Abstract

The first Habsburg civil code from 1811 is & has been the basis for citizenship questions in Eastern Europe. These provisions demonstrate that the subject of citizenship reaches from the constitution & justice history to the economic, social history, & cultural history. This journal should contribute to the intense discussion regarding judicial-cultural outlines of Eastern Europe.
