Abstract: The big point of this research is how does the role of advising council and preservation of marriage as the council of advising and preservation of marriage at regency of Labuhanbatu Raya contribute. The purpose of this research to analyze about the role of advising council and preservation of marriage as the council of advising and preservation of marriage at regency of Labuhanbatu Raya which did provide the government.The result of this research (qualitative method) is to decide that program plan of BP4 on the affordable to oppress the enlarging of divorce rates at regency of Labuhanbatu Raya is programmed and rolled section law BP4 decision, and the formulation of BP4, based on Islamic law as the running all at Pancasila as the ideology based on socialization about honesty marriage, mawaddah, wa rahma and takwa. And the affordable of BP4 to oppress the divorce rates at regency of Labuhanbatu Raya is going spirit to do national movement, this program is running well as the founding honesty marriage for every months based on frame work and reformation agenda on social custom and affordable to create the highest communities' moral, faithful, worship and honorable attitude. Meanwhile the obstruction factor divided to internal and external. The Role of Agusen Tourism Objects in Increasing Community Income (Study in Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency). Tourism is an activity that directly touches and engages the community, thus bringing various impacts on the local community. As for the problems in this paper are (1) How the role of the agusen tourist attraction in increasing the income of the people who are in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. (2) What factors support and hinder Agusen tourism objects in increasing the people's income in Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. This study aims to determine the role of Agusen attractions in increasing community income in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren Subdistrict, Gayo lues Regency, and also to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting the role of attractions in increasing the income of Agusen Gampong Subdistricts, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. To obtain the data the author uses a qualitative method, with a descriptive analysis approach, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study it can be that: the existence of attractions in increasing community income is a shared responsibility. The existence of attractions can be said to be quite successful in increasing the income of the community in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The supporting factors for Agusen attractions are the good cooperation between the community, the government and the village apparatus. As for the inhibiting factor is due to the absence of specific regulations either from the village or the government so that there are still irregularities in carrying out the task of adding to the community's income in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency.Keywords: Role, Tourism Objects, Community Income.
This study aimed to analyze the effect of skill, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Kuantan Singingi District Inspectorate Apparatus. The population used in this study is are all Civil Servants (PNS) who work in the Kuantan Singingi District Government Inspectorate. The sampling method used in this research is by census. The data of the research were obtained from the questionnaire (primary). This study uses a type of quantitative approach and uses a type of causality. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with t test and coefficient of determination. Partially result of research that is skill has a significant effect on audit quality,this result is proven with the significant value which is less than 5% (0,0490,05). Based on determination coefficient analysis (R2), 44,7% variable of audit quality were influenced by Expertise, Independence and Ethics variable, and the rest 55.3% were influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
Pasang surut kewenangan lembaga adat dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya kelautan dan perikanan di Wakatobi, turut berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sumberdaya alam tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana peran kelembagaan adat dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya kelautan dan perikanan. Penelitian pada masyarakat adat liya di Kabupaten Wakatobi pada Tahun 2015 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mengandalkan data sekunder dan data primer dari berbagai informan kunci.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelembagaan adat di wakatobi meskipun eksistensinya sudah menurun namun kewibawaannya relatif masih kuat sehingga berpotensi sebagai lembaga yang efektif untuk mengatur perilaku masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan sumberdaya kelautan dan perikanan secara arif. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan nilai sosial dari sumberdaya. This study was to determine the relationship between anxiety disorder and deviant behavior among senior secondary school students in Obubra Local Government Area of Cross River State. Various deviant behaviours of varying degrees ranging from truancy, lateness, fighting, bullying, cheating in examination, vandalism, drugs abuse, rape, disrespect to authority etc. leading to inadequate preparation towards academic test and examinations. Based on the above, hypothesis was formulated to guide the study. The study was delimited to Obubra Local Government Area and SS two students were used for the study. Anxiety disorder was delimited to phobic anxiety disorder. The instrument use was the Anxiety Disorder and Deviant Behavior Questionnaire (ADDBP) and it contained forty 40 items. A sample population of 247 students distributed among the five secondary schools in Obubra Local Government Area of Cross River State – Nigeria were used for the survey. Pearson product correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. Based on the research findings recommendations were made.
Abstract: Community participation to reduce and avoid the risk of disasters is important by increasing public awareness and capacity. This study aims to describe the participation of communities and governments on the coast in reducing the risk of disaster in Lambu District, Bima Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. The method of determining informants, the way of determining informants in this study is by purposive sampling. Data collection method is done through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The result of the research, namely (a) mangrove tree planting and greening around the beach is one of the efforts of the Local Government in NTB, especially in Nggelu Village (b) legal counseling to the people of Nggelu Village, providing knowledge to local fishermen about the legislation related to marine and fishery. The advice in the research is that the coastal communities of Nggelu Village to better maintain the coastal environment by not littering and maintaining the sustainability of mangrove forests and not cutting them down.Abstrak: Partisipasi masyarakat untuk mengurangi dan menghindari resiko bencana penting dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan partisipasi masyarakat dan pemerintah di pesisir dalam mengurangi resiko bencana di Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penentuan informan, cara penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian yaitu (a) penanaman pohon mangrove dan penghijauan di sekitar pantai merupakan salah satu upaya Pemerintah Daerah di NTB khususnya yang terjadi di Desa Nggelu (b) penyuluhan hukum terhadap masyarakat Desa Nggelu, memberikan pengetahuan terhadap para nelayan setempat tentang peraturan perundang-undagan yang berkaitan dengan kelautan dan perikanan. Adapun saran dalam penelitian yaitu masyarakat wilayah pesisir pantai Desa Nggelu agar lebih menjaga lingkungan pesisir dengan tidak membuang sampah sembarangan dan menjaga kelestarian hutan bakau (mangrove) degan tidak menebangnya.
Jalan Temanggung Tilung is a 2/2 UD type road (two undirected two-way lanes) with a road width of 5.5 meters, which is a connecting road between two major roads, namely the RTA road. Milono and the path of G. Obos. Over time, the volume of traffic through these roads increases every year, plus roadside activities that also increase cause congestion at several points of the way. To overcome this problem, the local government carried out road widening to increase the capacity and level of road services. The study was conducted to determine the amount of traffic volume, performance, service level of the Temanggung Tilung road section at peak traffic hours before and after road widening. Data retrieval is done by the direct survey to the field to obtain primary data in the form of geometric road data, two-way traffic volume data, and side obstacle data. Performance analysis refers to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) for urban roads. From the results of data processing, before increasing the road (Type 2/2 UD), the traffic volume that passes through the path is 842 pcs/hour and after road widening (Type 4/2 UD) the traffic volume for two directions is 973 pcs/hour, with route A equaling 528 pcs/hour and direction B equaling 445 pcs/hour. Based on the analysis of road performance before road enhancement, the capacity = 2551 pcs/hour, saturation degree = 0.331, and the service level of the two-way road are level B. Based on the analysis of the performance of the way after increasing the way, the direction capacity A = 2686 pcs/hour and direction B = 2674 pcs /hour, saturation degree for direction A = 0.196 and direction B = 0.166, service level for road direction A and direction B increase to level A
The study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the cause of building permit retributions is not optimal in Palu City; 2) efforts taken in increasing building permit retributions; 3) contribution of building permit retributions to local retribution and local revenue in Palu City. The study applies qualitative approach with single holistic case study focusing on building permit retributions. The results find that: 1) the acceptance of building permit retributions is not optimal due to the lack of optimal supervision and control of buildings, manual data processing system, unsuitable human resources, and lack of awareness of the importance of having building permit; 2) efforts undertaken by the government of Palu to increase the acceptance of building permit retributions are done by reducing, facilitating, and relief obligation of building retributions known as 'pemutihan IMB', and socialization both direcly and through the mass media; 3) the contribution of building permit retribution to the local retribution averagely is in good criteria. While the contribution given by building permit to the local revenues is very low.

The zakat revenue achievement in Indonesia is always a topic among the government, humanitarian agencies and zakat institution. The zakat institution is required to have an innovative and creative program as well as improving the services quality to show the best condition, The healthy condition of the zakat institutions will attract muzakki (a person who is obliged to give the zakat) to contribute his/her fund through the institutions. The objectives of the research are to 1) analyze factors that influence the Muzakki's level of satisfaction in the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 2) analyze the satisfaction level of the Muzakki for the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 3) analyze the Muzakki's level of loyalty for the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 4) formulate a better strategy to increase the satisfaction service for the muzakki. The research is using questionnaires that are then analyzed using Structural Equation Method (SEM) and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of the research shows that there are four dimensions i.e.; Compliance, Assurance, Reliability and Empathy have a significant effect on the satisfaction. The IPA analysis also shows that the zakat service performance needs to be increased and the muzakki's complaint needs to be followed up quickly. The results also show that the muzakki's satisfaction, shows the loyalty and satisfaction index value by 82.34% This means that the muzakki is satisfied with the service provided and the muzakki's loyalty level is 84,7% is the sign that the muzakki loyalty to the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah 1) menganalisis faktor yang Memengaruhi kepuasan Muzakki terhadap pelayanan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 2) menganalisis tingkat kepuasan Muzakki atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 3) menganalisis tingkat loyalitas Muzakki atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 4) merumuskan strategi yang perlu dilakukan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik bagi Muzakki. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat dimensi yaitu Compliance, Assurance, Reliability dan Empathy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa atribut pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu permasalahan zakat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan segera dan karyawan merespon dan menindaklanjuti keluh kesah. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan Muzakki Memengaruhi loyalitas dan nilai indeks kepuasan Muzakki sebesar 82,34% yang berarti bahwa Muzakki telah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dan tingkat loyalitas Muzakki sebesar 84,7% yang berarti bahwa Muzakki telah loyal kepada LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta.Kata kunci: LAZ, kepuasan, loyalitas, SEM, IPA
In this paper, we show that the therapeutic communications have to influence the image of health care at Regional Public Hospital of Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Beliefs and impressions of the patient have impact to cunstruct the image of health care at the hospital. Communication skills in providing medical services performed in the process of treatment and cure of patients have an effect on increasing the image of the hospital health care. By providing good services communication between doctors or nurses to the patients, health care will improve the image of the hospital. Therapeutic communication are being made to construct a positive image in government hospitals should be done when a doctor or nurse to communicate to the patient to interaction, listening, and to show reception. This paper's result obtain from the quantitative research by using the reggression linear method of statistic.
