The purpose of this paper is to review the institution responsible for the protection of personal data within the European Union and national example - Polish as a country representing the new Member States. The analysis of institutional system - providing legal security of communication and information institutions, companies and citizens against the dangers arising from the ongoing development of innovative new technologies in the European Union and Poland. This article is an attempt to analyze the possibility of using security systems and Biometry CTTV in Poland in terms of legislation. The results of the analysis indicate that, in terms of institutions Poland did not do badly in relation to the risks arising from the implementation of technology. The situation is not as good when it comes to the awareness of citizens and small businesses. This requires that facilitate greater access to free security software companies from data leakage or uncontrolled cyber-terrorist attacks. With regard to the use of security systems, CCTV and biometrics, Poland in legal terms is still early in the process of adapting to EU Directive. The continuous development of technology should force the legislature to establish clear standards and regulations for the application of CCTV technology and biometrics, as it is of great importance in ensuring the fundamental rights and freedoms of every citizen of the Polish Republic. ; Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przegląd instytucji odpowiadających za ochronę danych osobowych na poziomie Unii Europejskiej oraz na przykładzie narodowym – Polski jako kraju reprezentującego nowe państwa członkowskie. Przedmiotem analizy jest system instytucjonalno – prawny zapewniający bezpieczeństwo komunikacyjne oraz informacyjne instytucji, przedsiębiorstw jak i obywateli przed zagrożeniami wynikającymi z innowacyjnych rozwiązań postępującego rozwoju nowych technologii zarówno w Unii Europejskiej jak i w Polsce. Poniższy artykuł jest również próbą analizy możliwości stosowania systemów zabezpieczeń CTTV oraz Biometrii w Polsce w ujęciu prawnym. Wyniki analizy wskazują, że pod względem instytucji Polska nie wypada źle w odniesieniu do zagrożeń wynikających z wdrożenia technologii. Sytuacja nie jest tak dobra, jeśli chodzi o świadomość obywateli i mniejszych firm. Wymaga to ułatwiania szerszego dostępu do darmowych programów zabezpieczających firmy przed wyciekiem danych lub niekontrolowanych cyber-ataków terrorystycznych. W odniesieniu do stosowania systemów zabezpieczeń CCTV oraz biometrii, Polska pod względem prawnym jest wciąż na początku procesu dostosowania do dyrektywy UE. Ciągły rozwój technologii powinien zmusić ustawodawcę do stworzenia jednoznacznych standardów i przepisów obowiązujących w zakresie stosowania technologii CCTV oraz biometrii, gdyż ma to ogromne znaczenie w zapewnieniu podstawowych praw i wolności każdego obywatela Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

The article examines social pedagogical and psychological aspects of the management of research and project activities of students. The role of the concepts of "interest", "creativity", "motivation" and "oversituational activity" in these types of activities, which reveal the essence of project and research activities, is considered. The aim of the study is to research the influence of the role of students' interest on the effectiveness of project and research activities. The novelty of the research topic is expressed by an indication of the high role of students' interest in project and research activities, which in both cases significantly affects the efficiency of the results of projects or research work. The theoretical significance of the study is represented by the considered structural relationships in implementation of project and research activities. The practical significance is expressed by generalized conclusions about the importance of organizing a psychological environment focused on the interests of each student, in which these types of activities are carried out. The methodological basis of the research is a literature review, structural and comparative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of project and research activities is largely determined by the flexibility of the approach to learning and the created conditions of the educational environment, contributing to the formation of a positive attitude of students to the proposed educational topics, activities and projects.

Background: The current study is aimed to assess the relationship between the 'economic/employment' and 'social/welfare' dimensions of social exclusion and suicide mortality in Europe. Methods: Suicide rates for 26 countries were obtained from the WHO. Data on social expenditure were obtained from the OECD database. Employment rates and GDP were obtained from the Total Economy Database. Questions about citizens' attitudes towards different aspects of social exclusion were taken from the European Social Survey. Structural equation modelling was applied to research the theoretical structure of the variables. Results: All variables are statistically significant in male and female models except of the relationships between 'economic/employment' and 'social/welfare' dimensions and female suicides; and the relationship between 'employment rates' and 'economic/employment' dimension. Suicide mortality rates among both males and females are influenced negatively by 'economic/employment' and 'social/welfare' dimensions. Among females, the influence of 'social/welfare' dimension is stronger compared to the 'economic/employment' dimension. The remaining influence of GDP is positive in both models. Conclusions: Both 'economic/employment' and 'social/welfare' dimensions of social exclusion significantly influence suicide mortality among males. The influence of 'economic/employment' and 'social/welfare' dimensions of social exclusion on female suicide mortality is controversial. Social exclusion might be considered as a risk factor for suicide mortality in Europe.

International audience ; Le pétrole est une huile minérale naturelle combustible formée par la lente décomposition d'énormes quantités de plantes et d'organismes marins tombés au fond des mers, sous des couches successives de sédiments. Sous l'effet, notamment, de la pression, de la température et du temps, ces organismes se sont transformés en pétrole et se sont accumulés en gisements. Un gisement est formé d'un ou plusieurs réservoirs rocheux souterrains contenant des hydrocarbures liquides et / ou gazeux. La roche réservoir doit être poreuse et perméable et la structure doit être limitée par des barrières imperméables qui doivent former un piège. Matière première par excellence, le pétrole présente l'avantage d'avoir un faible coût, une grande facilité d'utilisation, et des applications dans un très grand nombre de domaines. C'est actuellement la principale source d'énergie de notre économie moderne et la principale source de matière première de l'industrie chimique. Il présente cependant l'inconvénient de ne pas être renouvelable et d'être inégalement réparti dans le monde. Posting children's photographs on social networks can be an unsafe activity. Parents are free to choose whether to post photos of their children on-line or not. However, if it is done by a third person or an entity, the question of parental consent comes up to the surface. However, for those situations compulsory consent of both parents is not required by the national legislation in Serbia. Based on content analysis of relevant international documents and legislation, the author argues that in order to prevent potential abuses the already existing solutions need to be improved.
