The purpose of the article is a conceptual identification of religiosity tendencies in Western Europe at the end of the XXth - the beginning of the XXIst centuries. The methodological bases of the study were socio-philosophical analysis of the religiosity phenomenon, as well as historical systemic and analytical synthetic methods. The Scientific Novelty. In Western Europe new religious processes go beyond the classical contours of modernity. The dynamics of change in the field of religion takes place under conditions of uncertainty, nonlinearity, ephemerality of social processes, as well as the continuing aggravation of relations between secular culture and religion. It is necessary to be critically aware of the fact that the institutional and socio-cultural return of religion (post-secularity) causes vulgarization, the creation of various distorted forms of religiosity. Our point of view is that the decline of a traditional religiosity continues in Western Europe, which is not a localized tendency and a civilizational integration project, a transnational paradigm are being actively promoted. The Conclusions. Western societies remain a relatively secular part of the global world and differ in the level of a religious diversity and the dynamics of a religious change among their population. From the point of view of the confessional identification, Western European countries can be attributed to one Christian culture (unfortunately, practically lost). According to the criterion of religiosity level, "high religion" is characteristic of countries with the maximum number of Orthodox and Catholics. In Western Europe, there is a situation where religion is often engaged with "vicariously". In Western Europe, an important tendency in religiosity is the subjectivation of faith and practice, which complicates the preservation and transmission of religious traditions. As a result, religiosity is of a situational character.

Social Widerspiegelung is a central area of human life, however, it has been little researched for the theorization of social work. Otger Autrata and Bringfriede Scheu present the foundations of social Widerspiegelung and establish the essential connection between social Widerspiegelung and subjective quality of life. This makes an important contribution to the development of social work theory: The basic research on social Widerspiegelung is linked to the tasks of social work in discipline and profession. The authors Otger Autrata is head of the research institute RISS in Feldkirchen in Carinthia. Bringfriede Scheu holds a professorship for the theory of social work in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programme in social work at the Carinthian University of Applied Sciences. The view of development that shaped US policy in the 1960s was that of a uniform economic process characteristically leading toward Western forms of democracy. This has not been supported by experience. Third World countries face such problems as legacies of colonialism, neocolonial dependency, conflicting cultural traditions, geographic & demographic problems, & international economic crises. Development planning has focused on economic growth, but such growth has not been effective in improving the quality of life or alleviating poverty. Development planning originates in the transfer of administrative methods from the industrialized nations to other nations; these policies are often inappropriate in Third World societies. A more appropriate strategy would involve: a change in the nature of imports & exports; reduction of dependence on foreign sources of assistance; reduction of national bureaucratic control of the economy; & movement away from exclusive concern with economic growth to concern with ending mass poverty. Background: The restoration of mandibular morphology and physiology is the main objective of mandible fracture repair. IMF is an essentialprocess in the treatment of maxillofacial injuries because it restores correct occlusal interconnections, which is necessary for reduction ofmandibular fracture. Aim: To monitor quality of life of patients after treatment of mandibular fractures with Intermaxillary Fixation (IMF) byDepartment of Dentistry of Government Medical College. Methods and Materials: The study involved 60 males and females who werereceiving treatment for mandibular fractures using IMF at Department of Dentistry of Government Medical College. The MMI test and theGOHAI questionnaire were employed as research tools in this study. A total value score of 50 suggests a good quality of life, 51-56 shows adecent quality of life, and 57-60 indicates a bad quality of life, according to GOHAI. Results: The difference in the quality of life among theparticipants having solitary and multiple fractures was statistically significant with participants having single fractures experiencing good qualityof life. It was also observed after statistical analysis that the quality of life was significantly associated with the time elapsed since surgery. As thetime elapsed since surgery increased the quality of life improved. Conclusion: It was concluded according to the findings of the study that qualityof life is better in single mandibular fracture in comparison with multiple mandibular fractures. Moreover the quality of life is good when timeelapsed since surgery is longer.

This article is devoted to final period of colonial epoch in British East Africa. Situation in Nyasaland, a part of Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland in 1950s, is at the center of attention. Methodological approaches of this article are principles of new social history. This article is based on the "Nyasaland Times", the main newspaper of this colony, published in Blantyre. This article characterizes daily life of white inhabitants of Nyasaland, their leisure. The author paid attention to lady`s world in Nyasaland, he concludes that this world developed under the influence of British colonial standards. An analysis of economic problems of Nyasaland, its role in economic structure of Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland has an important place in this article. Materials of "Nyasaland Times" show that the top of colony was not agree with the role of agrarian periphery in Federation and tried to find new ways to bring money to regional budget. They tried to use resource potential of territory, to develop local industry. The article proves that white inhabitants wanted to unite for the struggle against political activity of African Congress of Nyasaland. They connected this fact with activity of Soviet Union and its allies in Africa in 1950s. The top of white inhabitants also proved that exit of Europeans from Africa led to many social and economic troubles for black population of continent. The author proves that this newspaper is an important historical source on the history of colonial society in Nyasaland. ; Статья посвящена заключительному этапу истории британского колониализма в Восточной Африке. В центре внимания – ситуация в Ньясаленде, который в 1950-е гг. являлся частью Федерации Родезии и Ньясаленда. В основе методологических установок автора данной статьи лежат подходы, характерные для «новой социальной истории». Статья базируется на материалах крупнейшей газеты колонии «Ньясаленд Таймс», издававшейся в Блантайре. Охарактеризованы повседневная жизнь белых поселенцев в Ньясаленде, их досуг. Уделено внимание миру леди, показано, что он развивался под влиянием стандартов, существовавших в Британской империи. Особое место занимает анализ экономических проблем Ньясаленда, охарактеризовано его место в экономической структуре Федерации Родезии и Ньясаленда. Материалы «Ньясаленд Таймс» позволяют сделать вывод о том, что верхушка белых поселенцев была недовольна ролью Ньясаленда в Федерации как аграрно-сырьевого придатка и активно искала новые источники пополнения бюджета. Предпринимались попытки использования ресурсного потенциала территории, развития ее промышленности для пополнения местного бюджета. В статье доказано, что белые поселенцы Ньясаленда пытались сплотиться в условиях активизации деятельности Африканского конгресса Ньясаленда в 1950-е гг. Они связывали это явление с усилением внимания к Африке со стороны Советского Союза и его партнеров по социалистическому блоку. При этом верхушка белых поселенцев уже в 1950-е гг. указывала на то, что уход европейцев из Африки вызовет обострение социально-экономических проблем, с которыми будет крайне трудно справиться черному большинству. На основе проведенного исследования сделан вывод о том, что «Ньясаленд Таймс» является важным источником по истории колониального общества Ньясаленда.
