Abstract

Medical research applied to humans operated without specific rules until the enactment of the Law of 20 December 1988 entitled: "Protection of persons who lend themselves to biomedical research". This law is the result of a proposal by two senators, Claude Huriet and Franck Sérusclat, a doctor and pharmacist respectively. The authors wanted to regulate and organise the way in which research was carried out on the sick or healthy person in a saddle. ; La recherche médicale appliquée à l'être humain a fonctionné sans réglementation précise jusqu'à la promulgation de la loi du 20 décembre 1988 intitulée : « Protection des personnes qui se prêtent à des recherches biomédicales ».
