Abstract

The new Ukraine is born in pain. There are twelve months, 21 February 2014, protesters in Independence Square in Kiev, caused, at the price of a hundred killed, the fall of President Viktor Yanukovych. Since then, a new power was installed, led by Chairman Petro Poroshenko and Arseny Yatsenyuk Prime Minister. The two men and their respective teams attempt to implement the aspirations of the Maidan protesters. But the situation is far from stable: Ukraine is little to say, through a very difficult period.
