ABSTRACT The main focus of this study is on the 'magical villages' in Mexico. The magical villages were originally established based on a political project with the aim to increase travel and tourism and revitalise the culture. In the introduction, the author describes the type, function and goals of this project based on the official requirements set by its originators. Firstly, the author explains the aims and methods of the intended research supported with theoretical hypothesis to analyse the project as a whole. Secondly, the author defines the methodology used to describe locations of the researched topic. In conclusion, the author provides own hypothesis and expected outcomes of the research.
The author considers actual problems of dynamics of social-political process in modern Russia. Growth of urgency of participation of youth in the public policy connected with global processes is marked. In the modern world all traditional structure of sociopolitical relations changes. The variety and organizational flexibility become natural features of political systems, and randomness, uncertainty and risk, according to the author, start playing a very significant role in social policy. In the article the author suggests to use the concept "postyouth" in addition to such known scientific concepts as "postmodern" and "postpolicy".The author pays attention to changes in the social status of youth through connecting dynamics of changes with global sociopolitical and geopolitical processes.
In this paper, the author seeks to explain the trajectories of local labor regime dynamics in Colombia's coffee and banana industries from the post war developmental decades until the present. In order to explain these dynamics, the author first develops a neo-Gramscian ideal-typical schema to highlight the full range of labor regime dynamics emergent in Colombia, including "hegemonic," "despotic," and "crisis" regimes. The author then develops a theory of local labor regime types that draws from Giovanni Arrighi's work on commodity chains. Finally, using comparative and world-historical methods, the author finds that the shifting trajectories of labor regimes in Colombia are affected by the nodal location of these regimes within their respective commodity chains.
The author argues that Iraq has the chance to become the first secular state among Arab countries in the Middle East. The author argues that Iraq is the most important component part of the Middle East's "fuel and energy solar plexus." The author describes the view of the Russian government concerning the development of Iraq. Russia promoted Iraq's process of peaceful democratization by canceling the state's substantial debt to Russia, which was in accordance with the decision of the Paris Club. The author describes the results of the recent Russian mission to Iraq, signaling that Russian government and business are willing to initiate new bilateral relations with the country. Kenny Cargill
The author argues that all governments must adopt multilateral relations in modern international politics. The author hails President Barack Obama's decision to suspend the Helms-Burton Act that banned trade and economic cooperation with the Freedom Island for foreign firms. Russia is cooperating with other countries to alleviate the international repercussions of the world financial crisis. The author attacks Western critics who still criticize Russia, the major successor state of the Soviet Union, for the 1939 Molotov-Ribbentrop pact which is supposed to have helped bring Nazi Germany closer to World War II. The author briefly touches on Russia's current relations with its neighbors Ukraine and Belarus. Adapted from the source document.

In this article, the author offers a discussion of the evidential role of the Galilean constant in the history of physics. The author argues that measurable constants help theories constrain data. Theories are engines for research, and this helps explain why the Duhem-Quine thesis does not undermine scientific practice. The author connects his argument to discussion of two famous papers in the history of economic methodology, Milton Friedman's "Methodology of Positive Economics," which appealed to example of Galilean Law of Fall in its argument; and Vernon Smith's "Economics in the Laboratory." While the author offers some criticism of Friedman and Smith, most of the article is a friendly reinterpretation of their insights.

Argues that NATO membership has not advanced democratization in Europe, based on the cases of Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and Greece, and will not do so in the case of Eastern Europe, and that costs and risks of further enlargement, including deterioration of relations with Russia, caution against pursuit of this policy.
In this article, the author reviews expenditure growth trends over Medicare's 35-year history and comments on how the program's long-range financial outlook has changed over time. The author focuses on the various legislative, economic, and demographic factors that have affected expenditure growth and financial status. In addition, Medicare's share of total U.S. health costs is briefly reviewed. In an appended comment, the author considers whether the impact of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 (BBA) was greater than intended by Congress and the Administration. The author concludes with a plea for greater attention to correcting the projected long-range deficits for the Hospital Insurance (HI) Trust Fund.

The subject of the author's analyses are the national laws regulating funeral services. Since the topic is one of wide scope, the author could not cover it entirely, so the paper only includes the advantages and weaknesses of the regulations which govern a few, according to the author, most significant issues in this field. In the first two parts of the paper, the author discusses the burial concept and principles. The third part analyses the method the legislator uses to regulate the issue of the subjects which are responsible for the organization of the funerals, while the fourth part describes potential burial places. In this context, the author pays special attention to cemeteries and gravesites. In the concluding remarks, based on the previously conducted analyses, the author of the paper presents her evaluation of the laws regulating the burial of the dead, underlining those which need to be amended in future. ; Published
This article is aimed at evaluation of regional digital inequality in BRICS countries. Using the data for 2014-2018 on internet usage and access to fixed broadband author calculates inequality ratios, including coefficient of variation and Theil index. Also author analyzes rural/urban differences and their dynamics. On the base of this calculations author shows decrease of regional inequality in all five countries. Further analysis is devoted to national digitalization strategies, which are aimed at development of remote areas and bridging digital divide. Author shows that there are measures in each strategy aimed at bridging digital divide on all three levels (infrastructure, usage and results). In a final part of the article author suggests directions for cooperation in BRICS, including exchange of best practices in realization of national strategies, composition of best practices in integrated measures aimed at development of remote areas and joint financing using opportunities provided by the New Development Bank.
