Abstract

The letter opened to the President of the Republic which denounces the misuse of powers in the proposal for a Community regulation on the law applicable to contractual obligations (JCP G 2006 act. 586) triggered a reaction (JCP G 2007 act. (18) based on the clear suspicion that the authors of this letter would be entertained by anti-European feelings.
