Wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen zeigen, dass die psychotherapeutische Versorgung in Deutschland sehr schlecht ist. Ärztevertreter leugnen dies. Aber gesetzlich versicherte Patienten müssen länger als Privatpatienten auf einen Therapieplatz warten. Und ihre Therapie dauert nicht so lange. Patienten mit schwerer Symptomatik und sozial schlecht gestellte Patienten haben es zudem noch schwerer, überhaupt einen Therapieplatz zu finden. Representatives of medical federations deny this. But ordinary insured psychotherapy clients have to wait for a longer time to start therapy than insurants of private insurance companies. Their therapy itself does not last as long. Moreover, clients with severe psychic and social problems have to wait for therapy even longer. This poor situation plus the denial by the officials resembles structural abuse of psychotherapy.Keywords Psychotherapy care; Health politics; Waiting list; Structural abuse; Scientific results ; Des études scientifiques montrent qu'en Allemagne, l'offre de psychothérapie est très mauvaise à trois niveaux. On peut tout à fait parler aujourd'hui d'une psychothérapie à trois vitesses. Les travaux scientifiques ont produit les résultats suivants :• Les patients n'ayant que la « sécurité sociale » (l'assurance obligatoire) attendent plus longtemps une place de thérapie que les patients disposant d'une assurance privée. En règle générale les premiers doivent attendre 2,5 mois pour un premier entretien, alors que les seconds peuvent se rendre à un premier rendez-vous au bout de 1,3 mois.• La thérapie offerte aux patients n'ayant que l'assurance obligatoire dure moins longtemps que celle fournie à ceux qui ont une assurance privée. Alors que ces derniers ne représentent qu'un cinquième de tous les patients, le 60% des thérapies et des psychanalyses s'adresse à eux.• De plus, les patients souffrant de troubles psychiques importants ou de problèmes sociaux sont encore plus défavorisés puisqu'ils ont de la peine à trouver une place de thérapie.Les représentants des médecins nient l'existence de cette situation. Les divergences entre les effets positifs concrets obtenus en et par la psychothérapie d'une part et les prises de positions publiques des médecins à ce sujet montrent que l'offre de psychothérapie dans le domaine de la santé et les restructurations requises à ce niveau sont en fait plus un produit de décisions politiques qu'elles ne correspondent de manière adéquate aux besoins. Une étude met même en évidence un aspect extrême : dans les régions que les groupements nationaux de médecins travaillant pour les assureurs qualifient comme « disposant d'une offre trop élevée », 54 % des personnes recherchant une place de thérapie ne peuvent pas suivre de traitement.La Chambre fédérale des psychothérapeutes (la Bundespsychotherapeutenkammer) confirme les résultats acquis par les chercheurs et souligne que la situation est encore plus dramatique en ce qui concerne les psychothérapies pour enfants et adolescents. Ceci est tout particulièrement le cas dans les districts comptant une nombreuse population d'enfants et dans les zones touchées par d'importants problèmes sociaux. Les places de thérapie libres y sont rares et, de plus, une sélection sociale se fait dans le sens où certains troubles pour lesquels le pronostic est peu favorable sont « mis à part » lorsqu'il s'agit d'un éventuel traitement.L'attitude des médecins (c'est-à-dire plus précisément de la Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung mentionnée plus haut) doit donc être interprétée comme une volonté consciente de tolérer le fait que l'offre est insuffisante tout en trompant les patients sur l'état concret de cette dernière. À mon avis, ceci revient vraiment à abuser de la psychothérapie sur des bases structurelles en maintenant l'insuffisance de l'offre.

En el artículo analizamos las descripciones antropológicas realizadas sobre espacios domésticos indígenas en el Barrio Toba de la ciudad de Resistencia entre 1969 y 1970. El trabajo aborda en los informes de antropólogos sociales metropolitanos que operaron como una manera legítima de conocer la organización de las familias y las intervenciones de otras instituciones locales sobre estos grupos. En la década de los 60, los residentes indígenas del Barrio Toba fueron visibilizados dentro de los problemas públicos provinciales a partir de su falta de integración y las características de sus condiciones habitacionales. Por lo que, la contratación de los expertos y sus observaciones espaciales nos permite reflexionar sobre las imbricaciones de la academia, la configuración desarrollista y el problema indígena en un escenario urbano marcadamente desigual. Nos preguntamos hasta qué punto la intervención concreta de los expertos en este barrio, desde valoraciones y construcciones de sentidos, puede ser comprendida dentro de procesos de alterización más amplios suscitados en periodo. La metodología se basa en el análisis de un corpus documental compuesto por los resultados de la consultoría realizada por el equipo de expertos que lideró Esther Hermitte para el gobierno de Chaco. El propósito del artículo es la revisión de objetivaciones sobre lugares, sujetos y relaciones por las cuales el saber antropológico converge con agendas transnacionales, debates académicos e instituciones barriales en una etapa singular del capitalismo chaqueño. ; In the article we analyze the anthropological descriptions made of indigenous domestic spaces in the Toba neighborhood of the city of Resistencia between 1969 and 1970. The work addresses the reports of metropolitan social anthropologists that operated as a legitimate way of knowing the organization of families and the interventions of other local institutions on these groups. In the 1960s, the indigenous residents of Barrio Toba were made visible within the provincial public problems due to their lack of integration and the characteristics of their housing conditions. Therefore, the hiring of experts and their spatial observations allows us to reflect on the overlaps of the academy, the developmental configuration and the indigenous problem in a markedly unequal urban setting. We wonder to what extent the specific intervention of the experts in this neighborhood, from evaluations and constructions of meanings, can be understood within the broader processes of alterization that have arisen over the period. The methodology is based on the analysis of a documentary corpus made up of the results of the consultancy carried out by the team of experts led by Esther Hermitte for the Chaco government. This is a conference paper. ; Due to the real-time nature and the value of social media content for monitoring entities and events of significance, automated sentiment analysis and semantic enrichment techniques for social media streams have received considerable attention in the literature. These techniques are central to monitoring social-media content, which is now becoming a significant business with commercial, institutional, governmental and law enforcement interest into its applications. Prior work in sentiment analysis especially has focused mostly on negative-positive sentiment classification tasks. Although numerous approaches employ highly elaborate and effective techniques with some success, the sentiment or emotion granularity is generally limiting and arguably not always most appropriate for real-world problems. In this paper a newly developed ontology based system is employed, to semantically enrich Tweets with fine-grained emotional states, in order to analyse the subjective public reactions to a wide selection of recent events. The approach detects a range of eight high-level emotions and their perceived strength (also known as activation level), specifically; anger, confusion, disgust, fear, happiness, sadness, shame and surprise. A set of emotional profiles for different events is obtained and an in-depth analysis of the emotional responses is presented. Recent events, such as the 2013 horsemeat scandal, Nelson Mandela's death, September 11th remembrance anniversary, recent tube strikes in London are analysed and discussed. The feasibility and potential benefits of automated fine-grained emotional event response analysis from social-media is illustrated and further, future work suggested.

El culto al presidente Hugo Chávez en sectores populares urbanos de la capital venezolana se ha reforzado en medio de la pandemia. Un trabajo de campo realizado durante las semanas de flexibilización decretadas por el gobierno de Venezuela, evidenció que los creyentes visitaban la capilla consagrada a San Hugo Chávez del 23, ubicada en la parroquia 23 de enero de Caracas, para pedir protección, viviendas, intervenciones quirúrgicas y dar gracias por asuntos relacionados a la salud, incluyendo sanaciones entre contagiados por la Covid-19. En este sentido, estamos frente a una forma de religiosidad en la que los creyentes buscan resolver problemas de la vida cotidiana, estableciendo un fuerte vínculo sagrado con la imagen sacralizada de Chávez, relación inmanente que parece no separar lo sagrado de lo político, es decir, lo "cosmopolítico". Por otra parte, se aprecia cómo desde el discurso oficial, se refuerza la imagen de Chávez como el salvador/protector del país, razón por la cual, Venezuela tendría los índices más bajos de contagiados de toda América Latina ; O culto ao presidente Hugo Chávez nos setores populares urbanos da capital venezuelana foi reforçado em meio à pandemia. Nesse sentido, estamos diante de uma forma de religiosidade em que os fiéis buscam resolver os problemas do cotidiano, estabelecendo um forte vínculo sagrado com a imagem sagrada de Chávez, uma relação imanente que não parece separar o sagrado do político, isto é, o "cosmopolítico". Por outro lado, aprecia-se como, a partir do discurso oficial, se reforça a imagem de Chávez como salvador/protetor do país, razão pela qual a Venezuela teria os menores índices de infectados de toda a América Latina. ; The cult of President Hugo Chávez in popular urban sectors of the Venezuelan capital has been reinforced in the midst of the pandemic. Fieldwork carried out during the weeks of relaxation decreed by the government of Venezuela, showed that the believers visited the chapel consecrated to San Hugo Chávez on 23, located in the parish 23 de enero de Caracas, to request protection, housing, surgical interventions and give thanks for health-related matters, including healings among those infected by Covid-19. In this sense, we are facing a form of religiosity in which believers seek to solve problems of daily life, establishing a strong sacred link with the sacred image of Chávez, an immanent relationship that does not seem to separate the sacred from the political, that is, , the "cosmopolitical". In late 2016 a feminist movement against problems of commercial sexual exploitation, and especially issues of coerced pornography filming, arose in Japan. This article describes the history of this movement as it mobilized to combat human rights violations perpetrated by the country's pornographers. The movement's success came not spontaneously or haphazardly; in fact, it was orchestrated earlier over a full decade-and-a-half by activists who persevered in researching and highlighting pornography's harms in a civil environment of hostility, isolation and social derision, even among progressive groups and individuals. The Anti-Pornography and Prostitution Research Group (APP) was particularly prominent in this history. Its members were inspired and instructed early on by the work of Catharine MacKinnon and Andrea Dworkin in bringing to public attention victims' accounts of pornography's harms in the US from the 1980s, and they attempted to follow this example. The example of feminist anti-pornography activism we described here, therefore, is a case of unlikely political success achieved in an unexpected place (e.g., Japan currently ranks 110th-place in global gender equality league tables), and it is offered in real-world example of MacKinnon's "butterfly" model of radical social change.

The implementation in 2000 of the rapid transit bus system (RTB) in Bogotá, through the creation of the company TransMilenio, was seen in principle as the solution to the mobility problems characteristic of large cities. However, with the passage of time, the TransMilenio system presented several problems (high ticket prices, inefficiency to satisfy the growing demand, protests, blockades, long lines, corruption problems, among others), which intensified and ended in a multidimensional crisis (financial, technical, socio-cultural, urbanistic and political-administrative) in this mass transport system. Nevertheless, although these problems have been studied, the studies have focused on the explanations from the technical and financial point of view, leaving aside the importance of analysis from disciplines relevant to urban planning, such as political science. It is necessary to develop an investigation that, from a political, administrative and social point of view, evidences the structural reasons that have until nowadays the mass transport system TransMilenio submerged in a crisis. ; La implementación en el año 2000 del sistema de buses de tránsito rápido (BTR) en Bogotá, mediante la creación de la empresa TransMilenio, fue vista en principio como la solución a los problemas de movilidad característicos de las grandes ciudades. Sustainable development represents a civilization challenge that should meet the needs of today's generations without jeopardizing the ability of the Earth to meet the needs of the future generations. This challenge, as an evolutionary process in which the social and economic development and the environment protection are independent, but mutual complementary components demands the solving of several issuesThe vision of sustainable economic development is based on the historical, cultural and political development of the countries. There is no unique way of sustainable development for different countries and therefore they cannot be made in the same way.The transition toward sustainable development represents a social choice that connects the global vision of the local needs and goals. The citizens must participate in the process of sustainable development. They must recognize the role they have in creating problems and finding solutions.In order to gain a general frame for the assessment of sustainable economic development it is necessary to integrate several methodologies and approaches toward the possible future generations for a quality and healthy life.One of the ways of assessing the results from the policies and the activities is the use of the principles and indicators according to which it is determined how much the countries work on sustainable development. Part of the indicators are generally accepted, and part are in a modeling phase. A systematic approach is necessary to see whether all indicators are necessary, and which of them are necessary for the assessment of sustainability. The economists do not have problems in executing the objective and quantitative indicators. The sociologists are facing many problems in the execution of indicators because of the immateriality of the life quality. Peer Power explodes existing myths about children's friendships, power, and popularity, and the gender chasm between elementary school boys and girls. Based on eight years of intensive insider participant observation in their own children's community, the authors discuss the vital components in the lives of preadolescents: popularity, friendships, cliques, social status, social isolation, loyalty, bullying, boy-girl relationships, and afterschool activities. They describe how friendships shift and change, how children are drawn into groups and excluded from them, how clique leaders maintain their power and popularity, and how the individuals' social experiences and feelings about themselves differ from the top of the pecking order to the bottom. The Adlers focus their attention on the peer culture of the children themselves and the way this culture extracts and modified elements from adult culture. Children's peer culture, as it is nourished in those spaces where grownups cannot penetrate, stands between individual children and the larger adult society. As such, it is a mediator and shaper, influencing the way children collectively interpret their surroundings and deal with the common problems they face. The Adlers explore some of the patterns that develop in this social space, noting both the differences in the gendered cultures of boys and girls and their overlap into afterschool activities, role behavior, romantic inclinations, and social stratification. Peer culture contains the informal social mechanisms through which children create their social order, determine their place and identity, and develop positive and negative feelings about themselves

Due to separation from their families and friends in their home countries and constrained living conditions in the host countries, migrant workers usually are found to experience loneliness. Compared with male migrant workers, female migrant workers are more vulnerable and likely to experience higher levels of psychological problems. The ubiquity of mobile phones enables migrant workers to access resources and social support to help to alleviate loneliness. However, research also suggests that mobile phone use may lead to a higher level of loneliness because problematic or excessive use displaces meaningful social interactions. This study investigates this mobile phone paradox among Filipino domestic workers (FDWs) in Hong Kong. Specifically, it explores the relationships between mobile phone use and two types of loneliness, namely social and emotional loneliness. Further, informed by the augmentation hypothesis and the displacement hypothesis, this research advances a two-path model to illustrate how mobile phone use connects with loneliness through social support and problematic mobile phone use. Findings from a survey of 492 FDWs reveal disjunctive effects. There is no direct correlation between mobile phone use and the two types of loneliness. Both problematic mobile phone use and social support are found to mediate the negative association between mobile phone use and social loneliness, while only problematic mobile phone use mediates the positive association between mobile phone use and emotional loneliness. Implications of the research on migrant workers' mobile phone use and practical implications for social work and government efforts in helping FDWs dealing with loneliness are discussed.

The article is a reaction to the article written by P.A. Orekhovsky and V.I. Razumov 'Carnival Time: Russian Higher School and Science in the Postmodern Era'. The author agrees with the analytical diagnosis of the state and situation in the Russian science and higher education, shares the concern expressed by colleagues about the fate of the most important social institutions for our civilization. The author proposes a number of considerations that develop the topics raised in the reference article. The author draws attention to the historical inversion of the positivist social project, which appears to be at the forefront of the emerging social architecture of a new scientific-technocratic elite; another thing is that its social configuration does not coincide with institutional boundaries of academic and University science. The author speculates upon the analogy of science with prostitution, which is currently undergoing a noticeable institutionalization. The author considers its phasing to be universal. It is suggested that prostitution can be extrapolated to other social institutions, including science and education. The potential of their resistance and survival is determined by how effectively passionarity accumulates in the structure of these social institutions. This indicator is directly proportional to the efficiency of the formation of human capital in the system. According to the author, problems, voiced by P.A. Orekhovsky and V.I. Razumov, are explained by the passion drift, the overcoming of which is not an automatic macro-social act, but the craft of each scientific and pedagogical worker.
