savings, it was far short of its target. In addition, the National Welfare Pension, which was created as a means of domestic capital mobilization immediately after the declaration of industrialization, attempted to be introduced using welfare discourse, but its implementation was delayed indefinitely due to strong repulsion and oil shock. Next, the saving enlightenment of the government also did not have much effect on increasing savings. The government and savings organizations continued to disseminate discourses on rationalization through the preparation of households, but not many households keep a housekeeping book. According to a savings market survey conducted by the Bank of Korea, each household was told to increase or decrease its savings by increasing or decreasing its income. The most effective means of government's savings mobilization were through economic incentives. Regular deposits and installment savings have increased since interest rate realization measures, and the popularity of workers' asset-building savings in the late 1970s is a reflection of this. The main motives for savings identified by the savings market survey were real estate purchases, child education and marriage funds, and stabilization of retirement life, and workers' asset-building savings and life insurance were just the right tools for that need. As a result, the government's savings mobilization was able to achieve effective results when it met the needs and desires of households. The demand for saving mobilization for the people of the Park Chung Hee regime seemed very strong on the outside. But the reality is that the government is driven by household demands. 학위논문 (석사) -- 서울대학교 대학원 : 국제대학원 국제학과(한국학전공), 2020. 8. 박태균. ; 본 연구는 1953년 한국정전협정, 베트남의 1954년 제네바협정과 1973년 파리협정을 비교함으로써 당시 한국과 베트남 상황에 정전협정, 평화협정이 조인되는 조건이 마련되어 있었는지 재검토할 것이다. 평화협정이 체결되었다고 하더라도 반드시 평화가 보장되는 것은 아니다. 단순히 어느 하나의 평화협정을 통해 분쟁 상태가 종료된다기보다는 분쟁 해결의 과정 속에서 여러 협정이 체결되기 때문이다. 평화협정에 대해 분쟁을 종결하고 평화의 상태로 가는 과정적 관점으로 이해할 필요가 있다. 따라서 평화를 구축하는 과정에서 체결되는 평화협정들은 각각의 상황과 국면에 따라 그 속성이 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 1953년 체결된 정전협정으로 한국전쟁이 종결된 것으로 볼 수 있으나 현재 평화를 회복하지 못하였다. 평화가 회복되지 않았고 한반도 평화체제의 수립 문제는 한국의 국가안보에 있어서 당면한 가장 중요한 문제일 것이다. 베트남의 경우 1954년 제네바협정을 체결하였으므로 프랑스가 인도차이나에서 완전히 철수하였으며 베트남이 독립권을 가지게 되었지만 국가가 분단되는 비극에 빠졌다. 베트남의 양측은 대화로 갈등을 해결하지 못하여 결국 1963년 미국이 공식적으로 개입하며 전쟁이 재발발하였다. 1973년이 되어서야 베트남 전쟁을 마무리하기 위하여 파리협정이 체결되었는데 전투가 계속되었고 진정한 평화를 이룰 수 없었다. 위의 세 협정은 전쟁을 끝내고 평화 구축 토대를 마련하기 위하여 체결되으나 실제로 평화를 가져올 수 없었다. 분쟁을 해결하기 위하여 체결되는 평화협정을 유형화하려면 분쟁의 양상과 평화협정의 본질을 보다 명확히 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 어느 하나의 평화협정이 체결되었다고 하여 반드시 당사자 간 분쟁이 종결되는 것이 아니기에 평화를 구축하는 과정속에서 체결된 다수의 평화협정이 각각 어떠한 성격을 지니는지 탐색하는 작업이 필요하다. 본 연구는 한국정전협정, 제네바협정, 파리협정이 논의되는 과정 속에서 각 당사자가 협상을 통해 얻고 싶었던 것을 보여주며 정전협정 또는 평화협정의 본질을 명확히 파악할 것이다. 당시 위의 세 협정을 체결하기 위하여 유리한 조건이 마련되었는지 검토할 것이다. ; This paper compares the 1953 Korean Armistice Agreement, the 1954 Geneva Agreement and the Paris Agreement in 1973 to review whether the conditions of the Korean-Vietnam Armistice Agreement and the Peace Agreement were signed at that time. Even if a peace agreement was concluded, peace was not necessarily guaranteed. This is because a number of agreements are concluded in the process of resolving a conflict rather than simply ending the state of the conflict through any peace agreement. It is necessary to understand the peace agreement from a procedural point of view of ending the conflict and going to a state of peace. Therefore, the peace agreements concluded in the process of establishing peace may have different attributes according to each situation. Although the Korean War could come to an end with the Armistice Agreement signed in 1953, the current peace was not restored. Peace has not been circulated, and the issue of establishing a peace regime on the Korean Peninsula will be the most important issue facing Korea's national security. In Vietnam, due to the Geneva Agreement signed in 1954, France withdrew completely from Indochina and Vietnam gained independence, but the state fell into a dividing tragedy. The two sides of Vietnam did not resolve the conflict through dialogue, and in 1963 the US officially intervened and the war broke out. It was not ntil 1973 that the Paris Agreement was signed to end the Vietnam War, but the battle continued and no real peace could be achieved. The three agreements were concluded to end the war and lay the groundwork for peace, but could not actually bring about peace. If the peace agreements to be settled to resolve disputes are typified, it is necessary to understand more clearly the nature of the disputes and the nature of the peace agreements. The fact that any peace agreement is concluded does not necessarily end the dispute between the parties, so it is necessary to explore the nature of each peace agreement concluded in the process of establishing peace. This study shows what each party wants to obtain through negotiations during the process of discussing the Korean Armistice Agreement, the Geneva Agreement and the Paris Agreement, and will clearly grasp the nature of the Armistice Agreement or the Peace Agreement. N-ground' or 'multi-ground' ('Superground & Underground') concept applied to Seoul, call us to a new qualitative development that responds to the possibility to superimpose a new dense floor in the old infrastructures. A new ReCitying Topos on, inside, in, where and through which to develop new/old programs, uses and activities of life and relationship. The singularity of Seoul is the capacity for the city to combine and manage all the new global urban paradigmatic challenges. Seoul new qualitative development responds does not intend to "continue" or "recreate" the traditional city. Nor impose or positionate, transforming it, built machines or objects but superimpose a new dense floor (container and articulator at the same time) in the old obsolete infrastructures, that becomes a new Re-Citying. We may dare to ask about rationale behind the recent devotion caused by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Whether it could be produced by the fear or, by contrast, it stems from the inner ignorance and uncertainty that blind us by attempting to give a quick explanation to a massive technological disruption directly caused by COVID19. AI is not a new phenomenon as such, despite the fact that what it could be new is the way AI is already interfering in citizens' daily life functions and services shaping them with a deep intensity as a result of the processing capacity of AI. Nonetheless, (i) little is known so far about the relationship between AI and governance, or what is worst, (ii) AI is being deployed without considering democratic accountability and far from our public eye and scrutiny. Acknowledging the complexity of such topic, this article constructively aims to analyse the ongoing technopolitical transformations occurring in the aftermath of the coronavirus crisis for the governance model of the Basque Country. This article is targeted to the political left (either Basque or Spanish nationalist) in pursuit of avoid delaying the work that should be implemented in response to questions, challenges, and policies for XXI. century algorithmic governance. The article concludes through three-intertwined-layer approach: (i) the first approach lists AI functional uses; (ii) the second approach presents brefly several AI projects being currently developed in different European countries; (iii) ultimately, a strategic roadmap lead to stakeholders in the Basque Country is outlined.
