; [EN] This paper aims to highlight the difficulties that cooperatives have in the calculation of corporate tax as a consequence of the application of the tax regime of cooperatives. There are some specific questions which affect corporate tax calculation: a) the existence of different types of results, affected by different tax rates; b) the ...

; [eng] The use of violence in family relationships was accepted in the Spanish State until relatively few years ago, recognizing and justifying corporal punishment in order to correct children's behavior. The aforementioned use of violence was questioned to such an extent that current legislation prohibits any type of violence against children, being this "model" sanctioned by the adult criminal jurisdiction itself. In the current legal-social debate, the emergence of publications related to domestic violence has been almost accompanied by legislative changes to eradicate the phenomenon of domestic violence. In this sense, up from 2005, the first voices of alarm began to emerge as a result of the increased reports of parents against their own children for home assaults. The apparent change of direction around violence seemed to generate some confusion to the large group of professionals from multiple disciplines dedicated to the study of violence in childhood and adolescence. Mentioned change in the direction of violence is due to violence applied by children towards their parents, grandparents, guardians, and the rest of the extended family, that is to say, parental violence. Likewise, the criminal-legal response can only be addressed when public authorities are aware of the aforementioned child-parent abuse. The difficulty of approaching the phenomenon lies in the convergence of several components which hinder their knowledge and their subsequent socio-educational intervention. Among many other factors, we could highlight the derision and feeling of parental failure or even the dichotomy between the denouncing figure versus the parental figure. The difficulty also lies in the socio-educational intervention around the correlation between the minor's age and the sanctioning measures stipulated in the juvenile criminal jurisdiction in Thus, the current thesis project aims to contribute to the updating of the study youth violence toward their parents with special emphasis on the socio-educational reading of the legal treatment of the phenomenon. For this, our study presents a multi-method methodology that combines the quantitative perspective with the qualitative one. From a quantitative perspective, it is assessed the evolution of the phenomenon, its different variables as well as the responses provided by the administration during the period between 2007 and 2015. On the other hand, the qualitative perspective will have the perceptions and opinions of professionals who, from a psychosocial and educational side, intervene with juvenile offenders and their families immersed in problems such as those described here. The purpose of the study will therefore be the exhaustive analysis of the relationship between parental violence and the best interest of the minor regarding measures granted by the State to alleviate and / or reduce such phenomenon, carried out from a social, educational and legal aspect.
Mealtimes are about much more than just re-fuelling, and the importance of mealtimes in the care of people with dementia cannot be overestimated. Using her extensive experience of working with older people with dementia, Grethe Berg explains how mealtimes can be used as natural opportunities for meaningful interaction, socialising and reminiscing, and useful forums for taking part in familiar tasks. The book considers the social significance of mealtimes and their role in maintaining patients' feelings of social attachment and well-being as well as the impact of the symptoms of dementia on foo

This book will serve to persuade students, educators, politicians, lawmakers, and community leaders in the debate on abortion. It will emancipate the reader from mundane and restrictive analyses, such as those lobbed by courts, legislatures, and mass media. It scathes routine constrictions and liberates fresh thoughts on specialized topics, including choice, penance, and parenthood. The book offers powerful perspectives about legalized termination and reduction, using allusions to cult films and images from pop culture to explore dark realities and seldom discussed principles of survival and procreation. Its analysis is bolstered by frameworks adopted from feminism, film studies, queer theory, religious analysis, legal studies, criminal justice, social science, and economics.

"Discussing multiple aspects of material culture and domestic consumption, this book tackles the relationship between the trajectories and biographies of people, families, houses and objects and how they intertwine and produce each other. Focusing on the life stories of a group of European and Catholic Brahmin Goan families of the colonial elite who left Mozambique after the country's independence in 1975, the book shows how material culture interferes with structuring dimensions of migratory experiences, in the management of family memories, ties and networks of belonging, as well as in the social dynamics of positioning, hierarchy and distinction"--

; The research project for my PhD in Medieval Archaeology aims to reconstruct the functional and social context of the daily life in a medieval by examining the ceramic findings. The investigation area Leopoli-Cencelle, which has been brought to light through the archaeological excavations carried out by Sapienza University of Rome since 1994. This town was founded by Pope Leo IV in 856 AD and is located on the Tolfa Mountains, about 40 miles north of Rome (Italy). The methodology proposed starts from the analysis of simple data and aims to achieve complex results, that can be used on a large scale. The amount of material, that was analysed, can be quantified in about 100.000 fragments, divided by stratigraphic units and pottery classes. The material covers the historical period that goes from the 13th centuries up to the 15th and supplied a great quantity of morphological and quantitative data. After obtaining a complete documentation from the analysis of the fragments, the artefacts can be classified in their entirety according to: the percentage of presence/absence and distribution/concentration; the definition of functional criteria; the complexity of the site from which the fragments came from (with reference to the social aspects of the city, the articulation of space, the composition of the population, professional life and food). The final objective consists of providing a global approach to the study of the site, focusing on the anthropological reconstruction of the everyday life of a medieval urban centre in its complexity. The results obtained will be integrated with the data extrapolated from the study of archival-documentary sources and with the methodologies of different disciplines (physical anthropology, ethnoarchaeology and anthropology).
This article discusses various aspects related to the production of Spanish documentaries over the last decade in the specific field of sub-Saharan immigration, to ascertain how it has evolved and what variants are involved. This will allow us to determine who the agents involved in production are, how televisions, institutions and other agencies are engaged, and to what extent such productions are made in a channel of social transformation. We use the quantitative and qualitative analysis of a representative sample of 41 Spanish documentaries made between 2001 and 2011, a period in which Spanish documentaries in general – and documentaries on migration issues in particular – experienced moments of boom and bust. This article shows that as a whole Catalonia is the community that has produced the largest number of docu- mentaries about sub-Saharan immigration, and argues that in Spain the production of these documentaries has been very dependent on economic fluctuations, government policies on immigration, the "crisis of the dinghies" and the dynamics of the media. Finally, we propose booming trends in the search for new forms of financing.
