Machine Learning: Medien, Infrastrukturen und Technologien der Künstlichen Intelligenz
In: Digitale Gesellschaft Band 14
A genuine revolution is on everyone's lips. New forms of artificial intelligence are entering into all areas of social and cultural life: machines are learning to recognize pictures and language and are mastering the autonomous control of vehicles as well as financial investments and medical diagnoses. In the digital age, learning is no longer the privilege of humans. On the contrary, machine learning is shifting the relations between possibilities of knowledge, technical environments and human actors. This volume provides the first ever overview of the media, infrastructural and historical conditions for machine learning in a German-language context.
