La evolución de los derechos constitucionales en la legislación ecuatoriana. ; The evolution of constitutional rights in Ecuadorian legislation

Abstract

En el presente artículo se da a conocer cómo han ido evolucionando los derechos constitucionales en la legislación ecuatoriana, en donde vemos que actualmente la Constitución ecuatoriana ha establecido un sistema de derechos y libertades totalmente novedoso respecto al sistema constitucional ecuatoriano anterior, que se incluye en lo que se ha dado en llamar Neoconstitucionalismo latinoamericano, y que pasa por el reconocimiento y garantía de un gran elenco de derechos. ; In this article, we explain how the constitutional rights have evolved in the Ecuadorian legislation, where we see that the Ecuadorian Constitution has established a completely new system of rights and freedoms with respect to the previous Ecuadorian constitutional system, which is included in what it is called the Latin American Neoconstitutionalism, and that goes through the recognition and guarantee of a large list of rights.
